Had trouble at the start and needed to chat. Your online course states you are renewing within three years. My last course was longer ago so I had to chat to find out what to do. Heather was most helpful.

Still in the process of completing this online course, but so far it's going great. The page never freezes and the website tries to incorporate humor in with the boring and regular reading to mix things up

This course is wonderful in the sense of being able to complete it at your leisure within 30 days and in the comfort of your own home, however the mandatory time that has to be spent on each chapter is very bothersome to me. I had finished the chapters in nearly half the time limit required and was basically just waiting for the clock to pass time in order for me to test out for that chapter.

So far, so good. Course was enjoyable and there was no problem in finishing one section and coming back in a few days to do a couple of more sections.

Improv filed paperwork with court in a very timely manner.

If you have to take a Driver Education course due to having had the misfortune to have gone a bit over the speed limit in the presence of a police officer, this is the place to go. The online course is informative without putting you to sleep. I actually learned a few things I had not previously known that may help me to avoid unpleasant circumstances in the future. I highly recommend Improv.

The course is fine and reasonably priced, however there are cheaper equivalents available. Also, there is a mysterious $1.50 charge to receive your certificate in 30 minutes, which is pointless as everything is automated anyway and there is no reason not to receive it immediately at the standard course price.

Too much emphasis on road rage and dui-
Having taken defensive driving classes before, it took me much less time to complete course sessions but had to wait long times to take quizzes to proceed to next section.

I found improv when I got a traffic ticket for speed limit violation. I can't believe I am saying this but I enjoyed the silly I can't believe I have to do this course. That was some years back. The customer service also feels good and the follow up unexpected and appreciated.

I am happy that my car insurance company offered this course. It was an excellent experience A pleasant experience and I was reminded of the important parts of driving that one takes for granted and put them into a different perspective. A very good course.

I have not received the 4 comedy club tickets. I completed the course over a month ago. I finally received the comedy club tickets and can't even use them without traveling a great distance. Incentive of these useless tickets is a Big FAIL! Very disappointed since the incentive was my reason for choosing this company over another one.

The course itself was good and I did get a discount on my insurance after completing it.

This is my second time I have used this platform. I completely love it. They keep the material interesting, throughout the entire three hours! Very informative and easy to get the certificate, to show to the clerk of courts and insurance agency.

This is the best defensive driving course I have ever taken. The app is great, I could complete it in my own time. I did this course while I was on the way to work, and coming home. Thank you so much.

The driver's course class was fun, exciting and interesting. It was so quick to go thru the material and pass the test. They give you four passes to the improv comedy show after completion of the course which is a big PLUS!

You have misleading pricing, was charged more than I expected, and while you refunded one piece, you should have a clear total sheet that lists all the charges before you charge the prospective consumer. That is why I changed all my ratings.
