The course made me laugh out loud at times, even though I had to pay a $600 plus traffic ticket. No small feat. I've also recommitted myself to responsible car maintenance and zero tolerance for road rage. Creating a world safe for democracy, one driver at a time.

During the intro and like subsequent videos wherein the host is loud and clear but the second person is inaudible.
Had continuous trouble logging in and received email saying I was disenrolled because I had not completed the course by 23 December while today is 6 December.
Once their computer problems were fixed, all went well.
I liked this course so much more than another one I took. It was nice to have funny videos mixed in, although the same video was repeated on several sections. There was mostly reading on each page, so if you prefer to watch and listen, this course may not be for you. I didn't mind reading, and found the material was thorough and well presented.
I have taken the NYS Driving Class online 2 times previously through other companies. This program, by far, was the most entertaining. This scenarios were told in such a way I not only laughed but I learned. Isn't that the goal? Learning should not be tedious but memorable. I was surprised at how much I didn't know. Even the reading was entertaining filled with jokes, breaks and little click on areas. I was able to finish each chapter early and what was waiting at the bottom? A short comedy clip. I will be taking this class in 3 years and already had my husband complete the course..
Fee is higher than other courses I looked into and what is given on your listing in Google. The beginner chapter is very confusing; at first I couldn't find what to read along with the audio. However, it was amusing to watch the comics' routines, as the rest of the stuff is pretty dry especially since I've taken a driving course 4 or 5 times.
Have sent two messages previously via your webite feedback about my experience and improvements you can make to your traffic driving school efforts...some typo type problems and at least one question that had nothing to do with the information...on whether I'd paid attention to the cartoon.
It's worth the effort to refresh one's driving IQ. Understandably the timer must expire to answer the Q?'s but it is too long when one reads through the text vs listening. The videos are ok.
I think should be more Q?'s to be quizzed on. Otherwise I think better than other course providers.
This is the first time I have used an online traffic school, my last experience was pre internet days, and I found this to be so much easier and I learned much more in the relaxed setting of my home than sitting in some cheap conference room. The presentation of the material was done in a way that made it easy and dare I say it, enjoyable!
Improv Traffic School is an extremely convenient way to get through something nobody is ever thrilled to do. I found the site very easy to understand and navigate. I also found it to be extremely convenient to be able to complete gradually, in small segments. Additionally, I had to call into the customer support line, as the court websites can be rather sluggish to update, and got an extremely helpful rep to assist me. All in all, a great experience with Improv Traffic School. Top quality!

As for the registration process, it is a bit confusing and could be better explained in the Order Confirmation email that when the link is clicked to continue, that payment will be required to continue. It should also be explained that it would be advisable not to continue until eligibility is confirmed. That way, if it is determined that the potential student is found not to be eligible, no financial commitment has been made yet that would require a refund by your school.
Other than this point, the overall shopping experience has been very satisfactory.
Easy and funny, definitely took longer with silly, funny jokes and videos. But I needed this refresher funny class! Hopefully points removed from my record? Distracted driver just going for a drink of water...I sware!
Between your delay in getting my eligibility and my delay in registering I now have to get a continuance. I may shop for an easier school next time I do this. Though if you make me laugh during this course, I may simply come back for the fun of it.
As these courses go, this was a fun and informative one. The comic interludes were quite funny. This course has made me a more conscious driver, more aware of my surroundings, and a good refresher for the laws of the road. We have recommended it to several of our friends.
I was unprepared for the additional CA mandated e-transmission fee. After taking the course I filled out the review and stated that I felt it was wrong to call it an all inclusive flat-rate only to be given a $9.50 add on after registering. I got an email from customer support the next day crediting the fee back to me and explaining that it is a fee required by CA and apologizing for any confusion or misrepresentation. That is above and beyond any action expected. I am impressed by that kind of customer service.
Great service with faster than mention mailing which i liked, sounded a bit pricey but after the service made me overlook that. I will do it again with you'll plus recommend you'll to anyone i know wanting to do this course.

While I did actually answer 24 of the 25 final test questions accurately, I take issue with the question missed. When asked for the proper procedure to correct for wheels that have gone off the road, letting off on the accelerator does, in fact, gradually slows the car and, therefore, the car does not "maintain its speed" (The correct[?] answer.).
I must say that taking the defensive driving course was so educational and wish everyone could take it. I have learned a lot and will try to be safer everyday thanks to this course, which also made it all fun and easy to remember.
Overall good. However, Geico received a certificate for traffic court and initially would not accept it for the defensive driver discount.
In the future could there be a clear distinction as to what certificate of completion is to be sent to an insurance company.
It is a good course, I would recommend it. It is so much easier to go at your own pace. They present the material in an entertaining way, time seemed to go by quickly when I did this course. Not like the usual boring defensive driving courses.
