Purchased a "3d printed moon lamp" for my wife for mothers day. (https://photomoonlamp.com/products/personalized-creative-3d-print-photo-moon-lamp-engraved-lamp-gift-for-her-touch-two-colors) I paid more for expedited shipping than I did for the lamp. Its been 4 weeks since I paid and I still haven't received anything. I've attempted to contact the company multiple times but the website won't work correctly on my phone or computer. Apparently the moon lamp website is part of myluckynecklace because that's where it redirects when you try to contact customer service. There is not a phone number or email to call. I've wasted so much time and money. I want my money back. I recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

Item was sent from Israel, not the Uk as they would have you believe. Took a long time to arrive. Colour of stones was inaccurate compared to photos. Rings were much smaller than the pictures show them. And they're not cheap. Engraving was not real engraving, just black text added onto the metal, don't believe it will last long. Communication was terrible. They take ages to respond and when they do, it's usually "sorry we can't find your order in our records". They're refusing to reply once I have asked for a return/refund. Can't recommend them at all. Pink stone turned out clear.

I have ordered a gift for mother's day and although it was guaranteed to be delivered by May 8 it had not. They sent a tracking number that when I check on canada post states they are waiting for item, company states they shipped, I call canada post they say they haven't received it from border, it has been a month and no update.It is frustrating, they need to return my money.

Terrible customer service. They trick people to pay extra for fast shipping. My husband purchased over three weeks in advance thinking that's plenty of time to get by Mother's day but 5 days before Mother's day he contacted the company and it hadn't even been made let alone shipped and they were still advertising that day that purchases made would get it by Mother's Day but apparently only the ones that paid extra. My husband expressed his dissatisfaction and they didn't seem to care at all. I received my bracelet 8 days after Mother's Day. We will never purchase from this company again.
As for the product, The bracelet is beautiful and appears to be genuine leather but it is very difficult to put on. I have never owned a bracelet that I couldn't put on myself until now.

I have been trying to find out about my items, that were to be received weeks ago. Canada post is still "waiting on item" but company is claiming they sent it weeks ago. I have sent 5 emails now, and have only been generically responded too. I spent over $100 for my purchase and they will not even reply or give insight. I'm fine with lateness of items but I am not ok with non communication. To be it's a scam. The item is now two weeks late.

I bought my mom a necklace for Mother's Day and paid extra for rushed shipping to make sure it would be here on time. The necklace did arrive in time, however, it was so cheaply made and there was actual dirt inside the locket. They advertise as 18k gold, but my necklace was tarnished. Gold doesnt tarnish. Now they refuse to accommodate me in a refund or return and I am now out $70. This Company is a SCAM! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. I am so upset.

I ordered a Mother's Day present for my daughter-in-law and when I tracked it it said delivery 5/18 which would be more than a month from when I ordered it when I asked when I am going to receive it they told me it was out of stock
Why didn't they tell me that before since website said it had been created and when I tried to reorder item it did not say it was out of stock
So now I have no gift and they didn't have courtesy to tell me they had no intention of shipping it
I will never order from this company again
I asked them to call me but they didn't

I ordered a mothers day gift, a necklace, the birthstone and Initials droplets style. When I placed my order 4/27/20 I was told in emails the gift would arrive before mothers day May 7th, then it was the 9th. It finally showed up the day after mothers day. I then found the necklace knotted so badly it took my wife and I a whole hour to un knot. I got no response when I reached out about delivery and still haven't. Nice product but horrible service and presentation.

I placed an order from this site, the quality was the cheapest metal I've ever seen, looks like cheap iron,. I contacted them to ask for a refund, after sending as requested, pictures, proof of purchase over and over, I never heard from them again. They are truly the worst ever, stay away.

It was a gift for Mothers Day here in the USA, today is the 13th and I did not receive yet, they based in Israel (Haifa) and FedEx says the package did not leave the factory but they say otherwise, very unhelpful and no phone # to call, I would advice not to deal them them, I paid for the guaranteed shipping to arrive on time for my mothers day but still waiting

Do not buy it's a scam. Mother's Day was destroyed for my kids because it never arrived, after a delivery guarantee. Then it just never ever arrived, it wasn't late it just didn't come.
