Over three weeks since order
Promised arrival in time for Father's Day. Then pulled a scam email if I choose something else I'll get a discount on a FUTURE ORDER since it was not coming in for Father's Day. I choose something that would supposedly come in in time - and now THAT IS ALSO COMING IN LATE! So I spent 170 dollars to have NO GIFT AT ALL for Father's Day. Emailed and can't get any response. TOTAL SCAM and I'll make sure everyone on the internet knows this. Should be a red flag when threres no phone number to contact company.

Not only is the customer service horrible but the Company has to be fake. I spent not much but extra money to have a gift here by fathers day. I was advised I would have it by fathers day. OK great. However after several attempts I received the news it was still in production. I ordered this in May. I was out of town came in town waited all day no shipment. Reached out to customer service advised it wasn't coming. I told them I received tracking info. They had nerve to ask for a screenshot. Really you don't know what you send customers. Sent screenshot and advised oh there was a glitch in system and we are sorry. That doesn't help. I can't get a gift this late like this one. It doesn't give me my time and gas wasted to pick it up and definitely doesn't make me feel any better about the horrible service. I will never recommend this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I believe they made my purchase incorrectly. Never could get them to show what I ordered. I guess I should have taken a screenshot. Anyway, they eventually gave me a small discount. Certainly not enough to cover my frustration with them!

I ordered a wallet for my husband for fathers day and after a month and a half finally got it in. I was so excited about opening it... until I seen the finished product. It was suppose to have a picture of my kids on it but the picture was so small and displaced on it that my daughter looks like her teeth are blacked out. Nothing like the advertisement looked. It looked great. I reached out hoping someone from the company could help me but get a automatic response first... send another email and get a response from irene who has no customer service skills whatsoever. She blamed me and said shes sorry for any disappointment I may have caused. You can't be serious that I'm getting blamed because of your horrible product. Such a rude person and I won't order from here again. I hope people see through this so called 5 star rating you have. Learn how to treat people if you want to run a "business"

May 5th ordered a necklace. Now its june 10th. No package at all. Said it was delivered june 6th(saturday). Their site claims they dont deliver on weekends or holidays. Tried emailing several times with a final response stating the dont have any of my bf information now. Conveniently after I wanted a refund for not recieving anything and having to wait for so long. This is beyond ridiculous. It was for mothers day. I get the delay from world events right now, but seriously!?

I purchased 2 necklaces may 8. I have contacted them 8 times with only automated responses. 1. I cannot click on the actual reciept on my PayPal account 2. Got a confirmation number on may 25th saying I would get products on may 26th tracking number provided shipping with fed ex. 2 days ago look again and it says product has not even left the warehouse they are still packaging. They then responded with a tracking number now with Canada post assuring me it left the warehous. Once I checked that it says I re purchased the item on June 3 and the item still needs to be received it is in Israel. I'm thinking this is all a scam and at this point I am completely frustrated and just want my money back, the automated emails are giving me no information. All they say is "your package is on route" meanwhile Canada post still says waiting on item for the past week. Been intouch with PayPal this is definitely a scam. Don't even want it if it does turn up. And my name necklace please do not respond to my review with "please send your order # blah blah blah" I'm a single mother and this is disgusting what you do to people. Best believe I will get my money.
Update: got my refund, paypal went in my favor. And the whole time I was tracking my order wasn't even my necklace haha it was the free earrings they offered me for not receiving it in time. Go figure. Then you want to email me and tell me I got my refund please consider taking down my review ha what a joke. Clearly people need to know you are SCAMMERS! I will not be taking this down!

Update ***** i received the first order out the box already broken and the clasp was tarnished.
Complete rip off they sent an email about a promotion to get before fathers day, after order placed they tried to get me to pay for expedited shipping and then wanted to charge 30% to cancel order. Save the headache, they are obviously an overseas company which is why no phone number listed and you can only contact via email

I have placed a necklace order on April 15th, the expected delivery was May 8th, Today is June 1st and I have not yet received the order.
When followed up with the company, they just send a canned response blaming COVID-19 for delays.
I live in Canada, and apparently they have sent this to Canada Post for delivery, but I cannot find any tracking with Canada Post as well.
I understand that there are some delays with COVID-19, but at this point based on company's lack of proper response and also the fact that I cant find the tracking number on Canada Post, I am assuming that this was a scam and I highly advice against buying anything from this company.
I have also asked the company for a refund, but again they send the same automatic response

I made a purchase through this company on April 21,2020. A necklace for Mother's Day which was guaranteed to arrive before then. It is JUNE 1st, 2020 and My mom still has not received the item. There is no number to call and when I send an email looking for info on my purchase all I get is an automated generic email response.
The tracking info I was given says it's in Israel and CANADA post still has not received it. I ask them for more tracking info but still no response. This company says it's Canadian but clearly it is not.
Do Not Make a purchase from this company unless you want too loose over $100 dollar and never see an item in return or have any way to get your money back.

I placed a very expensive order on April 21st. With the guarantee that it would be here for May 8th, in time for Mother's Day.
When I contacted them originally it was because the postal company was still "Waiting for item"
They kept giving me automatic responses back, and taking hours-days to respond.
Now they offered me to reorder the exact same products, or get a refund. Obviously I chose refund because at this point I'm so frustrated with this company. They have completely ghosted me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO MIA! You will NEVER receive your package.

Wow! This bracelet is very tiny. MAYBE it'll fit a child. I had seen on Facebook, where people were complaining about the 30% cancellation fee, the fact that they've never received their merchandise, the long wait to get the merchandise and also how tiny it is once they receive it.
