I recently ordered a 'Family Tree Birthstone Necklace with Rose Gold Plating' and received item really quick. My wife and kids love this Necklace so much. We will definitely be using the service again so easy and hassle free with quick postage that came earlier than advised.

I ordered the custom earrings with my name! Easy checkout, quick shipping and I loved them! I loved them so much that I ordered my boss a personalized pair of cuff links. Again, they came quick and my boss loved the! Finally, I ordered a personalized kids necklace and another pair of earrings on December 15,2020 for a total of $119.90. The money was taken out of my account but I have yet received a confirmation email. I have sent 3-4 emails but keep getting a response about the cuff links! Since there is no customer service, I can only depend on the automatic email which is frustrating especially when I spent over $100! I hope someone contacts me! Thanks in advance!

This item was easy to order. I wasnt informed of a date it would arrive and started to worry if it would come in time for xmas. It came with time to spare which was great but i would liked to have been informed along the way. The product was beautiful when it arrived so was very pleased.

I placed an order after emailing twice to be sure of the delivery time. I also paid for the expedited shipping. My order is supposed to arrive in 2 days but has not even been finished. I did email them and they replied but said nothing about my order. I emailed a couple of more times and they finally answered back and gave me a tracking number. IT ISN'T EVEN FOR MY ORDER! According to their website mine hasn't even shipped. I'm starting to believe they are a scam

I ordered a piece of jewellery for my wife in October. The estimated date of arrival was the 12th of November. When it didn't arrive I contacted them via their website. They apologised and offered to send a pair of stud gold earrings worth $50. They said the would sent out right away and look into the whereabouts of my order. After a week of me emailing them they said they could not locate the product and asked if I wanted a new one made. I said I did. After a week I asked if they could give me an update to which they said O have not ordered a new replacement. At this point I told them I would report them. The next person that emailed apologised and said the new order would be put in right away and would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Last week I inquired about the free earrings and it seems they cannot locate these ether. When I asked for a phone number they said they are fully online and have no number. What should I do here. It is now two months late and I am know wiser to know when I might get my product or if will ever show.

I accidentally ordered a silver instead of gold add on necklace I emailed them asking to change they replied saying no problem we'll do it for free... then emailed back saying no pay us 40. After that mess they decided not to even send me the 300 part of my order only the 30 cheap add on.

Offered 20 percent off so I could get my Christmas present after Christmas class ya the wife would be ok with getting nothing on Christmas what a joke!

I ordered two necklaces for Christmas back in November. Delivery date was Dec 16. They only sent the cheap 30 dollar add on necklace at the checkout and didn't receive the 300 gold name necklace I'll attach screen shots of customer service
