Scam do not order. Product hasn't shown up, and ruined my Mother's Day gift. Looked up more about the company and the product they do ship is not as pictured and discolours easily.
Do not buy it's a scam. Mother's Day was destroyed for my kids because it never arrived, after a delivery guarantee. Then it just never ever arrived, it wasn't late it just didn't come.

Im absolutely disguested with the way my order arrived. It was posted through my door in a ripped up damaged envelope. The actual wallet/case its in is stained and marked. The chain and tag is on a bit of paper inside. The chain itself is a poor excuse of a chain, its thin tiny and cheap looking, looks nothing like the picture. It looks like it would snap upon picking it up, and has come out of a arcade machine. The personalised dog tag is not as pictured either its tiny, and thin and not as shown. My actual picture its blurred and not put on straight and the engraving is terrible. The tag is marked upon opening. I have looked online and there are hundreds of unhappy customers that havent received a refund and are unhappy with their orders funny enough for the same reason as myself. You are false advertising for lots of reasons! One- the item is nothing as pictured and cheap horrible quality when a good quality was promised. Two your website states 100 day money back guarantee. And I have looked into trading standards and this is not acceptable. I am now giving you 48hours to respond an adequate solution otherwise I am going to trading standards, the police, the papers you name it! As I am just one in hundreds of mistreated customers that are looking for answers.

I have a few items (as gifts) from here over the years and absolutely love them! However i ordered a necklace that was guarenteed delivery before xmas, even paid the extra just to be sure. The whole time the ETA was 24th of december right up until the day then the ETA disappeared completely, no idea when it is supposed to arrive. I wrote a review on trust piolet and had a seemingly fake person (sure it's computer generated) reply saying there was a misunderstanding and it was actually due to arrive on the 25th dec, xmas day! Suprise, suprise it still hasn't arrived. Have had about 20 emails back and forth with computer generated answers everytime. Like everyone else saying to confirm delivery address again, saying my email address isn't associated with the 'incident' and will not give me a tracking number or courier company. Have asked for a refund, no answer from them at all! I will be ringing my credit card company and getting a full refund as i have seen others do... anyone who is having the same issues i highly suggest you do the same and not waste your time trying to get answers from them
I have placed a necklace order on April 15th, the expected delivery was May 8th, Today is June 1st and I have not yet received the order.
When followed up with the company, they just send a canned response blaming COVID-19 for delays.
I live in Canada, and apparently they have sent this to Canada Post for delivery, but I cannot find any tracking with Canada Post as well.
I understand that there are some delays with COVID-19, but at this point based on company's lack of proper response and also the fact that I cant find the tracking number on Canada Post, I am assuming that this was a scam and I highly advice against buying anything from this company.
I have also asked the company for a refund, but again they send the same automatic response

Lovely chain delivered quickly only rhat the chain was all knotted up ruined it because i couldn't put it on my wifes neck because it took so long to un knot it
I ordered a name plate necklace for my mother's day gift to myself almond. 2 years ago. From the beginning yes it did take forever to arrive but when it did none the less I loved it! However, since then mychain has broken now twice. The first time it was under warranty and they sent me a replacement chain after a few weeks no problem. It just had to be reattached with a set of jewelry pliers. Fine. Now 4 months ago or so it broke again! Only this time I had to pay $10 for my replacement chain because my warranty is expired. Fine! I paid the 10 against my better judgement bcuz I love wearing my sons names on my necklace. After a few weeks an envelope shows up, with a peiece of paper inside and a jewelry bag EMPTY! Nothing in the envelope pr on the paper or in the bag! So I took a picture sent an email and they said customer service is their first priority I pleaded with them to send it more carefully and wrapped better as you could feel the chain through the envelope if you tried and it's not even real silver not sure why anyone would want it?! They said they send me another and today I get the envelope once again empty! It doesn't look tampered with but the seal was loose like poorly sealed! It could have fallen out sure... but either way, it's their fault I now just want my money back I'm done playing these games and the product is cheap I don't wear in the water or to bed so the fact it keeps breaking proves it's just cheaply made!
I should have read the reviews first! The wallet I ordered looked like a kid drew the picture on and it took FOREVER to get my order! NEVER AGAIN! This site should be shut down!

Firstly I just want to say that i was so disappointed that I waited 4 weeks ish for an anklet from here which I paid over £75 for … with personalised/ initials. The quality is very poor. Don't be fooled by the nice photos on Fb … secondly the anklet wouldn't fit a child's ankle … I'm a uk size 12 so I'm not ever weight nor do I have swollen ankles lol … the initial gold tags we paid extra for look like a 7 year old hand stamped them

When I came across this site I was so impressed and pleased by the photos of the jewellery and thought it would make a lovely present for my stepdaughters birthday. I was provided with a preview of how it would look(1st photo)
What I received was a cheap cheap cheap piece of rubbish that I wouldn't pay a tenner for! - the gift box is of a better quality than the contents!
The first photo is from the website - the second photo is what I actually got - the total weight of the item is 9gm - flimsy cheap rubbish that deserves 0 stars - avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Ordering was simple, emailed updates on estimated delivery and came on time. I really love my necklace.
Overall very good just need little tweaks as in better quality packaging and deeper engraving not sure it will last very long before wearing away
