I detected some grammatical errors in the information - a few words left out, wrong verb tense used, etc.! Most of the material was pretty clear with a few exceptions. I enjoyed the comedy breaks! The question I missed on the test had to do with aggressive driving. I checked the first option about driving under the influence of alcohol. This was apparently the wrong answer - however, I could have sworn that driving under the influence was categorized under aggressive driving in the course! I enjoyed your online driving course and learned a number of things I didn't know before. I was happy to have access to Chat for answers to a few questions. I found how to get a discount after I took the defensive driving course! During the course, the timer for each section stopped working and then it reset itself. It was very frustrating because the timer would act up about half way through the sections. There was a lot of extra waiting time because of this.
Your Computer system was buggy. The traffic school didn't log the time I spent accurately, then it took a long time for the customer support chat to help, then after I did the test you refused to grade it saying that I had another browser open which I didn't., and I'm still waiting for my refund
Fine material for the purpose -- it's a rather general driver improvement program, so it covers a lot of ground, some of which might not apply. For example, I don't drink nor drug and drive, so that section was not pertinent for me, but I do speed, so I appreciated that part.
You need to notify the future buyer that a minimum amount of hours is required. I am an intelligent person and finished in a coupke hours, and had to leave my computer page open for another 5 hours or so, before I could take the test, which I got 46 out of 50.
Would like to have known about this at the beginning.
Also, would be nice to know if and when you have notified the DMV/DOR of the course completion, and that all is taken care of.
It was very easy to follow and it is definitely better then sitting in a 4 hour class, even it the course takes four hour's a well at least you can keep yourself busy by doing other things. If you don't want to complete all the different section's you can logout and return to finish them within 30 day's. I personally opted to do the full 4 hour's in one day,

This is the second time that I have taken this course. I was expecting it to be the same as last time, so I was impressed that it had actually changed & been updated. I enjoy the format of this course, the humor, and the fact that you don't have to complete the whole course at once. I completed it in less than a week, but I was able to do this at my convenience. I would gladly recommend this to anyone, who'd like to save on their insurance or erase a few points. It's nice to not have to take a dry, boring class, and that there is some humor inserted into the lesson. Thanks! I plan on using this again, when my current certificate runs out. I was also impressed at how fast I received my certificate. Now THAT is good customer service!
The questions and overall course was easy to read and understand.
I had a question early on about the format of the course, but was unable to speak to anyone from Customer Service, either live or via chat, so it was a bit frustrating. I just continued on and eventually came across the answer. It would have just been less stressful if I was able to get it clarified at the beginning.
It made my overall experience more pleasant then it would have been if I would've just done a straight test. My only issue was that one of the questions given was marked incorrectly on the test and the answer was incorrect on the improv teachers film. Since it was only one question and didn't make the difference between pass or fail, I didn't say anything more... But I will now.
I used this program to take a defensive driving course online... I found it informative and easy to get through with all the great comedy skits and comics it was also entertaining... I took the course as well as my husband and son... It was great and we received our certificates via download and only three days later in the mail... I will definitely use this website and course again..
The course was easy to sign up and make payment for. If you have a few hours time to go through it you can do so easily and complete it in that time. Your completion is then automatically reported to your insurance company, in my case it was Geico and my safe driver course discount was already calculated in my new premium when I went to pay it.
Do you realize this is an on line traffic safety school for traffic offenders? You won't get rave reviews. I found it, paid for it, took it, turned in the certificate and that's that. The on line program worked well with no hiccups and the certificate printed out right away. And, the certificate was accepted by the County Clerk of Courts - Perfect
Ok, who wants to take Traffic School? But, if you do have to, this was a fairly painless (and, actually educational) way to do so. It was worth it to me to pay the extra for the audio addition, too, but if you're strapped for cash, you really don't have to get the mailed hard copy, as they course provides you with a printable version at the end, and you can log in and retrieve it later, if necessary. I definitely recommend the Improv course.
You should list all the fees along with the price that shows to start. We think it costs $27.95, then you add $1.50 plus $8.00 and it is up to $37.45. Show this price for the test at the beginning, otherwise I was very happy with the course.
The course is quite simple and can be completed in a relatively short time. I hope I won't have to use it again, but if I had to I would do this program again. I also like that notice of completion is submitted to the court for me.

Had a great experience overall for what was a not so great situation (needing BDI traffic school). When all fees and the like were factored in for comparison, Improv's price was very competitive. The program worked well, no technical issues as I went through it. It was written with a good touch of humor, which helped me to go through it. A sort of "spoonful of sugar..." kind of situation. I recommend them for people wanting to do the online BDI.
Your price is NOT $29.95 it's $33.45 so you are guilty of false advertising. I am taking this course to save on my insurance premium and being ripped off of $7.00 is not a good way to start as now I do not trust you. My wife also has to take your course.
I am miffed that I was not given the total out-the-door cost up front. The $8 filing fee and $1.50 delivery fee were added on at checkout, and increased the cost from $28 to $36.50. I found this to be a deceptive practice, and did not appreciate it. I almost bailed on you, but did not want to lose the time I had already invested in module 1. I was happy with the content, but definitely not happy with the shyster-like sales practice...
