Traffic School Online

I logged onto this site because the traffic school I started to work with is very slow to respond and my reading/response rate were set to a timer. I read very well and have excellent comprehension skills. The previous site was insulting.

It has not given any information about what is in the course. My biggest question is how long is the course or how many chapters are in the course? You say you are the quickest and you include 2 complimentary tickets to the Improv; and I found a promo code. So I ordered based on this.

I have not received my certificate of completion after the course like i was told that i would be.

I had difficulty three times getting onto the page to begin my DDC for my Geico 10% auto insurance discount.
The three different people who I called were very helpful but, unfortunately, I was not able to get in.
I asked for a refund of my money ($12.50) and it was returned to my credit card.

Had some trouble starting the course right after purchasing, and parts of the videos didn't play right, but besides that everything was straight forward and went smoothly. Passed the test the first time!

So far, it's ok. I was surprised to learn that I had to wait so long to start the course. If I had read that in the early stages of searching for an online school, I would have registered sooner so that I could begin this morning. The overall experience was ok. I liked the variety of little videos that helped to break up the study time. One of them, however, was extremely difficult to hear.

Smooth transition from the first to the last course module. Overall, this driver safety course was excellent.The cartoons were a nice addition, however a few of the comedy routines at the bottom of the modules were sub-par. The primary instructors were excellent both in comedy and when seriously presenting the material.

I had to do the Defensive driving program for my insurance rates to decrease. I thought the program was very useful and I use a lot of what I learned on a day to day basis as I drive a truck long haul. Thank you so much for providing me with the opportunity to take the lessons!

This is such a simple and interesting way to take this course. Sitting in a classroom for hours is not only boring and time-consuming, in my experience it tends to cost more as well. This is my third maybe fourth time taking the course online... would have it no other way.

The site was buggy when I placed my initial order. The video content seemed old. The content was out of date. The information about cell phone laws was old and no longer current. Statistics were many years old. I felt like I was getting a 10 year old (or older) course.

The site was easy to use and made the experience worthwhile. While it was the first time for me using Improv.com, other family members have used the site before to take the program for insurance premium reductions and they highly recommended that I use Improv.com for the same. Looks like you have my whole family on board!

I hope this gets to the DMV and I get my 2 point reduction. I would like to know when and how you apply this reduction and what guarantee do I have that you will apply it? I still have not completed my course as of yet (11/2/2016). My computer at home is acting funny and I need to purchase a new one because I am limited to internet access at my job.

Good but too much emphasis on statistics that did not matter in testing.
Please better identify the actual statistics that are important to remember. There are errors in spelling and wording in the New Mexico version.

I had a great experience and I really did learn! I had forgotten some of the basics and it was a good review, in addition to reinforcement of the regulations and laws. The statistics are somewhat current and helpful for impact.
If you have to do traffic school, this is a great option.

I really Loved the course, and the site! There were some jokes within the text that made the whole thing so much more enjoyable! Definitely will recommend to friends who still need to take the course..

It's never fun to get a ticket and then go through a course to help get that ticket off you license. But, this was funny and my attention was held through the humor. Plus, I learned things that I did not know. Thanks :)

I paid for 24 hour turn around and it has already been more than that.
Update: I actually got the turn around but was never notified of it. Only learned it by signing into the site. I almost missed the deadline because of this.

I discovered that I was not due to test again until next summer. More importantly, I had several attempts at trying to get into segments and it would not connect. I asked for a refund and I expect that to happen sooner than later...

This is my second time taking the course. I enjoyed how the content is organized and the videos used to help reinforce important information. I also appreciate the comedy that livens up the mundane and actually inspire one to be a better driver. Thank you again. Cheers!
