Traffic School Online

The My Improv traffic school experience was overall great and fun all at the same time. My only issue was how each section made you wait a certain time length before you could proceed. Some of us read a little faster than others, though i do understand why you do it. Thank you

Improv Traffic course is informative and entertaining, the material is presented in a way that is easy to recall, if you pay reasonable attention while progressing through the course.

When I contacted the staff through e-mails, or chat my questions were answered in a timely manner. I did speak personally with one of the staff, she was knowledgeable regarding my question, and promptly addressed my concern.

It was straight forward however I found the web page a little cumbersome due to it locking up and now allowing videos to play correctly or never loaded up. I actually learned quite a bit and acquired a new awareness of my surroundings and my style of driving. It's made me more proactive in trying to be a better driver. Thanks

Content was both worthwhile and entertaining. The mix of video, text cartoons and jokes made it enjoyable rather than a "must-do" task. I liked that the timer was at the chapter level rather than timing each individual question like other online courses do.

Talked to Ruth on the phone before signing up. She was very helpful and friendly.
Material was well structured and easy to follow. I would have liked to go faster, but it is required to be a 5 hour course by the state.

Although the information was good. My insurance company ( geico) would not accept the course. I ended up having to choose from their list and paying for that class. The material was the same both courses.

Great course, very funny although an option to turn off added banter should be added. LOL (just kidding). Maybe add video of some of the situations to give viewers more detail of whats being discussed.

The data was extremely beneficial at reminding me of important steps I need to make when navigating our highways. I believe this was a great bargain and essentially helpful when applying these steps while driving.

I had a pretty positive experience with this company. They were upfront with the costs and had no hidden fees. My only criticism is that the sound was inconsistent and nearly nonexistent for some of the video portions. One question was based on the information in the video, so it would have been nice to have heard it.

Nice drivers ed program. Helpful, however the sessions were too long by about 20 minutes each. There was plenty of time to read and comprehend all information and take the test without the additional time.

Even though I've been driving for over 40 years, I learned a great deal. I recommended purchase to many of my friends for themselves and for their children. Several have purchased and used your service.

This is the second time that my son and I have used the Improv defensive driving course online. The information is presented in a very interesting manner, making what might be a dry and boring series of lectures into an amusing, yet highly informative experience. To be sure, we will use Improv in the future, and have recommended them to friends and family.

Overall was great. Just wish I didn't spend 4$ on the audio as I prefer to read things and actually was more distracted by the audio. But that's my fault so I give 5 stars all around. I was able to do it over the course of 4 days which was great with my busy work schedule and two little boys at home.

I would have rated your survey higher, but i never received a notice that improv had been approved for me to start my traffic school if it had not been for credit card statement. No phone calls, no emails, nothing! As expensive as this course is, it did not meet my expectations at all and i will not recommend it to anybody else!

This process was very simple. Although it is taking some time for me to finish my quiz (my toddler has been keeping me super busy lately), I really enjoy the course, and I look forward to passing this week.

Just started hope to remember all security questions. Great course. Liked being able to log in an out at my convenience. Made completing the test that much easier. Hope it doesn't happen again. You've designed a great course. Will definitely recommend to a friend in need.

I used the chat feature on the website and left my information twice but I never received a response. The timer kept resetting itself and it will not let you move to the next chapter until you've spent the required amount of time on that section.
