I ordered a necklace and a ring. I finished my order at 7:53 pm, when it was almost 10pm I sent them an email asking to add my son's DOB on the ring. After that I kept looking at the website for about 10 days to see if my order was shipped. It was saying that should expect on the 19th of this month. Because on the 19th I didn't receive I sent them an email. But I got a reply that was saying my order was on it's was. So I sent another, hot same response. On the 3rd email that I sent someone replied saying that my ordered was delayed due the changes I made!(?) but the changes I made was a couple hours after I placed the order! Not a day or 2! Are you kidding me? Then I finally got my order and guess what? The engraving was WRONG! The person that replied to me on Facebook tried to blame on me! But I have all the emails that proof I didn't send anything wrong! NEVER AGAIN ILL BUY STUFF FROM THIS STORE! I'd give 0 stars btw if that was possible.

Did not send the item then tried to get me to cancel my paypal claim to settle outside of PayPal so that they wouldn't need to actually provide a refund. Do not buy!

I thought I would buy my partner a necklace with children's names for her birthday was 8th August, I placed the order on 25th July my estimated delivery date was 17th August we are now 7th September an have no necklace and most important no explanation it's disgusting I will never use this place again
I looked at the reviews after I had ordered off this website and was scared that I had ordered off a scam, but that wasn't the case. I received my order 5 days before it was due, which was the 20th December. I'll admit, I did try to contact them to see if I could cancel it, because I was terrified I had put 75 down the drain so I may have been a bit relieved if I got a response back, but I never did. I payed through Paypal and was about to open a dispute because the reviews had made me paranoid but it arrived before it's due date and is in perfect condition. I absolutely love my purchase for my mother. I have the 3D bar necklace with all my siblings names engraved on it and it's beautiful. It comes in a little gift box and is well presented. Perfect Christmas present. People have bad experiences with companies all the time and jump straight to calling it a scam, when the problem is probably not on their end the majority of time. I wanted to share my experience because I had no difficulties with my order (besides no response from customer service - that being said I haven't gotten any responses from any companies i've been emailing due to the time of the year). I highly recommend and will be definitely ordering again. :)
I am very disappointed I ordered my name necklace for Chtritmas and it will not be delivered until 12/26. When I ordered it they guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
I cancelled my order even before I got the necklace I ordered. I paid for the urgent shipping and they couldn't even do that. Also, it was shipped from Israel, they never said anything about that.
Where do I even begin with this trash $#*! company. Lets start with their "service". They have TERRIBLE customer service. They don't have a phone number to contact anyone. THE ONLY way to get in contact is their customer service email which they don't reply to unless you message them on Facebook and rant about your problems. I told them my problems through email and at first they couldn't do anything to help me but as soon as you demand a refund they respond very quickly and have all the answers! Next, lets talk about "shipping". I purchased an item from them on Dec 4, so that it would be here before christmas. I paid extra money for it to be shipped in 9 business days instead of the 12 they offered. I received a tracking number from them but USPS NEVER received anything. I finally was able to get in contact with the company and they gave me the same tracking number and told me it should be there before the 28th. Christmas was on the 25th. Was not going to work out. I demanded a refund and never heard anything back from the company. The day after christmas I received a knock at the door and there was my package. It had a 3 Day priority mail sticker AND when I checked USPS it said they sent it out on Dec 24. This company is a scam, don't waste anytime or money here because you'll be waiting a lifetime. Not to mention if you have any problems there isn't any way to get in contact.

I ordered a bracelet with my grandkids names on it. The font was NOTHING like the picture on the website. You can hardly see the names the print it is so small. Not worth buying.
