They sent me totally wrong product with cheaper one but charging more expensive!
Requested to exchange then asked me the proof of the payment and picture of the product that i received. Worst client service ever! Now they won't do 100% refund but 70% even they made a mistake, not on my end! They don't even have phone number, totally scammed! Don't buy anything from these guys! Paulo from their CS doesn't treat you as a customer anymore once they took the money from your wallet! Worst experience of my life! One of the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life was these guys!
Absolutely love my necklace! I thought I'd treat myself to some jewellery with some Christmas money I received and I couldn't be more please. Bought this necklace with the circles and put names of our four kids on it for my wife. You can barely see the names. They are not in black like in the pics. They just stamped and very difficult to see.

I have been attempting to get some answers concerning my request from a client care rep. I have sent 4 messages all of which I get a conventional reaction, containing data I would already be able to see on my Canada post following email. Canada post is as yet "looking out for thing" however organization is guaranteeing they sent it Nov 15. I have sent 4 messages now, and have just been conventionally reacted as well. I even sent a FaceBook message-no reaction. I have mentioned the request be dropped no reaction. They continue disclosing to me not to stress, everything is on target. They continue alluding to Canada post following BUT Canada post just beginnings following once the package is in Canada. Who can say for sure where on the planet it is-somewhere close to Israel and who knows where (believe it or not, it's difficult to know by the site yet their area is in Israel, not Canada as their site would evade to). Likewise, they sent me a receipt interface by means of email, yet that connection takes me to a mistake site! So I don't have a receipt for this item!
I was so embarrassed when my daughter opened her gift. This necklace looked orange not gold plated and I am sure it is not gold plated. The engraving on the little (miniature beads) was invisible and whatever color was on the circular pendant was already coming off upon receipt and it does not look like underneath is the sterling silver they claim it looks like some cheap meddle. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company they are getting rich off of trusting people like you and I. Everyone that purchases these products need to take it to a jeweler and have them tell you what it really is and then collectively sue this company for falsifying their claims to this so called jewelry. Understand that they will not give you a refund and that they will only try to sell you an upgrade for more money when all of it is the same. They tell you to send a picture so they can see the damage, well, LOL, you can't see anything from such a picture. They know what they are sending out. What a joke! Just say as I had to "goodbye to my money." Why would I want to reorder another one, really.

My item was sent to the wrong address! The attached photo of the order confirmation shows that address in Pennsylvania. Today I received a phone call from someone who received this package in San Jose, CALIFORNIA, all the way across the country. The other photo shows a picture of the package that they texted me. Upon contacting customer support I received an email reply (also attached) lying and saying that the address put into the system was in San Jose, CA and offering to give me 30% off a replacement IF they receive the original necklace back (which I have no way of getting to them because I live in PENNSYLVANIA not CALIFORNIA). That is insulting. I also requested to speak to someone on the phone multiple times and was ignored. Impossible to have someone to talk to, never received my item, scammed out of $200 including $15 that was paid expressly for shipping. Please note the black boxes are to hide my address.

My wife was happily surprised and loved the personalization. The gift wrapping was elegant and product quality, outstanding.
If I could give them a rating of "0" I would. All, please steer clear of this company. They are not reputable, reliable, nor scrupulous. I ordered a bracelet from them for my wife for our anniversary on December 7. It still has not arrived, and they refuse to refund the money I spent on the item. USPS, the chosen method of shipping has still not received the item, which was to be delivered to them on the 15th and delivered to me on the 18th. I have made multiple attempts to have them contact me by phone but they only offer a generic email ignoring my requests for a refund. Each email is simply an attempt to placate the customer's dissatisfaction. Even after they admitted the order was lost or not processed (USPS tracking shows the item in pre-shipping - it never arrived to them) and repeated attempts to have my money refunded, they defer to soft email responses without ever acknowledging the refund requests. After researching the company, I found that they have multiple open complaints with the Better Business Bureau, of which they are in bold lettering not an accredited business. Multiple review sites offer multiple unflattering posts and ratings which are grossly negative on customer service. Believe them. Shop at your own risk.

Wow, found the perfect gift here which was very sentimental to me & my family. Ordering was easy, delivery was fantastic. Everything went as it should.
I placed an order super early so I could make sure I got it on time. Everything was going just fine until my shipping label was created. My package SAT for an entire WEEK and once I emailed them about it they told me it was out of their hands and nothing could be done. They must have thought I was an idiot because the SAME DAY I contacted them about my tracking not updating it was finally picked up. Package came super late, took a month to show up. Customer service is a joke. Had multiple reps email me in circles with no resolution. They are idiots. The correspondence with them is like talking to a wall. Nothing will happen. I was promised 15% refund for the trouble but of course that didn't happen and they continue to send emails that don't even make any sense or offer any resolution to the problem. Terrible company. Bunch of crooks. Save your money. Don't buy from them.

I ordered a silver necklace with 4 names engrave on it to offer and I literally loved the result.
The names were subtle which is good because I didn't want something too catchy and tha quality was very nice.
Tha only thing was the delivery time which was long but I was alredy aware of the time it would take when I ordered it as I was given a date and it even came 2 days before the date they gave me.
