This company is running an old scam, charge you extra for fast shipping, but they don't deliver the item anywhere close to the time-frame in the fast shipping that you paid for, and then instead of refunding the extra shipping costs that you paid for, they offer you a "discount" if you are dumb enough to buy more items from them. I have reported them to our state attorney general's office and got my bank to reverse the total charge from my credit card.

Tip for consumers:
You wouldn't know it from all the internet ads but MyNameNecklace is a little shop based in Isreal, their customer service is horrible, instead of them even attempting to assist you they encourage you to be dumb enough to give them even more money for a "discount", when they never delivered the item that you already paid for.

Products used:
I purchased their ring necklace with engraving, purchased 2 weeks ago, paid extra for "express shipping" and never received it.

Is there a way that you can give more details of your order? Some of our orders are shipped from the middle east since we have suppliers based there, some locally and some in other parts of the world. From the initial understanding I have with what you describe, the only time we offer a replacement with a fee is if an order is lost due to wrong address provided.

A friend of mine didn't like the wine he received from WI, but he got reds, and I wanted whites, so I decided to give them a try. I was told that it would be shipped out in a couple of days, however AFTER they got my payment I got a message saying that it would be 2 WEEKS before they even shipped it out. I immediately called to cancel the order, no answer. I wrote their customer service dept. and all I got was a bunch of excuses why they would not cancel the order. I had to have paypal give me a refund by doing a charge back to them.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and provide this feedback. I do apologize about any delay you may have experienced with shipping. Starting at the beginning of March, when the "Stay At Home" orders began, we experienced an unexpected surge in orders. We made sure to contact our customers as quickly as possible to keep them updated with shipment delay information. Our warehouses worked their hardest to keep up with the increased volume. Our standard delivery window is 3-5 days, regardless of the amount of the order. We are now back to that delivery time.
