Everything has been smooth and straightforward. My one complaint is that this course is too short: it only took me three hours (out of a required four) to complete all of the content aside from the final quiz.
Just like last time I took the Improv, it was very informative and got the points across and yet had a little sense of humor connected to it...which was way less boring than other sessions on defensive driving.
The entire process is simple, with a nice interface! I smiled while using it, which isn't something I'd typically expect for this kind of transaction. I'm so glad you support Google Pay as well; this is the first time I've used it outside Android.
Loved this course because it was entertaining as well as educational. It helped me become a more conscientious, considerate, and confident driver even though I had already been driving 50+ years. The official course completion certificate arrived in the mail promptly. I'm very impressed and feel that my time and $$$ were well-spent.
Excellent program. I reviewed some skills and learned a few new ones. Loved the mix of reading, pictures, and comedy video. Already referred friends and family to program. GEICO got notice immediately. Adjusted my rates next day.
VERY clear and simple instructions! Very complete and comprehensive content. I just think often times the chapters were much longer than necessary as information was introduced and briefly discussed, then later reintroduced and discussed in more detail. Made for a little confusion until I realized how the content was going to be imparted. The little videos were a welcome break! The chapter quizzes were helpful, and the final test was VERY reasonable! Would highly recommend to others who may need a Traffic School course. Upon course completion, I immediately received an email receipt of payment, however, the process to obtain the certificate was somewhat confusing. After several days, I did find the link on an email!
The improv safe drivers course was very interactive and engaging. As opposed to the training consisting of reading only, the videos and multiple images that were provided catered to learners of various learning styles. It also helped to keep me engaged. Moreover, I liked having a mini quiz following each lesson to check my understanding.
Too much information that is not needed for mature driver improvement. Too little time allowed for use of $5 promo offer. There are other courses that offer the lower price without a promo. Should not test on trivia like percentages and milligrams related to bac and drugs; nobody can possibly remember all such data presented.

Currently going through the class when I can. My complaint is that you pack TOO MUCH info into too few lessons or sections. I'd rather more lessons with less info in each in order to better absorb and remember what has been read.
While I have been falling behind in finishing the course, I will say its worth the money. Whats really helpful is the read along that you can purchase. It definitely helps considering were not talking about the most interesting subject.
A bit confusing for sure. Kind of blind sided. One of my family members had to keep physically calling in...twice...to get permission to take the end of chapter quizzes. Not very efficient. Or user friendly. My name is misspelled even though a customer service representative corrected it during a phone call I placed to help clarify some questions I had.
Quick and easy. Just hope my certificate gets here in time. I had great customer service from the woman that helped me. Hopefully I won't b needing this service ago but if I do I would come back to you!
The reading was very entertaining. Funny little jokes and the Kleenex box. I'll never forget that. Now I see a lot of cars with them in the back lol. But overall, it help me realize a lot about driving, thanks.
The intro quiz was interesting. I answered 7 correctly the first time thru. I went over the first ten questions 10 times trying to get the correct answers. Never got more than 8 correct. Figured that the training would clearly identify the most correct answers i could not find, I was disappointed. Not having a printed copy I can not provide an objective critique with specific examples. The content was good and I enjoyed the topics. It did make me think and reflect on how I drive.
While the cartoons and comedians were somewhat entertaining at first, it got very old quickly. I ended up skipping most of the ones toward the end. It took much longer to complete then I was led to believe.
The site requested many security questions (eg. Mom's maiden name) to establish account, which were never used. It left me uncomfortable after using the product regarding future fraud. I would not recommend the site solely for this reason.
I like that I was able to use Google for signing up and paying.
Quick and easy, you could make it fit the screen a little better though. Just found out that in good old Florida, to keep this discount (a whopping $3.88 every six months) I have to retake the course every 3 years. Hmmm there's 2 6 month terms a year so thats 6 * $3.88 = $23.28 saved and it cost $17 & change to take the course. Makes it not really worth it in my book.
I took the on line safe driving course for seniors. My only 'complaint' is that I am a fast reader and had difficulty dealing with the 40 minute waiting period for each section. I actually read ebooks and/or did jigsaw puzzles while I was waiting and would have vastly preferred being able to solely concentrate on the class instead.
Love it! I'm an insurance agent and have been recommending your site to all of our clients for years based on the positive feedback. I've never gotten a chance to take the course, myself, until now. Now I will really know what I'm recommending.
A relatively short, inexpensive, self paced and not very complicated way to complete a defensive driving course. I would highly recommend it to any senior who is wishing to get an auto insurance discount.
My shopping experience has been limited to navigating through the payment portion only... calm down. We'll get through this together.
Update, you've asked me how happy I am. well, this is taking a lot longer than I had expected and I think there might be a glitch or two in the chapter test sections... I've got nailed for a wrong answer when I had it right and it was the same as the syllabus answer. Anyway, I'm slogging through it. Painful... I think about my stupid ticket and hope to get another 13 years in before I have to do this again!
