Had a very bad experience with MFT. They have no control on the products delivered by their vendors. Had ordered cake / flowers for my wife's Birthday - and selected time slot. The products got delivered 3 hours delayed, the cake and flowers were not what i ordered. Rasmalai cake description says real rasmalai - but there was nothing except a dry sponge cake with butter cream in yellow. The flowers were wrong and wilted.
Any day better to go with the know brands like F&P.
They never responded to my mail. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
They dont realize that its customers like us that keep them afloat and not the vendors.

I had ordered a cake on 3rd Oct, 2020 for my mom's birthday with a fixed slot delivery, the delivery executive first informed me about running late due to traffic and then without even delivering the cake, he marked it as delivered.
When I tried contacting the customer care, there was no response and even the delivery guy switched off his phone.
After a lot of failed attempts of reach out to customer service team, their chat bot replied saying that the cake is delivered and please a complaint if there is any issue regarding the order, and then i raised a complaint and till today there is no response from the complaint team.
The cake was delivered to me at 9PM(with a fixed delivery slot of 6PM) in a bad shape and bad manner.
This is the worst experience ever.

This photo cake was delivered on June 10 and it was very very tasty all thanks to Myflowertree. It was my last day of filming the theatror. I'm crying! I have people who are affectionate and kind to me. Love u all

I ordered cakes from your site around 2 3 times and i am giving a review now coz it was necessary. All the cake that I received from your site are very tasty. All my family and friends for whom i ordered the cakes are very pleased to eat your cake.

And attached are the pictures of what was received. Completely different. Flowers died within hours of arriving, didn't even last a day.

The customer service lady argued for a while that why they wouldn't refund the order amount- because 'card was received' and said 'we sent fresh flowers'. Despite sharing pictures of what was received. I was shocked. They insisted that they wouldn't refund because it had been more than 24 hours. I had to explain that 24 hours or a week, didn't change the fact that I didn't get what I paid for. Finally agreed on getting wallet credit (no refund) for just vase and (maybe) card. Waiting.

Pathetic customer service. Seeing the shocking difference in quality, they should have refunded the whole order without arguing. Very petty!

I ordered anniversary gift for my wife in the morning, but till end of the day she didn't get it. The customer care person is so rude and unprofessional. Worst service. Never use again in future and never suggest anyone. Worst service. Never Use.

Thank you MyFlowerTree for making my date a success. I have ordered a red roses bouquet and a photo card for my girlfriend. The flowers were fresh and the card was also very lovely. My girlfriend liked both of my gifts.

I send flowers from your site to my wife at home. She got the flowers in just 2 hours. She is very happy to get it. She liked the color combination of flowers. Also flowers are very fresh. You site is good for sending flowers to home.

I was facing difficulty on ordering gifts for my mother as i wanted gifts on the same day. It was only MyFlowerTree that was providing gifts on the same day. SO, i ordered from their site. And they delivered it to my mom by the end of the day. Best delivery service from them.

I ordered my gift almost week bk.
But still no response no logistic details hence fore ur company ( My Flower Tree) proved ur fraud, cheater, fake
Kindly remove the website so other would nt order atleast in future.

There suppose to be Big Zero rating for this site, this company is there in market to cheat the customer. Apart from the flourish website nothing is there. This company suppose to rewarded with world worst customer service. I have order bouquet of Rs 1700 same not been delivered but cheating company says same has been delivered but they don't know whom they have deliver, might they have deliver my order to CEO of this company for this Valentine. Such a worst company. I have raise the compliant in consumer forum.
