If I could give them 0 star I would. The problem is not only this location but also the customer service. When you go buy anything they tell you they cover damages when actually the DO NOT. I do have a sectional that's cost me over 2k and one of the recliners is defect. They don't want to cover it because I moved! PLEASE READ THIS SO IT WONT HAPPEN TO YOU WHAT HAPPENED TO ME: ONCE YOU MOVE FROM HOUSES THEY VOID YOUR WARRANTY! BE VERY CAREFUL! Now I have here a sectional and a kids bed that they do not want to do anything about. AVOID THIS PLACE, ANY LOCATION. Bcse the customer service is horrible!

I ordered a pair of Dolce & Gabbana in July 29th. I called a week later to check the status and they said I'd would receive it in a fee days. I waited another week and they said that it was in back order and this would take about 3 weeks for me to receive it. Today they said it still in back order so I cancelled the order. That's ridiculous they don't honor what they advertise. If they don't have the product it should never be available on the website. I do not recommend at all

I bought a couple rings from Voare back in December of 2018. At that point I paid $69 in one and $49 on the other one. I barely wore the rings and for my surprise I notice that the color of the rings are fading. I contact them this week and the solution they found for me was: that I could go to a jeweler near by to plate the rings again! Excuse me? They sell something for me with a horrible quality and now they are saying that o should deal with that? Poor quality product, horrible customer service!
PS: I just notice at the website they dropped the price for the same products I bought. Probably bcse they know that their product doesn't worth.

I ordered a necklace and a ring. I finished my order at 7:53 pm, when it was almost 10pm I sent them an email asking to add my son's DOB on the ring. After that I kept looking at the website for about 10 days to see if my order was shipped. It was saying that should expect on the 19th of this month. Because on the 19th I didn't receive I sent them an email. But I got a reply that was saying my order was on it's was. So I sent another, hot same response. On the 3rd email that I sent someone replied saying that my ordered was delayed due the changes I made!(?) but the changes I made was a couple hours after I placed the order! Not a day or 2! Are you kidding me? Then I finally got my order and guess what? The engraving was WRONG! The person that replied to me on Facebook tried to blame on me! But I have all the emails that proof I didn't send anything wrong! NEVER AGAIN ILL BUY STUFF FROM THIS STORE! I'd give 0 stars btw if that was possible.

I ordered products from Shutterfly several times. But there are couple things that I hate! First of all, they dont give anything FREE as they say, they actually charge a crazy amount for shipping so we end up paying the product. Then after they charge a lot of shipping they take FOREVER to send the product. Ridiculous! The quality is not bad but the advertising is completely FAKE!

I got 2 heart charms bracelet for me, 2 for my sister and one necklace to my mom. I used my bracelets twice in a week and the color started FADING. My moms necklace started oxidizing. I'm so ashemed of sending the bracelets as a gift to my sister now. Because I see the quality is pretty bad. I sent them an email, nobody replied. I called, they don't anwer. Horrible experience
