I ordered an item December 2018. As of today, January 21st, I have not received the order. The tracking is still vague, saying dispatched but with no end result. I have emailed three times and received basic automated responses. As yet, still nothing has been resolved. I would not advise anyone to use this site. I will be escalating this further in order to hopefully prevent unsuspecting customers being ripped off. This review is the start, come Friday, if there is still no response I will be taking it to all forums
Ordered rings on 4/15/2020 as a mother's day gift and still have not received. Didn't know it had to come from China and it has been there since 4/25/2020. Will not order again unless I am really happy with the product, if I ever receive it. I
I ordered a ring with my daughters name and birthstone. It is stunning, I've had lots of compliments. It arrived before it was supposed too as well which is always a bonus. Would definitely use this company again!

Do not buy from this company, I ordered and paid for my item well over a month ago and haven't received it. After numerous emails and private messages asking where it is and being told to just wait and then that someone else must have received the delivery so I need to go and find it myself (the tracking is still showing its being shipped) I requested a full refund only to be told I can have a 20% refund and can reorder their item for free which is absolutely ridiculous.
Don't waste your time or money with this company.
I ordered a necklace on 5/8 and paid expedited shipping to receive it by 5/22. The shipping information says the item has been I. The same location since 6/19. Everyday it updates to a new date and time with the same location listed. I contacted customer service several times and they keep telling me the item is on its way. I've even been told twice I would receive it in 3 days. Well, it's 6/4 and still no necklace. Myka has not been helpful at all. It feels like a scam especially because I can't speak to anyone over the phone and they take 24-48 hrs to respond.

I order a necklace from these guys paid $140 Canadian Dollars. It's been way over the date my necklace was supposed to be delivered and I've sent countless of emails with no response. They're a bunch of fraudsters. Don't order from them
I received a 3 ring Russian necklace which I think except for it keeps twisting over to hide names. I bought a friend a hearts name necklace. This was the same price as mine but it's such poor quality. My name necklace's exchange policy is awful. I could exchange it if I jumped through multiple hoops and more or less paid for the new item
I placed an order from this site, the quality was the cheapest metal I've ever seen, looks like cheap iron,. I contacted them to ask for a refund, after sending as requested, pictures, proof of purchase over and over, I never heard from them again. They are truly the worst ever, stay away.

Beware, as this is a deceptive website! I never received my order and I they never replied to any of my emails (although I still get their regular advertising spam in my mail). Their website looks authentic and I did not bother to read all the warnings online. Now I have to wait months before my bank can help me restore my money. If you want to donate your money, there are better ways of doing it.
The necklace discoloured, the names unreadable and the general appearance altered. To be told by the very unhelpful and slow customer service that the items only have a 6 months warranty. In other words they are only expected to last that long. I was offered a discount to order again! I will not be ordered there ever again nor will anyone I know.
I took a chance with this site as a Christmas present. I've reached out several times as it said my item is supposed to be delivered today because I paid for expedite shipping. Can't reach anyone. Only generic messages sent back saying its still on track and it haven't even been packaged yet to be delivered today. This is a scam. Do not use this site! Waste
Terrible customer service, ripped me off with premium postage, then delivered late by 3 days having paid extra, then had the cheek to email me guaranteeing free Christmas delivery. Save your money, this lot are a joke and take on average 3 days to reply with the pathetic responses.
I ordered on 5/3/19 and was assured that I would get the delivery by Mother's Day (5/12/19). Well, Mother's Day came and went -- no delivery. Very, very poor customer service and support. I have asked what they will do to correct this situation. The silence is deafening. Would not buy anything from them again.
They actually put "special handling" instructions on the FedEx to "Deliver Weekday" which I never asked for. It was supposed to be delivered by Mother's day. Don't make promises that you cannot keep.
Bought a necklace for my wife for Mother's Day. It arrived looking like a $5 necklace that you would get in a kids goody bag. They do not have a phone # to call and only have an online submission form for returns. I have filled this out multiple times and no one has replied or contacted me. This is a total scam and I am out $100+ now.

Still have not received this product as it was sent back for some reason and I cannot get any help to find out why. Still trying to get this before Mother's Day, but it does not look like it's gonna happen. I will not order from this company again as there is no customer service. Took my money but still no product. If I could give a no star rating I would. Thanks for nothing as I'll have to find another gift for my kids to give to their mother.

I chose silver which the webpage stated would be. 925 silver plated over copper. I received stainless steel jewellery. Not happy!
Have a look at the photo from their website. To see this writing you have to click on "description", to see that it's only stainless steel and not what you think it is when you read the description, you need to click "details"
Who wants to pay $40 for stainless steel jewellery? I could have bought something local for less. I contacted them about it and they said essentially, " too bad".
There is another problem. My name necklace parades itself as an Australian company that is in Australia but when you get your shipping info you realise that it is really a Chinese company with an Australian website

No service. None. Zero. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Even paid extra shipping to be double sure. Day it's supposed to arrive it doesn't even show to be created yet. And definitely not shipped. Contacted them and they offered a card with a note to give in its place. What kind of ignorance? Asked for a refund and they stopped responding.
