I ordered an engraved Father's Day watch for my son it say delivered in July is now November n we still have no watch I tried emailing never got a reply now it's saying recipient address not valid.

I ordered a name necklace from https://www.mynamenecklace.com and its been 3 months and I havent received it. I dont even have the tracking number. I keep complaining about that, and Its an international order! It actually got send back and they reshipped it again but they still didnt provide me with a tracking number. I dont know where it is or which courier service to call and check up on. The customer service keep saying the same thing that I should wait blah blah or they can give me 10% refund and Im shocked. This isnt my fault in the first place so why the ten percent? Theyre the ones who shipped it and dont even know where it is?
Believe me I never write reviews especially bad ones because I dont want to bad mouth any business but this is the worst and most unprofessional experience I have. Please dont waste your money guys, especially if you live outside America because then its going to be a international shipment and they wouldnt provide a tracking number. Im just surprised they made no effort to help like they didnt check up on anything or even compensate for anything. I thought they would apologize and reship with a tracking number the second time but nothing! All they said they could do is refund ten percent. So the 90 percent of my money is going to waste over their mistake. I wasted 64 dollars.

A week on after asking for a refund, still dragging their feet an trying to offer store credit
As of 15/12/22 I receive a parcel with just a gift bag in and packaging ripped to pieces and an apology note for packages condition
No necklace or bracelet inside just a gift bag
After informing MYKA that this gift was for Christmas for my partner they are replying every other day with silly questions and stupid offers after clearly asking for a refund from the 10/12/22
Stay away from this store as customer service is disgraceful and quite frankly a pathetic excuse of a company who are now leaving me 2 special gifts less for my partner and showing no intentions of refunding this money in time for Christmas, which will be 2 weeks after refund was requested

Ordered a necklace for my partner from the kids and she loved it. Looked lovely and good quality too.
I placed an order with them on 7/18, for a Heart Family Tree Necklace With Birthstones In Gold Plating. They offer inscription on the product, so I put in 4 names in a language other than English. To make sure they support this, I tried to contact them and ask if they will do it in the other language. They do not have phone support, neither do they have an easy way to contact them via email. I went to the contact section of their website, and had to go through multiple steps of picking a category for the reason I'm contacting them, and couldn't find any relavant to mine. So I picked the option to "change inscription" on my order, and in the comments I wrote that I actually don't want to change the inscripiton, but in case you don't support non-English languages please let me know so we can find a solution, and I left my phone number as well.
I paid $17 for "Urgent Shipping" so I can get the product by 7/24. Today is 7/24, and my order is still in "Jewerly Creation" step. I never received any response from them, and my support ticket is now closed! I'm very angry cause this feels like a total scam...

I ordered a necklace on October 9th. It was for my girlfriends birthday on November 10th so I chose express delivery to make sure it arrived on time. It didn't arrive so I contacted them. I was told there was a problem in quality control and that's why it hadn't arrived. I was never updated. They advised me that they will sort it out and the parcel will arrive the following week. Another week came and went and still no necklace. I emailed them again but never got a response. I then wrote a review on here advising people of what happened. I then got a prompt response saying how sorry they are and they have prioritised my order and it will definitely arrive before December 10th. The necklace never arrived so I once again emailed them. I then received the exact same copy and pasted email advising me there was once again a problem with quality control. I have asked for a full refund but have not got any response. Its a scam. Please be careful with you're money and do not buy from this website
