Friendly service once you get a hang of everything & overall has very useful information especially if you are a beginner. This has things i would've never known until maybe years later so this helps but just waiting to take my courses. I only did the online exams as of now which are good. Did the course in 2022 and taken it again in 2025 it was a great experience. I have to admit it got a reality check on certain things and other things i take for granted. Even the chapter about maintaining my car what to check I could not appreciate that as a new driver in 2022 and I wish I remember these things as my driving progress.

I took the courses originally to save money on my insurance, but i definitely learned things i did not expect to learn.for example the course had a section on driving in weather, a chapter on driving in fog showed me things I never about driving in fog.im 63 and have been driving since I was 18 years old. That's just 1 example

It was good to go over and refresh my mind especially after so many years of driving and taking and study for my permit/ license over 40+ years ago.

Course was informative, quick and made one stop and THINK. Quick response is essential to good driving, but it must be tempered with CAUTION. These two conditions, so necessary!

Aside from being one of, if not the most affordable online defensive driving courses, but it was so quick and easy I couldn't believe it was over. If I ever have to take it again I will absolutely come back to myimprov. 😗

I loved my driving improvement course online🤗 Safety 360 is so important when driving on the roads & highways to protect yourself & others.

This is something I've been wanting to do for a long time so when I began the process with these guys, it was something that needed to be done for a while. I didn't think the process would be as easy-going and educational as it actually was. The thing that stood out the most to me is that it's a very down to earth, eye opening learning experience that makes it easier for almost anyone to not only understand but enjoy also!

When I signed up, it was stated that I would receive a discount and tickets to an improv show. These were never received and after reaching out to customer service, I never heard a word back.

I have been using Improve defensive driving course for a few years now, very easy course and inexpensive it saves a descent amount on your car insurance and def way better than going to a classroom what I liked that changed with the course you don't have to wait a time limit to start the next chapter and also you can stop the course and resume at your leisure I highly recommend the Improve course

Very easy to understand, the people in the videos were funny especially Professor Graymatter. Loved the ease of taking it at your leisure and not sitting in a classroom.

They created a course that kept the learner engaged. They made learning fun which always helps. I'd recommend this course to anyone.

The course was informative, and precise in th areas as drivers we should be vigilant and always aware of our surroundings. Quick and not drawn out, everything explained with proof and as we drive, we notice too! Great experience!

This improv class was ridiculously easy to follow, with simple navigation, full of super-helpful information and clever presentation! I feel more confident and more aware of my own driving behavior, other drivers and road conditions. Finishing the course has made a huge difference in my driving, not to mention the great benefit of reducing my insurance premiums!

It's always good to be reminded of those little facts that separate a great driver from, well, let's just say those thoughtless jerks who think they own the road...
That being said, I would highly recommend the Improv learning experience for good driving habits. I especially appreciated the idea of the "3 second rule" for safe following distance. B. B., Plantation, FL
