It was easy and entertaining. The program kept my attention and I actually learned a few things. It was also good reinforcement of a lot of common sense knowledge. I initially dreaded taking the time to go through the "test". Ugh! But I'm glad I did.
As a not so savvy computer person I was amazed at how easy it was to navigate through the class. All the steps were explained and I was able to complete the course with no problems. The jokes along the way made it enjoyable! Thank you
It was nice to be able to take the course from home, spread out over a couple of days instead of ruining a weekend. It was in depth, and they sent in the documentation for me. If I ever need them again, I will use them.
My overall experience with Myimprov was good except for having to continually verify my identity while
Completing the course. However that may have been a requirement of New York State which is always over- regulated
I didn't like how there was a required time that we had to spend on the pages. I thought that was a waste of time and that's why it takes so long. I could read the page like, 10 times in the time that was posted that we had to stay on. I just read it and then did other things while the time ticked down. Made dinner, played with my puppy, took a power nap etc...but it was a terrible waste of time. The video's at the beginning were old and not funny. I didn't like it at all...but some of the info was valuable and I still use it to this day.
I love using this traffic school cause at the end of it you get four free tickets to The improv but you also get to take the test as many times as you need to and it doesn't cost any more to print out your certificate of completion so I would recommend this school to anyone do to the reasonable price and the time limit
It was a little more than I was expecting to pay and I am no where near an Improv to use the tickets but being able to go through the course as I wanted and just leave a chapter open to take up the time was very appealing. The bits of comedy along the area was a bonus too.
The course I took was well organized, informative, and comical-which made learning the material interesting instead of boring or redundant. I found myself interested in the material instead of watching the clock tick! Thank you for taking the time to make a class that appeals to busy working adults, as well as teaching the material in a comical manner!
Easy to sign up online and the course was very enjoyable. The extra comedy videos in every section are a fun bonus. I loved being able to take the course at my own pace and convenience, and especially being able to log in and access everything from my smartphone! I would recommend this course to anyone of any age.
Gave plenty of options for going about the course as a comfortable and effective environment and even i feel as though i learned new things enough to the point i had my girlfriend read the chapters with me. Very satisfied with my purchase.
Overall, it was a good experience. I wished for more clarity around some of the stats presented in the material, as there were times when they were completely interpreted, but overall a great experience.
Check out process is quick and easy. I was told that I would receive free tickets to an Improv Comedy show but I never got them. But as long as I got the certificate which was the most important part then I'm happy.
The sections were informative and easy to understand. I would suggest more video pertaining to the material and or breaking up the information within each section into smaller categories so it appears more digestible.
Out of all the other choices available for this kind of course, I really like your system and ease of use!.
I hope that I don't need to use it again, but if I do, I will come back to them! Great service!
The worst scam for defensive driving course that is not even national certified... unable to use it for anything and just took my money... DON T EVER PAY THEM OR USE THEM FOR ANYTHING

Quick to begin, good review information. Overall a stellar experience, however, I am irritated that it takes 8 hours to complete, when I was re educated and done in tow. Now I am just reviewing and reviewing, until I log in enough time.
I am thankful as a single professional parent with autism who has 30 days to complete it as I will be completing it by this week. My schedule and my daughter take up all my time and its hard even to find the time online to do it!

Upon finishing the course, I recommend it so much! It was so funny, so fun to complete, and because I wasn't bored while I was learning, I remember several things from the course in my every day driving. Who wants to take an online traffic course? Not many, I'm sure. My Improv was a great way to make lemonade from lemons. My driving knowledge was refreshed and my traffic infraction points erased. Win-win! This is a great choice.
