A friend of mine didn't like the wine he received from WI, but he got reds, and I wanted whites, so I decided to give them a try. I was told that it would be shipped out in a couple of days, however AFTER they got my payment I got a message saying that it would be 2 WEEKS before they even shipped it out. I immediately called to cancel the order, no answer. I wrote their customer service dept. and all I got was a bunch of excuses why they would not cancel the order. I had to have paypal give me a refund by doing a charge back to them.

Is there a way that you can give more details of your order? Some of our orders are shipped from the middle east since we have suppliers based there, some locally and some in other parts of the world. From the initial understanding I have with what you describe, the only time we offer a replacement with a fee is if an order is lost due to wrong address provided.
