I have ordered one name necklace and emailed them as my purchase was for the classic modele instead of the carrie one.
On their website the classic one is cheaper but been charged wrong amount, sent several emails but been told there was no price difference, they don't even know their price list.
Paid aswell for express delivery, still haven't received anything yet, their customer service is just very bad and would not recommend to anyone to use this company as they are not reliable.
Big disappointment, anyway seeing the bad reviews, I should not have expected anything great.

It is very difficult to contact someone regarding your order. I have yet to receive my necklace. I am unable to check status of order using the link on their site. I would like to contact Facebook so that they are aware of who is advertising on their site!

MyNameNecklace has the worst customer service I have ever seen! Their delivery system is unreliable! I trusted the company to offer a present to my wife, the necklace was lost and they won't even offer a shipping upgrade to send it again, so I have to wait an extra month without any guarantee that this one will get to me! On top of that, there is no phone number to reach them, and they take a full day to answer e-mails! Unacceptable!

Very disappointed
January 27, 2017

My bracelet was not as I expected, the letter too small, u can't even see it, and they said it took like 10 days but it arrived after 2 weeks. Trust the most of reviews. I wish i can add an picture for everyone to see it. It not look like the pictures on the website.

I ordered a special memory bracelet for my mom for Christmas because a family member had just passed away and it has never arrived! I'm PISSED to be treated this way and will make sure no one else shops here.

I went on the site and the site promised a before Christmas shopping it's now Christmas Eve night and I'm pissed it's all my daughter wanted for Christmas and on top of everything you can't contact them direct so it's a snack in the face for trusting the company

I ordered a necklace with 3 names and birthstones for mother's day May, 2016. It is now the end of October and still no necklace! I wrote asking and was informed there was a delay because of heavy orders. They said I would receive an email when my package was to be shipped. I never heard another word from them.
Do NOT order from this company.

The customer service "SUCKS". I wanted to cancel my order. I messaged them too many times, via Facebook/Messenger, Email and even telephone but no response. I used the Email provided on the transaction detail page on PayPal and 20 minutes later I got a response. Try using Email address *******@tenengroup.com.

Placed an order in March, it is now May and the item has not arrived.
Have made several attempts to contact them via email and Facebook, to no avail.
Their company Facebook page os full or similar complaints. You cannot speak to anyone as they do not have a telephone number.
Terrible experience! It looks as though my Mother won't be receiving her Mother's Day gift.
Very disappointing.

I placed a Mother's Day order with ample time to have it custom made and delivered, its been a week and a half and its still being made. It won't make it for Mother's Day. Very very disappointed with how my order has handled. I now wish I had gone with someone else so I would have the gift when I needed it and not days later. 5/8/14

I bought 2 name necklaces: one in 18k Gold-Plated Silver (a gift) and the other in Sterling Silver (for myself). I have no idea how the gold one held up because I never asked my friend (i'm embarassed!), but mine got dark after 2 months of mild use. I never spray perfume around my neck area b/c I know it's bad for jewelry, but the necklace is now dark and unusable. Wasted $60!
