I have ordered a gift for mother's day and although it was guaranteed to be delivered by May 8 it had not. They sent a tracking number that when I check on canada post states they are waiting for item, company states they shipped, I call canada post they say they haven't received it from border, it has been a month and no update.It is frustrating, they need to return my money.
I bought a bracelet in January. Delivery was a nightmare to begin with but the bracelet that is supposedly sterling silver turning brown takes the cake. I ordered a personalized bracelet for my fiance and he hasn't even gotten to wear it yet and it's already turning. I just opened the box to see that. I feel ripped off I should have went with things remembered. I am so mad.

This is a big scam. How come they have not been shut down.
Was informed that necklace would arrive 17th Sept. Emailed them and had no reply as of yet. Looking at reviews and guessing will not receive this. Checked my bank details and money has been taken. Can you please give me an update ASAP.

Ordered 2 necklaces from their website and it stated 26-28 days shipping. Sent an email and just got a rude response back. Very poor customer service. Still have not received my order 50 days later! Never ordering from here again. Avoid!
Placed an order in March, it is now May and the item has not arrived.
Have made several attempts to contact them via email and Facebook, to no avail.
Their company Facebook page os full or similar complaints. You cannot speak to anyone as they do not have a telephone number.
Terrible experience! It looks as though my Mother won't be receiving her Mother's Day gift.
Very disappointing.
These guys are literally taking your money and not delivering. The customer service has asked me 5 times to confirm my address. £80 wasted and Father's Day ruined.

I sent an email to customer service. I keep getting the same emails over and over and they don't accept that they have sent me a faulty product. I have sent them pictures and everything but they still don't want to refund me the full amount. We went from 10% refund to now 70%. That already shows that this company is just a rip off with bad business practice.
Such a scam! My husband ordered way before Mother's Day and paid extra for shipping to get it here on time and it still has not even arrived in Canada! Do NOT order from this company! All comments on their FB page are the same!

Ordered a bracelet for husband's bday and paid for 3-7 day arrival. That was 2 weeks ago and still don't have it. Usps says maybe Thursday. Shipping label created after 2 days of order but didn't ship for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service. No refund only 20 percent off next purchase which will NEVER happen!

Took 2 months to make and ship with false statements on their site. When i finally got the necklace, OMG. What a piece of junk. For $20 maybe. Same quality I would expect at a mall kiosk with custom jewelry.

Ordered chain last November and still haven't received it. Have been given the run around being told it's ready to dispatch ASAP but it hasn't. In the meantime I continue to receive emails everyday advertising their products. Chain was a Christmas present which has now passed.

More than a month now and we are still waiting for delivery of an item that was "guaranteed" to arrive before Christmas.
Every attempt to rectify the situation is met with an increasingly defensive response. While, at first, sympathetic to our concerns, they now are trying to insinuate that everything is our fault.
Almost every new response we receive, in some way contradicts previous claims they have made. I have demanded a refund but their stance is that once it leaves their facility, it's the customer's problem.
I will never make the mistake of trying to do business with this organization again and I would advise anyone not living in the continental U.S. to avoid doing so either.
Absolutely loved my chain, the quality is amazing and such good value for money, the shipping didn't take long either, my overall experience with this company has been great and I would definitely order again from them.
Myself and a friend clubbed together to buy our friend something special for her 40th birthday. We spent over £100 on the item plus paid an extra £20 for express delivery. The items were a few days late which meant we missed her actual birthday but not only that the item was so poorly made. Very light weight, badly scratched. It looked like a child costume jewellery. Customer services have still not replied 4 days on.
