I've now ordered two pairs of glasses from Zenni. Both pairs were very cheaply made and they could not be adjusted. In fact, when I took them to optical shops to adjust, they wouldn't do it. They were afraid the glasses would break when adjusted. I've ordered progressive prescription glasses from Eyebobs and they've been stylish, well made and prescription perfect! Eyebobs is about 2x as much as Zenni; but, you'll receive quality glasses! Also, note that Eyebobs will give you a 100% store credit for a return. But, when you want to return and receive money back, you'll only receive 50% the purchase price of your glasses!

We are sorry that you dislike your glasses, and that you were unable to get them adjusted to fit you comfortably. We take pride in providing high quality, well-made eyeglasses for our customers, so if a customer receives a pair of glasses that contains manufacturing errors or if they observe any defects in a pair of glasses, they may provide a photo of the defect or return the glasses to be inspected within 30 days of receiving them, and we will replace them at no cost if a review of the photo or if the in-house inspection confirms the error. However, if there are no defects or errors detected, in accordance with our Terms of Use, the customer may choose from the standard return options, which are 100% store credit, excluding the shipping fee, or 50% refund to the credit card that was used to pay for the order, which also excludes the shipping fee. We believe that store credit is a good option in cases where there are no manufacturing errors or defects and the customer is willing to try again to purchase a different item that better suits their tastes, and we are pleased to offer 50% refund to customers who do not wish to reorder so that they may recoup half of what was initially paid for the glasses.
