Paid €7 to have my necklace delivered before Christmas, after paying and making the order I received a confirmation email saying it wouldn't come till January 19th and the only way I'd get it in time for Christmas (what I paid for!) was to pay an additional €13. Have over 65 emails back and forth trying to sort this out and they haven't responded in 4 days and I'm in contact everyday. Yet when I took probably 5 hours to reply I was told I could no longer upgrade shipping and there was no guarantee it would come for when I paid for. Still not resolved and waiting on a response! Terrible customer service! Appalling! Disgrace!
I got told my product would get delivered before christmas, but I just got an email saying it will be delivered on the 28th. What a shame, don't trust their shipping dates. For some reason they shipped all the way from Israel and I might have to pay import tax, I will be rejecting shipment and requesting a refund.
This was NEVER disclosed before making my purchase.
I believe I'm about to join the long line of people here who will soon be reporting this company to both the authorities and my bank as fraudulent scam artists. I have an item which is supposed to be arriving on Tuesday, which was ordered within the company's Christmas delivery timeframe, and which was supposed to be a really special gift for my husband from his sons... but which has apparently been circling around a depot in West Footscray for nine days, been scanned into said depot on three separate occasions and which hasn't moved in two days now. The company refuse to respond to communications and i now don't believe this important item will arrive before Christmas, or ever. I will be telling everyone I know both in person and on all of my social media channels, not to deal with this company, ever!
Ordered a leather bracelet for Father's Day. Good quality however not worth the money. The worst thing was it didn't even fit our 8 year olds sons wrist. Contacted them but heard no reply. Avoid avoid avoid

Very poor service, received a delivery date then an email to say it is delayed by 2 days then nothing. I was told to be patient but given no further eta. Have contacted them via their website but they haven't volunteered the information to claim a refund but are quite happy to chat if you are customer as this is the only way I can get a reply from a human. Avoid if you are thinking of ordering.

I have been trying to find out about my order from a customer service rep. I have sent 4 emails- all of which I get a generic response, containing information I can already see on my Canada post tracking email. Canada post is still "waiting on item" but company is claiming they sent it Nov 15. I have sent 4 emails now, and have only been generically responded too. I even sent a FaceBook message- no response. I have requested the order be cancelled- no response. They keep telling me not to worry, everything is on track. They keep referring to Canada post tracking BUT Canada post only starts tracking once the parcel is in Canada. Who knows where in the world it is- somewhere between Israel and who knows where (that's right, it's hard to know by the website but their location is in Israel, not Canada as their website would elude to). Also, they sent me an invoice link via email, but that link takes me to an error site! So I don't even have an invoice for this product!
I ordered a watch a few days after Thanksgiving and I still have not recieved my package or an email letting me know where it is the tracking is bull$#*! and the page is all $#*!ed up when u go to track something this seems like a scam to me and I'm $#*!ing pissed this was supposed to be an anniversary gift to my boyfriend and now its well passed our anniversary
Clearly never going to get my purchased item. It's been a month and nothing. Over $100 down the drain and no gift to give my family member. Thanks for ruining Christmas. I would give it no stars but that's not an option.
I received my name bracelett at the beginning of november but the chain broke after 2 days of wearing it. I contacted custumer service and they sent me a replacement but the same thing happend after 2 hours of wearing it. The quality is terrible.
I contacted customer service again. They offered another replacement but refuse to give me a full refund. I doubt that its of any better quality. I am very upset. Please dont order its a total scam!
I ordered my item on November 17. They said estimated delivery is 12/02-07. It is now the 6th and I haven't even received a tracking # or any sort of update on the status of my order. I chose silver which the webpage stated would be. 925 silver plated over copper. I received stainless steel jewellery. Not happy!

Who wants to pay $40 for stainless steel jewellery? I could have bought something local for less. I contacted them about it and they said essentially, " too bad".
There is another problem. My name necklace parades itself as an Australian company that is in Australia but when you get your shipping info you realise that it is really a Chinese company with an Australian website

Received a broken 10ct gold chain with pendant, followed protocols to send back for repair or replacement at own cost only to be told they never got it & it's not their problem... it was a $350-$400 gift which has never been worn.
I ordered $50 necklace, it arrived and was not cut clean. They agreed and said a new one would be sent out and I would get email within 24 hours. Nothing for 2 weeks. I email... nothing... keep emailing... then just told it's processing, even though I asked if I would receive by certain date as it was to be a gift. I FB message. They say same thing. I ask for refund. They ignore me. I keep messaging, hours later magically they tell me it's already been made. And again just say when it is shipped I will get an email. I say don't send cause it won't be here in time hence why I asked for refund. I can see they read message and yet again I am being ignored. Do not buy from this company! Besides being cut unclean, the metal is all scratched.
I ordered a keychain on 10/4 and it is now 11/13 with no product. When I track my package there has been no update since 10/18 and I am several emails in with customer service with no information. I spent $40 and I want my product. They refuse to give me any legit information and I am livid.

Ordered two necklaces, one was faulty.
They denied any mistake and said my necklace matched specifications.
Once I proved it did not, they would go on to say just flip the necklace around, this would hide the accents showing the details of the letters and the 925 stamp would be visible.
Very low quality necklace and extremely poor customer service! Do not waste your money on this website!

I ordered a fingerprint heart necklace for my wife and when I contacted the company to find out how I get the fingerprint to them I was told that the fingerprint on the necklace is generic and not actually personalised. I requested to cancel my order based on this as my wife wanted a necklace with my sons fingerprint on it. I had to jump through hoops to contact them through their ticketing system with no way to actually call support. When they eventually agreed to refund me, I found that they'd only refunded 70% of what I paid, apparently due to a 30% restocking fee, even though this item was cancelled within hours of ordering. This is an absolute scam. There's no way that the item would need to be restocked. I actually received the confirmation of my request to cancel the order before I received my order confirmation. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to run the risk of being defrauded!
