Traffic School Online

A relatively short, inexpensive, self paced and not very complicated way to complete a defensive driving course. I would highly recommend it to any senior who is wishing to get an auto insurance discount.

I was really happy using this service. The videos were entertaining and I learned extra things I did not know.
If I was to get another speeding ticket in the future I will use your services. Let's hope that doesn't happen unless my curse control breaks.

Very easy to use the on line training service. Was able to finish in about 3 hours. Very educational, though, I thing the DMV could be made more aware of defensive driving in my local area. Just a thought...

So far I've completed Chapter 1 and am pretty satisfied. I do not understand why people have so many problems with this; then again, many people like to complicate their lives in order to feel "busy". 4 star program because I was able to scan the content in 5 minutes, read and learn what I haven't already, and play video games until the timer reach 0:00 and ace the exams. Actually no, 5 star course. Yes. 5 stars.

Easy and inexpensive; but I think an improvement would be to add more audio. It can get a bit boring with so much reading. The cartoons and joke breaks were really great. I particularly enjoyed the "Safety Man" cartoons.

Was unable to complete payment using Paypal. I made the attempt several times. I used my bank debit card instead but I would have preferred using Paypal. No follow up is necessary. I just wanted you aware of this glitch.

Otherwise, it is a very interesting and easy program to use.

Heather was great. The staff is wonderful. Just wish the price for people that continue to come back knowing there are other companies out there would reward us with a better savings than $5... also for those of us who may finish a chapter faster than the time frame given... we should be able to move on to the next chapter in my opinion.

What a great deal. I paid 12.50 for the on line course, told my auto insurance provider I took the class and just like that they took 10 percent off my policy so after my second monthly payment, I Start saving. Course was made fun and interesting and didn't demand that much of your Time but enough to get money's worth.

Great experience was way better than sitting in a classroom for 4 hrs. Ended up calling 3 separate times at all hours of the night and was never on hold for than 2 minutes. I was surprised at how fast and knowledgeable the cs person was and was VERY thankful that they were able to help me so quickly. They even called me back 1 time when i was disconnected before even speaking with an actual person.

Great program! It made it quick and painless to receive my certificate! The driving while texting portion was especially powerful- makes you think twice before touching your phone/gps/radio! Keep drivers/walkers safe! I'm glad I took this program and do not plan on using my phone while driving.

This is a very different form of driving school I have seen. It feels like it actually expresses information in a way you can understand. It don't not feel vague, or uniform. I enjoy the statistics and thorough explanation which allows me to understand driving with reason.

This is the second time my family has used the Improv traffic school. Having to attend any traffic school is an annoyance, but Improv's approach does help to break up the process with humor. Plus, the information is presented well and I actually learned a few things that may help me to be a better, more informed driver. I'd definitely recommend them and/or use them again in the future.

The website is user friendly and keeps you engaged with the occasional jokes and interesting facts they write. My certificate was readily available upon completion of the course. I highly recommend this site!

Quick and easy. My husband had trouble signing on and was charged for three tests when he only did one. We are waiting for his bill from the credit card to get it straight, but is there anything you can do, ie check the billing for him. The name is John Conley and he often has problems when using the computer. Thank you.

I wish I had used this course for my older son when he was getting his driver's permit! You guys are wonderful, and I think our teenagers can get the concerns better when things are presented in a light and funny but exaggerated way so they can learn to foresee consequences! Thank You for being so creative and really caring about the viewer!

Hopefully, you'll never need to attend Traffic School, but if you do, this is a good one. The information is clear and well presented, there are plenty of "comedy breaks" featuring amusing videos with professional comedians and, perhaps most importantly, confirmation of completion is sent promptly to the courts so you can get this all behind you.

The course was very informative and entertaining. What a great idea to get professional comedians to be the teachers. It sure beats sitting through boring class room course. Bravo as an experienced driver like myself learned a lot.

It's a very good product but something has to be done to make the typing verification better. If it thinks that you are not really you, then a lot of time is wasted in an already time-consuming endeavor. That part of the product just needs some polishing. Otherwise... great job!
