Went ok, wish the state processing fee had been revealed earlier. It's not mandatory and makes you cost more but I'm hoping the comedy is worth the extra. So far, a few days in, enough of the comedy is funny to make it enjoyable, and the info seems to be good.
Convenient and easy to use class. Informative and I like that you can pause and come back to complete chapters. Everyone should take this class even as just a refresher, the roads would be much safer.
The course begins with some unclear instructions but once you get past that it straight forward and humorous, which is awesome. This is perfect for those who are limited on time and the price is right!
Easy to register and complete. Temporary certificate accepted by my insurance agent. In a month, we will get a $65 monthly reduction in the cost of our auto insurance. I have recommended your course to friends.

Good class and information given. As painless as possible. Interesting, informative and presented in a way to keep you interested and wanting to read the material word for word. Couple things I think need improved: More emphasis on what to do when emergency vehicles (fire,ems, police) approach. I am in this field and this is a daily struggle. What the white stop lines are for and the importance of stopping behind them and staying out of the "box".
First time user - very reasonable price and looks good so far (before test).
Some of the "approved" answers may not have been explained in enough detail - Specifically one answer was in the first two lines of the chapter, but the expected response was all the above. I did not remember reading about one of the answers offered in this question. This occurred a couple of times during the test.
My insurance company accepted this completion Certificate and gave me a premium discount.
Keep up the good work! This is a very tolerable course making this process less painful. Thanks for the humor--laughter makes the world go round! It would be great if you sent confirmation that all is done with the courts.
The class was informative, effortless, and the price was a bargain, compared to other online offerings. I like that there were no 'failing grades' on any of the quiz's, as sometimes we humans have episodes of brain fog. And although I took the course voluntarily to obtain lower car insurance, I actually learned a thing...or two.
Therefore, relax and enjoy the experience.
It was great educational tool to help make me a better driver. The course was not only educational, but entertaining as well; not a "boring, sit through this, is it over yet?" type thing that many of these programs are.
Absolutely amazing, can't say enough about it... 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE that needs to take a DD course. Certificate arrived very fast (much faster than the 21 days they advertised even), and ticket was dismissed.
The training is geared to one type of learner - a visual learner. It would be more effective if people could listen to the training rather than reading it. In addition, I typically have at least 15 minutes left in the module and because of a ridiculous requirement, I'm not allowed to take the quiz until the total time. That makes no sense.
After completing the course, I received an email regarding my discounts that it will be applied soon. Just recently, I received in the mail the list of monthly payments and will be greatly happy with them. I didn't know that this course only last three years and have to retake the test in order to get a discount on your insurance. It's worth it than paying high auto insurance.
Love the flexibility afforded. Having attended several boring in-class presentations, I returned to the refreshing on-line course by Improv. I proceeded at my own pace, took breaks, didn't have to travel or feel trapped in a classroom for several hours for two days. I recommend the Improv Driver Safety Course for anyone who values control of their own time.
This was a great site to take the defensive driving course, it was reasonably priced and convenient. I was able to take the test at my leisure and when I finished a temporary certificate was sent right to my email! Not all online driving courses do this, in fact, many of them try to charge a separate fee. Then my original documents arrived just two days later, it was perfect, overall the course was clear and concise. I am a full-time student and also work part-time, thanks IMPROV for such a convenient course that saved me tons of time and for giving me the most "bank for my buck"!
My experience was great! Loved how I can log in and out and finish on my time, also made it easy and fun getting through the chapters. A lot of good useful information! Made a great change points reduction with license, as well as getting car insurance with the added discount would definitely recommend for anyone!
Not sure because I just got logged in but other than a couple hiccups it appears like a good site. After completing the course I was satisfied and liked the overall experience. Some of the 3 to 5 second clips could be changed slightly in some cases did not make a heck of a lot of sense. In other cases the point was taken. Thanks again for helping me understand the big picture.
I was dreading taking a Defensive Driving Course this year after my experience three years ago with a different course (both for a reduction in my car insurance premium). I now believe that Improv the best Defensive Driving Course for seniors because we don't have to remember details over the entire course of 13 chapters! And also because it's the least expensive for those of us no longer earning a living in the workforce. I like it for two other reasons, but I don't want to expose them and maybe have Improv be forced to change things, although I have hinted at them! Three cheers for Improv!
I'm halfway through the course and it has heightened my awareness while driving. I have rarely been a careless driver, but I've been an unaware driver. This course has really changed my driving for the better. I find I am driving much more defensively with an active awareness of my car, other cars, and the environment.
However I keep receiving automated emails urging me to start the course. There is a glitch in your communications with customers like me while they are actively engaged in the lessons.
Not good. My husband and I both took the class and neither of our completion records were forwarded to GEICO our insurance carrier. We had to call their customer service and have our policy discounts updated manually via our showing of our completion certificates. This was supposed to happen with no action from us but did not. We will not be using the improv again for our defensive driving class unless this can be fixed.
