Traffic School Online

It was an easy sign up procedure. I enjoyed the classes model of presentation. It was done with informative humor. It made me enjoy learning and I could work at my own pace. There were just a few summary questions at the end of each chapter.

The customer service response was fast. Chatted the Live Chat option with a couple questions and promo code. They answered them right away and applied the code.

Some of the videos either didn't work at all, or the audio did not work. I tried from different devices and had the same issues.

Very satisfied overall and like i said I hope I won't be needing to take traffic school again anytime soon. Your course is designed to teach and make the experience as enjoyable as possible

It has been about fifty years since I took a defensive driving course and I knew I needed to study that again. And, in fact, I did relearn some important lessons. Thanks for putting this course together. Who knows, maybe I will stay out of traffic trouble. Thanks again.

I took the course in two sessions over 2 days. It provided a lot of valuable information along with a good amount of humor! It certainly helped me to become a better-informed and more alert driver! I felt this was a great choice for an online driver violator's course.

I love how you guys have cartoon comics to display the common sense of following simple rules of the road and the comedy breaks were worth viewing to get a small laugh with rest on the side with all the reading. Definitely going to recommend you guys to anybody that has trouble looking for a great online traffic school program.

Good website and material was helpful, comedy was dated and not that entertaining, I actually skipped through those parts, which was disappointing. I also didn't need to pay for a copy of my certificate, the site allows you to make a copy after completion, but they didn't tell me that at the beginning so I paid an additional fee for a copy to be sent by mail.

The site is very easy to navigate through with clear explanation of how it all works, when you will be contacted and the communication that will be given. Really enjoy this & the fact the customer service is excellent so I don't feel like i'm just taking a course online but I get great communication, therefore I will always use this site & recommend it to others!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the same video was used for several chapters. Also, I did not see some things discussed in the class which I learned in basic driving school such as the procedure for entering an intersection when making a left hand turn - venture out into the intersection keeping the car straight, not at an angle. I think that is an important fact to know.

It was an great experience! I really enjoyed the course! It was very inexpensive and I learned so much while having so much fun along the way! The best part is the take away of receiving a discount from my auto insurance company for the next three years. An amazing win win opportunity you cannot pass up!

I actually found some of the humor videos a distraction at times, although they did reinforce the reading material. Nice to be able to do this on-line at home, at my convenience.
The cost was not unreasonable, but even with the promo code it was still $10 more than my wife paid with a competitor (using a promo code she found).
I also think there should be more than just 4 questions at the end of each chapter.

I am a repeat user/offender and in each case the experience was easy to deal with. There was nothing complicated, and the work was straightforward and entertaining. I am hopeful I will not need their services again, but if by chance I slip up, I would go back again. Actually, they should be disappointed in my performance since I did not learn how to be a flawless driver the first time I took the course :)

Shopping experience is OK. Site/course could use some work. Says to look for "Quiz button," but it is actually "Chapter Review" button. Formatting of text, etc. is not great. Site/course needs to be improved.

Easy and fast registration. The course was very informative. It proves you can teach an old dog the new tricks or in this case traffic laws. Great course, best price. I highly recommend this course above the others.

Issue with the comedy breaks. Only the first routine showed in all chapters. I also did not receive the Improv tickets with the purchase. I thought they were supposed to be included.
