Website suck. My necklace broke multiple times and when i emailed customer service i never got a response, even with my warranty! Never buy they crap they need to be erased from existence.
What a horrible shopping experience! I have emailed three time in an effort to get my order before Mother's Day only to be told they could not honor my request. I offered to pay extra shipping or an expedite fee, yet they can not honor my request. At the same time, I received one email each day since my order was placed promoting delivery on orders before Mother's Day. I tried to cancel the order and they wanted to charge a 30% fee. Beware shoppers, question their ethics as well as their customer service.
I had an ad pop up in facebook advertising mothers day necklaces. I went through to their website which appeared to be an Australian company from a. com.au domain. My total order price was $85. After checking my bank statement i was charge $105 USD ($140 AUD). Never received a confirmation order. I immediately contact the company via email (the only way to contact them). They offer a 10% refund and twice said they had resent the order confirmation but i never received it. 100% i entered my email address correct and there was no typo. This company is in Israel and will take your money and ignore you.
I ordered an initialed bracelet. The picture on their site showed three initials between a cuff band. The item I received had only two initials between the cuff and one was placed over the cuff. I returned the item for replacement and was told that it could not be made properly (?). My options were to buy something else or forfeit 10% of my purchase price if I wanted a refund. Since they could not deliver what I paid for I should have received a full refund. A three month ordeal. Buyer beware!
They charged a fortune, lost my order, charged a fortune for fast delivery. Item was smaller and cheaper-looking than the advert. Promised a refund but failed to follow through on this offer. Stay well clear.
Ordered a necklace for my daughter, got tracking number, said will be returned to sender as insufficient address, after many emails they say they will make me a new one if i pay half price! I just wNt my original one
My earrings from My Name Necklace were terrible quality! I wore them only twice before the stem broke off one of the earrings and all that remained was the earring back! I've tried repeatedly to get the company to reimburse me for the terribly disappointing merchandise.
Ordered the necklace early December. After several attempt did not receive it until early February. Did not know it was coming from China. Had I known I would not have ordered the product to come 2 months late. Product was defective. Sent them an email only to find out that it was changed. Found an email and wrote to them. They said it was probably defective during transit. They wanted me to send more money for freight.
Back and forth went on for another month. Had to get Paypal involved. Was only refunded 1/2 my money.
Do not use this company unless you want to lose your money.
Dishonest company. Regardless of the quality of their product, which btw, is nothing special, they deserve one star for their dishonesty in promising delivery by a certain date. Based on other responses, I'm obviously not alone, nor am I mistaken in my impression of their cavalier attitude towards honoring their promises. Their customer service is awful, too. I have purchase 3 items from them. Never again.
I bought a foot necklace for my Mother's Day gift. I have 2 step kids and a daughter. When I recieved it I loved it. Until 6 months passed. Keep in mind I ONLY wore this to special occasions or IF I did wear it to work it wasn't often but I do work in a office so it wasn't like it was getting shifted around etc. After 6 months of having this and wearing it for special occasions - one of the jewels came out. I contacted the company to which they did send me a 2nd necklace free of charge. A few months later the SAME jewel fell out from the 2nd necklace. I contacted them again, they credited me 10% of what I paid and sent me a replacement stone. They would do nothing further. This is the CHEAPEST made jewelry I have bought and their customer service is horrible. DO not buy from this company. I think it is also funny that there is NO WAY to write a review on their website for the item you buy - all of the reviews are 5 stars prob made up by their employees.
Reordered an item on December 5th 2017 due to my first purchase breaking (The first time I ordered I had no issues, the shipment came in the day it should've, and it was an overall positive experience, which led me to reorder to replace the item). They offered me a 50% discount to replace the necklace. Was guaranteed shipping before Christmas, but did not show up. Finally received item on January 16,2018, but It is not the same item. Necklace inscription is MUCH thicker than the original.
No one has replied to my emails. I have sent about 11 emails, yet no response. The only time I actually got a response was when I wanted to repurchase the item. Clearly will only reply if it will bring in any sales, but to give a refund or to sort out an issue is impossible to get a hold of them. Nonetheless, they falsely reassured that someone will reply to the email within 48 hours as well as falsely guaranteed shipping.
I am truly unhappy with the service, or the lack of I should say. Very frustrating and extremely negative experience. I have never run into such horrible service.
Ordered a month before Christmas. I figured a month PLUS they guarantee delivery before, I should be OK. What a joke! Got it AFTER Christmas. I had emailed the company about a week before because initially when I ordered, it said delivery by the 19th, but order status did not even have it shipping by the 19th. I was still "guaranteed" it would arrive by Christmas. Well, I asked them how did they honor the guarantee and one option was I could place another order at a discount price. Where do I even begin with this trash $#*! company. Lets start with their "service". They have TERRIBLE customer service. They don't have a phone number to contact anyone. THE ONLY way to get in contact is their customer service email which they don't reply to unless you message them on Facebook and rant about your problems. I told them my problems through email and at first they couldn't do anything to help me but as soon as you demand a refund they respond very quickly and have all the answers! Next, lets talk about "shipping". I purchased an item from them on Dec 4, so that it would be here before christmas. I paid extra money for it to be shipped in 9 business days instead of the 12 they offered. I received a tracking number from them but USPS NEVER received anything. I finally was able to get in contact with the company and they gave me the same tracking number and told me it should be there before the 28th. Christmas was on the 25th. Was not going to work out. I demanded a refund and never heard anything back from the company. The day after christmas I received a knock at the door and there was my package. It had a 3 Day priority mail sticker AND when I checked USPS it said they sent it out on Dec 24. This company is a scam, don't waste anytime or money here because you'll be waiting a lifetime. Not to mention if you have any problems there isn't any way to get in contact.
Basically promised delivery before Xmas. Arrived 27th Dec. Necklace not worth the £59 i paid for it. Very thin Cheap and no Hallmark to confirm if this is silver... I would be embarrassed to give this to my wife. I think this is just a company taking advantage of the xmas season..
I'm not in the habit of posting negative items on companies, unless it is truly unacceptable. MyNameNecklace let me down for Christmas. I placed an order on November 29,2017 for a great looking necklace, with a guarantee of delivery for Christmas. It didn't happen. When I emailed them the week before Christmas, I received a canned response that stated two things. The first was, "All orders that are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas will arrive by December 24th." The second was, "We want to help out. You can Click & Print below a MyNameNecklace jewelry certificate to present on Christmas to your loved one in the extreme case of a late delivery. Click & Print our "Gift Is On the Way " certificate.
Or perhaps you prefer our "Purchased On Time! " certificate? Other customers found that this certificate saved their day! We hope it will help you too."
I received no communication until on Christmas Day morning an email came in saying, "Your MyNameNecklace order has been shipped.
Are you excited? You should be!"
In any case, this was the single most disappointing customer service experience I have had in years and recommend you don't order from MyNameNecklace if it's within a month of the time you need it.
Never trust a business that cannot be contacted by phone and says they will take 2-3 days to respond to your emails... if you get a response at all. I ordered around 12/6 and delivery by Christmas was "guaranteed". The delivery left Israel on the 21st and DHL tracking has it being delivered on the 26th. The company has taken no responsibility aside from lying to me that it will be delivered on time. Furthermore, I received no email confirmation of my order when it was made and it took multiple emails to even find out my order number or tracking purposes. This lack of customer service is a clear indicator that this business cares for no one.
I am very disappointed I ordered my name necklace for Chtritmas and it will not be delivered until 12/26. When I ordered it they guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Received order after 10 days - error with inscription - name spelled incorrectly. Plus - the "silver" is cheap and paper thin with no official hallmarks so you have no guarantee of its fineness or purity.
They are refusing me a refund and offering instead a "free" reorder! A free reorder is surely just an order?!
