It was easy to enroll, pay, "attend" and complete. Great refresher on all kinds of driving stuff. I mostly just wanted to hurry up and finish so I was a sometimes annoyed by the extra time spent on being funny. But since we are required to spend so much time in the course, the comic relief made it much more bearable, and, well, funny. And, uhhh that is why I signed up for it. I would recommend it to anybody.

Excellent shopping experience

Excellent shopping experience. I will recommend my clients to take this course with Improv! The test weren't stressful and the reading material was based on a timely matter. I received my completion certificate and receipt in a quick process!

Great testing procedure..

Great testing procedure.improv said they were going to automatically send it to Geico. I have not heard from GEICO as of today about my discount on truck insurance for taking the driver's testing online and I have completed it on 2/20/20.

This is my second time with My Improv for the defensive driving course. The information is presented factually with examples, pictures, and fun stories. So much more interesting than a classroom course and convenient on your own time schedule! Highly recommend.

The content was great

The content was great. However, 'ease of use' was not good, resulting in me watching several videos several times b/c I could not go back to where I left off, if I were not able to complete a video, once started.

It took me several hours to do the test and course then at the end I needed to go to a proctor site and the closest one was 3 hours away in Williamsburg! There was no way I could travel that far to take a test so I had to pay another site to finish up online. What a waste of money.

Quick,easy, entertaining. They take care of everything, had no problems. Hope i dont need to use qgain, but id i do id use them again,definitely. They were cheaper than most i looked up as well. Cant be all that!

Very easy to use

Very easy to use. I enjoyed the optional videos to make the mandatory reading material more pleasurable. There was an abundance of information. The class was taught by interesting instructors. The test was reasonably challenging and asked relevant and intelligent questions.

Funny and eye-opening about how aggressive and unaware drivers are alike! The course format (its mixture of facts and videos) kept me immersed in the details of the course. Now, when I drive, I find myself reciting various course points made by myimprov to my husband, who has commented that I must have really enjoyed the course to have become much more calmer when driving.

The online registration and payment was very easy

The online registration and payment was very easy. We had a discount code that did not initially work but we called customer service and they were able to assist us promptly and we received the discount. We have used myimprov.com many times over the years (teenagers) and we have been very happy. Plus, it's nice to receive free Improv tickets when the course is completed.

Overall informative and interesting and I didn't have to leave my house. I dislike that they make you stop in between sessions to fill things out and it would be better if you could just fill out every thing before you start. I also had a technical issue where I was going to buy the class for my husband but then decided not to and I was unable to continue without finishing the transaction. That was annoying but overall the class was good.

The content of the coarse was informative and accurate as well as formatted in an easily understandable manner. Overall I would recommend the coarse. On the downside, the amount of time required to complete the course, six(6) hours, is five(5) times more than necessary. Since that is mandated by the California Department of Motor Vehicles as the amount of time needed, there is nothing any of us can do about it. Needless to say, I highly recommend this course based on the content and presentation of information needed by all drivers of all ages to safety operate their motor vehicles.

The course was decent, but had technical issues with the system glitching several times. Once we couldn't reset it for over 24 hours and had to reach technical support. The other two times rebooting the system and losing the work on that chapter and needing to re-do it was the solution. But the Epic fail was in getting the certificate mailed to me. They claim they mailed it USPS on 3/3. I started contacting customer service on 3/10 (I am N. Cal and certificate coming from S. Cal). They kept claiming the mail would take 7-10 business days and it "was on the way". On 3/12 I tried reaching them and couldn't get through on phone. I texted from 8am and finally got a supervisor at 4:35pm to call me. (they respond hours later on text). I then said that I didn't want to wait anymore for USPS and I'd like a second certificate overnighted. By then the Friday deadline passed and I was promised it would go out Monday 3/15. I phoned 3/16 looking for a tracking number and they said there was a payment issue with my apple pay (I don't use apple pay) but no one reached out to tell me about it yesterday so the certificate still didn't go out. Now they say it will go out today and I still need to pay for 1/2 of the overnight cost despite their errors. I would NOT use this company. Choose a vendor with better customer service. DMV appointments are hard to get and I've missed ours because of MyImprov's incompetence.

Needed to take a basic traffic class to avoid points so I chose Improv-who wouldn't want a class with a comedic touch! Made something that I thought would be dull, interesting and fast. The developers of this class used different techniques to take into account the different learning styles of its potential users-visual, auditory, reading, etc. Well worth the price!

I could have received the same service for less money but chose to stay with myimprov. Since I have been a longstanding customer, I thought there would be some consideration for a discount. I'll know better next time and shop around before committing. But overall, I enjoyed the course

I found the whole experience very easy and the program user friendly. I liked that I could do it at my leisure. No rush no fuss. Received my completion certificate and got my insurance discount. I recommend this to anyone who wants to take this course but have fun doing it.

I am not happy with your price* experience

I am not happy with your price* experience. If I had not gotten a call back from customer service, and a reduced charge, I would not have continued the course. My suggestion is to rise above the competition and state clearly up front what the actual cost for the course is.

I loved it!

I loved it! It was easy to follow, and the questions after each section, helped to ready you for the final test. You do however need to read carefully. Note that this is not just a quick and easy fix. Some of the questions on the test, test your knowledge, of what you did read. Was worth the money to keep my good driving record clean!

My daughter advised me to take this course as she has 4 other people. She took it and found it to be easy and said you have the best agents. I had issues with my documents faxing correctly and I had 2 employees, Alfredo and Hannah that went above and beyond to help me. They expedited my paper work and walked me through scanning and emailing my documents and Hannah personally called the Arizona processor for me. Alfredo was so patient with me, as he was the one helping me on chat and when I called for help with scanning (it was my first time); Hannah was the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with on the phone. In all my years with credit cards, mortgages, etc. that is saying a lot. I will recommend your service in all my circles of friends and family.

I liked the way each section was laid out so you could read at your own speed and left over time was in a chunk at the end instead of tediously waiting a few minutes at the end of every page like in other online courses.
