Customer service is very helpful but the process of uploading info not so convenient. Also, the time given to read the content is very quick in my opinion. Had to rush through, uncertain if I would remember all of it. I did fine but felt too rushed.

I found myimprov.com to be very well designed, with a great presentation. Information was easily understood. I plan on using this program every three years for my needed renewals. I highly recommend this course!

Quick and easy but... The verification questions pulled up some information on me that was over 50 years old. Some of that was impossible for be to remember and after failing 2 questions I was on the verge of being unable to finish the online course. Also the chat feature failed to help in any way even after mentioning they could reset the questions for me to take again. Whoops, that turned out to be wrong advice.

This was my second time taking the course, and once again I found to be very informative, with momentary breaks for a bit of comedy. I recommended this course to anyone who is shopping around for one.

I recall there being a large number of grammatical errors, and thinking, "was this even proofread at all?!" Somebody needs to go through and fix all of the errors! It makes it appear very unprofessional and thrown-together.

Very easy to sign up and quick verification process! The course was extremely informative with lots of pertinent references to my state of Arizona. The presentation was MUCH more enjoyable and useful than previous online traffic sessions.

I would most certainly recommend this defensive driving course by Improv! It was easy to understand and gave you ample time to read each chapter before having to answer just 4 questions. The best part is that I truly believe I learned a few things and do feel that it gave me a better understanding of Defensive Driving! That is the point, isn't it?

Worked well, quick and easy. If you don't choose the expedited service it take a little while to process though. Which wasn't a big deal for me, I had time. But it would have been nice to have an estimated time of processing.

Educational and easy to follow. Interesting content that was practical, beneficial and stuck with me! I enjoyed this course... which I can't say about other driving courses I have taken through other sites.

Our whole family has been taking your 6-Hour Defensive Driving Courses for many years. We like your course since you inject some humor into the subject matter and you keep it light and interesting. We learn a lot from the subject matter presented to improve our driving and to be reminded of what we were taught when we first started driving.

Interesting.I learned alot. As a result I am more alert & watchful of driving distractions. Wish I had taken it years ago. One thing is I am becoming more aware of my emotional mindset, This course should be mandatory before people are issued a license to drive.

I completed the course and received an e-certificate and only saved like $12 a year, apparently, on my insurance, so I'm not grasping the savings value.
I can find nowhere, from Geico, that shows what actually changed.
There was one claim in the beginning that it was spot a four hour test, which turned into six. A rediculous amount of time to take a test.
Other then that it was a well done test.

Neutral. Should give information on price of course before first quiz. The course itself is frustrating because of the time requirement. I am a slow reader and I still finished everything and had to wait a while before being allowed to take quizzes. Occasionally the timer would also re-set itself...which meant you had to wait even longer!

I took most of the course on my iPad. Very sad that the videos are not designed to allow function there. As a result, there is a long period for each module you see on an iPad where there is nothing but a timer. ( no video or audio nothing just blank space) Please make the class compatible with BOTH regular browsers on computers and on iPads.

Your safe defensive driving class was educational, professional and fun. I've learned a lot and practicing everything your class have thought me. Thank you guys very extremely much!
