It was more entertaining than in person classes. It can be broken down in segments.
I suggest taking it in a short window so you don't have to refresh your memory. Much easier to fit into a busy schedule.
I originally contacted my am praying for dissatisfaction of the products provided, however, there resolution was beyond generous and extremely customer service oriented. They went above and beyond to satisfy and come to a resolution. I would highly recommend.
A time saver with my varied schedule. I didn't need to look for a local class and take time off work, instead used daily or evening breaks to go through the videos and materials that cover the same things as being In a local class..
This was an easier option for me to attend traffic school than having to go to a place at an inconvenient time. The online course probably lasted a little longer than the "on person" course, but I appreciated being able to step away when necessary.
This is the second time I have taken this course to get a discount on my auto insurance. All the lessons are not difficult to follow. I recommend reading them a couple of times before taking the final quiz
I didn't like that I had to wait between one section and another when I was done. The time was just right for most sections and the timer had run out and I was still working on a couple but some I had to wait up to 20 min to continue.
So I am not sure how these times were determined.
But overall it was great and I appreciated the fact that you contacted the insurer when I was done. I received an updated cost for my insurance within a week after completing the course, so good job!
The format is a little too "busy" so it takes some time to understand next steps but so far the course seems fine. The reason that I am taking the course is for an unwitting traffic violation re: a relatively new NYS law I was previously unaware of. Surprisingly I did not see anything in the six hours of reading and watching that addresses the appropriate guidelines in that particular traffic situation.
There were glitches in the system and I had to contact support twice to complete course. I would suggest a greater degree of product testing prior to releasing for use by your clients. That said, I did find the course to be informative and beneficial.
I shopped around for online traffic schools. There are a few that say they cost less, however it's only a few dollars. After researching them all, I didn't feel as comfortable with their process. MyImprov was as comfortable as it could be to use. They are organized I recommend this company over any other.
It was well organized and easy to follow. It kept track of where I was in the course so I could complete it around my schedule. Plus the comedic breaks helped break up the boredom that can accompany a course like this.
I appreciate you having the PayPal option, as I forgot my purse (and debit card) in the van/in the garage, 3 levels down an elevator and didn't feel like going to get them (and getting dressed to do so). PayPal was easier!
The course was easy, fun, my kind of corny, entertaining, and worth every penny. I see so many instances of the scenarios while I'm driving and I'm confident of what to do. I feel more relaxed and less rushed to drive or be rushed into a decision while driving. I've been taking these classes for a few years and this one was lots of fun and, by far, the easiest to retain because of the format.

I found it very educational and not the same old boring lecture that usually accompanies this sort of course. I would definitely recommend it for anyone. Actually I think everyone would benefit and be a much better/safer driver after taking the course.
The course was well presented and easy to understand (maybe because I passed) The only problem I have is my copier decided not to work and I am unable to print the completion of the course certificate for my records. Is there any possible way that this could be sent in the mail. Thank you
This "improv" version was just terrific. The presentation was painless and actually enjoyable. The introduction of humor to this serious topic is done in a tasteful manner. Moreover, it was actually fun to watch and listen. I found myself laughing along the journey. I would highly recommend this particular course.
Signing up for course was fine. Timed lessons were tedious for a rapid reader. Having to wait 10 - 15 minutes to take test and proceed to next module was a waste of my time. I have a safe driving record. I only took the course to reduce my insurance bill.
I paid $21.95 each for my husband and I to take the course. It was simple and easy to do. We each finished within 48 hours of signing up and are now receiving a $20+ per month discount on our insurance for the next 36 months. Easily making up for the cost of it. Well worth it.
The price was very good. The purchase experience was pleasant as well. However, the course took much longer than it should have in my opinion. You are forced to wait a certain amount of time before completing each module, much, much longer than the time needed to read and absorb the material making it a bit tedious.
Price was good and after I got on the day after and spoke with customer service they were able to get my certificate mailed so that it arrived on time - would have been late if I hadn't contacted someone but at least it worked out.
The course was a bit dry and the timing on the sections was not very good - some I finished with 20 minutes to spare and others I had to spend 10-15 minutes extra time just to get through the reading - might be good to adjust or tailor in some flexibility between the sections.
I am impressed with the concise and complete step by step instructions and the totality of the service. Price is right as well. As I explained somewhere, my only complaint is that one of the questions had to do with a comic strip - and not even about the lesson that the comic strip was supposedly teaching. I think all of the questions should be relevant to the education being provided. I also took issue with the color of construction work signs that I got wrong - I have since checked and nowhere do I see brown signs. They are all orange or yellow in my area, where there are plenty. But overall - great course and I will recommend it to others. Actually already have
