Traffic School Online

Whole process quite simple... didn't need the customer service; however... they even reached out to me and made a phone call to me after I had enrolled, leaving me a message giving me a phone number for any questions i might have, 24/7! Good to know! Was nice they went the extra mile. Because I can imagine not everyone can navigate the internet very well... especially first time 'online traffic schoolers'!

The overall experience was perfect for anyone that does not want to waste time traveling to a driving school and wait in a boring classroom all day. I was able to finish the course at my pace and during when I wanted. I truly will recommend this course to anyone that wants/needs to take a defensive driving course, save on time and sit back in their living room getting a few chuckles while learning.

Great service, easy to use website and practice exams. Very helpful information throughout. It was great to be able to work on a section and take a break and resume when I had time. It makes it easier to retain information. My completion certificate was registered with the court by the next day.

I would recommend this traffic school.

The entire experience was great. The process was efficient and they were able to accommodate some of the logistical issues I had. I learned a lot and the reading did not feel particularly tedious. Though I hope I would not have to do such a course again, I would definitely choose this as my option should that situation arise.

I really appreciate the time taken to review my concern and get back to me about it very quickly. This was a very professional and respectful representative. Impressive customer service and the entire website is just super easy to navigate.

Overall experience was fine and I would recommend to anyone who needs to go to traffic school to clear a ticket. My only suggestion would be to shorten up the reading material - portions of the same material were repeated two to three times which made for longer reading time.

I was very happy taking the course. It will save me money on car Ins.
Pricing was fine. But I feel it shouldn't be more than $25. Maybe even $30. Nothing more than that.
My daughter paid $41. Not fair. Everyone should pay the same price.

Great information and a helpful way to study and freshen up on highway safety. I would highly recommend the course to anyone that has not taken such a course in a few years. I was reminded of several things I had forgotten and learned a new thing or two.

Pretty easy to read and understand. Material is good and not boring. It actually feels good to refresh on your driving knowledge. It was long though but I believe that's the requirement And you save a lot in the end.

Only issue that I have and I'm currently going back to complete the course is the fact that one cannot move on to another section unless you devote 40 minutes the reading. Unless there is a specific law stating this has to be done it is a nuisance because I frankly I'm able to absorb the material in half the time.

Paying with Paypal is easy and secure. $12.50 is a great price. Question and answers section answers all the question I had. It's a lot of reading, there are 2 videos, did not know should I watch the second video. With the explanation about the medication (Drugs) I think everybody knows about it. Then the information about getting old (very depressing).

Every thing was great until the sorry worded email to take this survey. You should have stated that this was for your driving course and more information on what the e-mail was asking. Also a nice thing to do is to send an reminder email 3 years from now to retake the course again in order to keep your discount for auto insurance.

The shopping/ordering was a piece of cake. :) Now that I've done the course (am reviewing for the test) I can honestly say that this is more than just humor. It's a very informative course and I actually learned some things I didn't know before. It's excellent.

Improv's Traffic School Online course was painless. The chapters were straight forward and could be completed in a short amount of time. I enjoyed the humor along the way. The course adequately prepared me for the final test; I passed with a 100%.

Not as funny as one might hope, but compared to the last online one I did, this is excellent. Mostly I liked the fact that the timers were for whole units, not for individual sections, which allowed me to complete a unit with much less annoyance.

The serves was perfect for what I need. Busy with school and work I was still able to get the class done while at home and in between other things. Not to mention that they helped to keep it enjoyable with many jokes.

Watching the videos definitely broke up the monotony of doing all that reading, but they also extended how long the class took. Overall I would take these classes again from myimprov.com but hopefully I won't need to!
