Advertises and presents themselves as American company but out of Israel. Cannot meet shipping deadlines as promised, even after paying for rush delivery. Takes over two weeks to arrive and came after holiday, Valentines Day and they promoted for that day. After I asked for refund they ghost you and avoid conversation and play games. Stay far away from this company. They lack honor, integrity, and legit business practices.

This was a gift for mother's day. Great quality and a great product. You were able to track your package as well, so you could tell if there were any deals. Would definitely buy from here again.

I have ordered approx 4 times now and every piece is amazing, 3 necklaces and 1 bracelet and everyone I have gifted there to love them.

I am *******% convinced that every single positive review for this absolutely horrible company is a fake. I had not received a locket i had bought and the only thing that came was a ring with the gems that had fallen off and only offered me a 10% refund? A 10% refund for a locket i never received and a ring that is literally none wearable. I'm still messaging customer rep about this and no one is helping. HORRIBLE COMPANY! A whole scam! Absolute worst customer service - i had asked to speak to a supervisor MULTIPLE times as the customer rep is no help and she had ignored my request every time. Never again will i ever purchase from this excuse of a business.

Horribly made. The link is barely closed on the charm, it will fall off. There are scratches all over the necklace, honestly looks used. And there is already tarnishing on a rose gold necklace. I could have been happy if I paid $10 but $100. Total ripoff! I am not happy at all.

I ordered a necklace from them 2 weeks prior to Valentines with a guarantee of a delivery date for February 11. Now I just received an email it's going to be late! The whole purpose of this gift was for it to be given on Valentine's Day! I should just have went to a local store and had one made!
