This is first time I came to this website to purchase something. And customer service is very bad, firstly you charged me double money than market price for the product and didnt deliver the item on time and my wife didnt like the item even I cannt return the item.

I bought a $128 necklace 4. 27. 2020 for Mother's Day. Guaranteed delivery before Mother's Day (Today 5. 10. 2020.)
They took payment. There is no tracking number, no confirmation. Customer service said they will help as soon as possible and needed to verify my address which I did yesterday.
Super stoked my wife didn't get the gift she wanted for and on Mother's Day. The disappointment in her eyes reflects on me.
Now, I have to fight to get my money. As if things aren't stressful enough during Covif-19.

I ordered a gift for my mom for mother's day. In order for it to arrive on time, I paid $25 extra, it took 3 weeks. 2 weeks past mother's day. When I inquired to customer service they said they can't guarantee because it is an overseas shipment. They shipped from the UK to Italy... how does that take 3 weeks & considered overseas? They offered me 10% off for my trouble... are you kidding me? I gave all the shipping info, paid extra and jerked around. I could've gotten anything else and had it in time for Mother's Day. Instead, I had to buy another gift since I had nothing to give.
Customer service isn't helpful & no one cares. They just say it's not their fault.

Purchased a men's leather bracelet from MyNameNecklace and it took forever too receive. When it finally arrived the leather bracelet was too large. I contacted the company multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue with no success. I provided all of the purchase details and sent photos as they requested. Every time I followed up the replies came from a different customer service rep, so I had to start the entire process over again. This company is a total scam. Better Business Bureau rating of "F" with multiple unresolved complaints. Wish I had done more research before purchasing. Dig a little deeper into their 5-Star Trust Pilot Rating and you'll find virtually all of the negative reviews have been scrubbed.

I ordered this necklace in February for my daughters birthday in April. I wanted her children's names engraved one on each ring. It was suppose to be first & middle names. When the necklace arrived I saw the names ran together. I contacted the co. & sent them a picture. They agreed and said they would redo the necklace. I told them to make it easier & so no mistake could be made to only engrave their first names. They redid it exactly like the first necklace. I didn't receive the order until the end of April. Their website says it has 100 day return policy with a 30% off restocking fee which I thought was high. They want to only give me 10% back which is a 90% restocking fee.

I bought the gold vermeil, and in 6 months it is almost white, the color is completely gone. I would love to buy the solid gold but I am very afraid that the same thing will happen. I add photo of the difference between the one I already used for 6 months and the new one.

This company is running an old scam, charge you extra for fast shipping, but they don't deliver the item anywhere close to the time-frame in the fast shipping that you paid for, and then instead of refunding the extra shipping costs that you paid for, they offer you a "discount" if you are dumb enough to buy more items from them. I have reported them to our state attorney general's office and got my bank to reverse the total charge from my credit card.

I ordered this bracelet with four hearts -engraved with the name of my cats. It came rather quickly and the packaging was very nice... however the bracelet was way too small. The site does say M/L is for avg woman but my wrist is rather small so i ordered a small - but this would not be good for anyone except a small child... they should say "child" not just "small" - i had to struggle to open get it on my hand... that makes the close which is very sensitive to the spring action almost impossible to maintain and it opens on its own all the time when you least expect it and the charms fall all over and it is hard to find them. Also the clasp itself is very flimsy so if you take off a sweater or top and it catches it also opens on it's own... So after three times i gave up and stopped wearing it. Also the charms are tarnished after about a week of wearing it - the site says the bracelet is sterling silver but i sincerely doubt it - the charms say silver but they dont say sterling so i think those are tin or some cheap material - they were shiny when they arrived and now after a week they are dull like a matte finish and dont match the bracelet tone. Names on them are extremely small. Overall a bad experience... dont buy from these scam artists.

They said they had issued a refund (minus a huge restocking fee) but never did. After months of chasing them I had to get Visa to reverse the transaction.

A refund usually takes between 5 to 21 business days to appear in your account. This is depending on how your credit card provider works. In my experience, if it's one of the major ones and not debit, it can be within 5 business days. There are some who will see it reflected in their account only on the next billing statement.

This company has no telephone number; they will only respond via email. If they send defective merchandise they are slow in addressing concerns. Gold material is stated but there is a bate and switch send silver products only when ordering white gold. There should be 14k and 18k markings on jewelry and there is not. They want you to send necklace back first on your expense then wait wait wait several weeks for replacement without offering refund. Buyers beware! Still waiting for response to many emails.
