There is a mandatory timer that has to run down before the driver improvement course can be completed. With Improv, you get funny videos to bide your time with. Just watch out for the mandatory 'Are you still here' prompts that come every now and then.

I was billed 5 times for the same course (assume computer is being under paid and started feeding itself) against the credit card. Credit card company resolved issue.

My one complaint is that I have started the course but then have held off due to illness which seemed to bring on endless reminders of the course and how I should get started, etc.

I have a spotless driving record and have been driving for over 50 years. I took this course to lower my auto rates, and did not want to spend a day in a classroom.
The course is not easy, but it is Extremely thorough and informative. I am amazed at how much I had forgotten!
The format makes (re)learning fun and easy to navigate. Don't rush through it; take time to read the jokes, they are hilarious!
I highly encourage people who drive, to take this course, regardless of whether you have to (tickets,etc.) or not.
I don't think using stupid voices to read serious text makes the material "fun." There is probably a way to make this more entertaining, think John Cleese and Second City, but your comedians didn't make this better.
My State Farm agent recommended this course and I'm glad I took her advice. I learned some new things and brushed up on some others. I appreciated the humor added in, as well. Made it more "enjoyable".
I had a great deal of difficulty with my password entry. I was told numerous times that it was not matching. Also, the totals for the course shown on both pages were inconsistent; the first showed $32.45 and the second did not show the $5.00 discount ($37.45). I was very confused.
Once the paperwork was completed and I began the course, I found it interesting and enjoyable in its presentation. I especially appreciate that I can approach each chapter when it's convenient for me.

This was one of the easiest, quickest driver safety courses. I recommend this course if you are pressed for time and just need to get it done quickly in one session while still having all the pertinent information that a driver safety course should have.
The audio did not match the syllabus. At one point, I could not move on to next chapter, it kept replaying what I'd already done. Don't know how I got out of it, just fumbled around till finally it moved on. Improv was ok, but got way too wordy and off track. Took way longer to go through chapters than it should have because the narrator just talked too much. Could have been much dryer and more boring, tho. You just need to on brevity of the improv
I thought the tests could have stressed more important elements of defensive driving than they did. Also, I taught college English for over thirty years and I would have given many of the paragraphs within the texts low ratings for organization. Topics were often interrupted with a new idea, then the old idea returned in a subsequent paragraph.
Once I received my letter and made my purchase everything has went pretty smooth. No problems, and any questions I had were responded to very promptly. I haven't finished my course yet but I'm hoping that all my paperwork gets to the judge before my court date. Don't let me down now improv I hope to keep smiling

This was a great course. It held your attention, which for times can be a boring topic, but with the jokes and videos, made it actually enjoyable. I feel that as a refresher course for the seasoned driver, it helped me to retain and remember information from driver's Ed I took over 40 years ago.
Your firm billed me several times for the same course. When I called about this, your representative insisted there are no problems with billing.
The answers to some of your questions do not agree with material put out by the Michigan Secretary of State.
In another question, the statement was made that a particular sign was a warning sign. Then the question asked what kind of sign it was--I picked warning sign. Your test told me at the end this was an incorrect answer.
This online course is straightforward and convenient and so much better than spending all day in a classroom to get the same certificate. It is going to save me 10% on my drivers' insurance over the next few years. For me, that adds up to many times more than the price of the course. Like it will pay for itself in two months.

This whole process is so easy and convenient. I had wanted to take the class to lessen insurance costs as well, of course, to refresh my knowledge of traffic rules and other safety procedures. The beauty of this method is that you call the shots. You can take the class whenever you want, all at once or in separate segments.
Actually, it's silly not to participate. It's a win-win situation. I'm advising all my friends to take this course.
The course gave no options or instructions on how to get off of the first page,the comedy routine just kept playing. Then there was no access given to the required quiz. My fee was refunded upon request.I am still waiting for my credit card statement to confirm that.
Excellent course...better than I expected and was so glad to have selected this one for my online driver improvement training! The humor relaxed me and I would definitely recommend this course to anyone anytime! The content is informative and refreshed my knowledge. The timed sections are great and made me apply myself to the material and really think about it. As such, my driving habits have improved and I make a more conscious effort to drive better than before!
The course was perfectly fine. But they never forwarded the results to Geico saying that I'd completed and passed. I had to call Geico (on hold 15 minutes before I even got an agent), and give them my course certificate number, and be put on hold while she looked it up, then more time to set up and apply and reflect the discount before paying my premium online. Total time about 45 minutes. So I took off one star for that.
I was skeptical on about the price (hidden fees and about how easy it was going to b) n to my surprise both went well. You cant fail so go for it beats sitting in a class setting did it in the comfort of my home while multitasking w 3 kids.
