Ordered engraved bracelet stated and clearly advertised "guaranteed" to be delivered by Fathers' Day.
Given a dummy tracking number.
>1mth later after numerous requests and usual diversion that it is Covid related and in transit.
Finally told that the item was never in stock. I wonder how long they would have held out or even bother to alert us had we not queried.
Surprisingly the exact item is still advertised currently online for the next conned customer. I wonder how many customers they have conned and will continue to.
Would never touch these guys again and definitely would suggest no one else to.

Please stay away from this company. I would have given a zero star, if possible. I received an order confirmation, confirming that the shipping fee for my order is 4.95 GBP, and of course it was paid in full via PayPal. A week later, I received an email requesting me to pay an additional 15.00 GBP for express shipping "as the shipping method is not available for the country I selected". Also the only way to pay the additional shipping fee is via credit card - there is no option to use PayPal.
If I had known that the total cost of shipping would be 19.95 GBP, I would never had ordered the product to begin with, as this is an unreasonable amount of postage.
So of course, I demanded a full refund.
The seller has responded but repeats the same answer each time - the shipping method selected - which they CONFIRMED - is not available. They claim they can ONLY ship via Express shipping. Finally they claimed they are having issues with shipping due to covid-19. So their story is constantly changing.
The seller did not identify THEIR mistake on the order confirmation therefore the seller has no right to demand that I as the customer should be responsible for the cost of rectifying their mistake. Stay away from this company, it's a SCAM!

I never received an order confirmation email but the money was taken from my bank. Necklace did not arrive so contacted via customer service & just kept receiving an automated response which was unhelpful. No one can confirm whether my order was received. £59 down & no necklace! I now have no where to turn as there's no contact number on the website!

I ordered a necklace with 5 charms last year. I asked to purchase a single charm because we had a new family member and I wanted to add him. They refused because my purchase was out of warranty which makes no sense. They then Tried to make me order an entirely new necklace with six charms. There are better people out there to order from. Communication is terrible and I've even had to send things back due to poor workmanship

Appalling customer service.
Ordered a bracelet for Father's Day, June 13, it was too small.
It's now August 28, no replacement bracelet.
I've reached out and emailed consistently and today I find they are RESIZING the bracelet, even though I received an email within days of requesting a replacement that they were in fact, "currently handcrafting your jewelery." I was actually impressed at how fast my replacement was being made and sent, but it was false hope.
I emailed customer service on June 16, Aug 19, Aug 26 and then again over the past 24 hours.
Yep, I waited patiently for my husband's replacement Father's Day gift for 4 weeks, before I followed-up, giving them plenty of time, only for it to never turn up.
Not once have I had them reach out to me and check the issue was resolved.
This week I sent two emails to customer service before they finally replied, apparently a replacement hasn't even been sent!
In addition, the original item arrived in a damaged, crinkled gift bag that was unusable, which was most disappointing.
The gift was from my 7-year-old and her sister, you can imagine how upset they are that daddy still can't wear their gift!
I had purchased from this company before, I got my daughter a necklace for her 16th birthday and the process was smooth, easy and the necklace beautiful.
This experience? Horrific.
And no, covid has nothing to do with the delay, it's their return policies and handling.
Don't buy anything that might need returning due to size, as you'll be waiting more than 71 days for no one to return your emails, and no one to send a replacement gift for your loved one.
Disgusted. Disgusted. Disgusted. Such a shame as my first buying experience was great, but this one?

I placed an order for an item and paid $190 ($20 postage at that!) THEN read the reviews... my own fault some may say. Within hours I messaged and requested to cancel my order and a full refund. As you can imagine, its HIGHLY UNLIKELY that they had started the process of 'making my jewellery. Anyyyyway, the options I was given, as they apparently had started to make my jewellery already, was a refund minus 30% of what I paid, appalling if you ask me. Or, a store credit, with an additional $20 given to spend in store. Or 10% back from what you originally spent. This may be OK, if the reviews of the product where any good. Not if you want your money back.

The expected delivery was over two weeks ago, and normally that would be okay with me as long as the company responded to the messages I sent wondering where my items were. When I came across this site I was so impressed and pleased by the photos of the jewellery and thought it would make a lovely present for my stepdaughters birthday. I was provided with a preview of how it would look(1st photo)
What I received was a cheap cheap cheap piece of rubbish that I wouldn't pay a tenner for! - the gift box is of a better quality than the contents!
The first photo is from the website - the second photo is what I actually got - the total weight of the item is 9gm - flimsy cheap rubbish that deserves 0 stars - avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I ordered a name necklace and my expected delivery date was July 16th the latest. I understand that due to covid, delays may happen. However when I first contacted them about it, they were quick to reply and give me 50% off my next purchase. I was satisfied with their response so I didn't mind waiting a few more days. Then, a week later still nothing in the mail. I contacted them again asking if I could get a refund or get a new necklace sent if my package wasn't delivered by the end of the week. At that point, they stopped answering. I sent them another email and still no answer. It's been 3 days since I last contacted them. This is very frustrating. Please dont waste your time or money on them. Especially if youre from Canada and you want your order to come fast because they ship from Israel, not from Canada so you'll wait forever. I'll be looking for another name necklace website because this one is a mess.

The worst quality and customer care. I ordered a necklace and of course it snapped in half within a month. I decided not to be annoying because we're in the midst of a pandemic and decided to just order it again. Within a day of arriving the necklace chain completely broke. Instead of customer service replacing both necklaces or even one, they insisted I send the necklaces back for repair. I live in miami in the epicenter of Covid, while dealing with a sick family member. I explained to customer service why I can't risk my family members life to go to the post office and sent photos of the damaged items, to which they basically told me to take a hike. I am appalled of their lack of ownership of their cheap products and for their sheer ignorance to endanger my life to fix a problem they created with their faulty products. I will be reporting them to the BBB

I ordered a necklace back in April... never received after a month so I emailed them and after two days, got a response saying it shipped and they offered me a "gift" as a sorry. The gift arrived a month later but the original order after two more months has still not arrived. I have now been told by Canada Post that the CBSA has refused entry into Canada and the item was returned. I have emailed them for a full refund and have not heard back. Guess I should have know better.
