Never ever order from this site. I had ordered the flowers for mother's day which they delivered two days late and that too the flowers weren't fresh but dull and withered. Their site showed fake delivery status. The site was showing that the receiver was not responding to call and delivery attempt failed when in reality they had made no calls. Infact on enquiring from the delivery boy on delay of my order he told that their shop hadn't received this order from my flower tree until today and the delay wasn't from their end. Please don't order from this site. My 1500 rupees gone in trash but above that they ruined my beautiful day.

I ordered a gold luck plant and a teddy bear from this site. I was disappointed by their service and the products were of the worst quality. The teddy bear looks horrible and is of very bad quality. And the plant did not come in the case that I ordered. Please do not buy any items from this site.

I had ordered the cake from this website on 14Feb 2021 still I have not received cake from this website and no contact details are found on the website, I have been cheated from them. Do not Buy form this website.

This app is fake. They don't respond you once you order. They only want payment. I did my order and I don't know where my order is... They are even not responding now. Don't order anything from this app

Highly disappointed, I placed order for it to be delivered between 10 to 11 for which I paid extra 200. It got delivered at 6:40. On top of it I placed order for 2 bunch of flowers only 1 was delivered. I paid for the second bunch of flowers. I paid 1200 rs extra for the roses because it was Valentine's day.

I want a refund on items not delivered.

Plus an apology for the pathetic service.

Cake is also not heart shaped.

I have ordered a black forest cake from MyFlowerTree on my colleague's birthday. The cake was very tasty and the cream on that cake was too good. Everyone liked the cake especially the one i ordered the cake for.

I ordered a cake from them on 8th May 2022, that is, on Mother's day. The cake was delivered to me after more than 35 hours on 9th May when the occasion was over. I have attached a proof of my purchase below. They have extremely poor Customer care service, they have just one customer care number which they never pick. I can't even express the mental harassment i have gone in the last two days. On their website also, you can't lodge a complaint. Also, they won't heed in to your requests for a refund. Total fraud company. I will never ever in my life buy anything from this fraud company. If you care for your money, never ever buy anything from these fraudsters.

Ordered flower n cake, what they assure they dont deliver, their phone nmbers given on website doesnt work, even though you track your order online it shows delivered but when u ask the reciever, they say oh did you send something... that means your whole surprise is ruined by this company. Pathetic experience.

I have ordered yesterday on dated 07/12/2021 on occasion of aniversary to make my wife feel special but they guys are very pathetic they don't have emotions. I wanted to wish my anniversary day to my wife but they guys charge it but didn't deliver it.

My flower tree with teddy, they guys didn't have picked my call no response from my mail, all time customer care number goes busy. They are cheating people. Don't ever buy any product from My flower tree. If my product won't deliver I will complain against their wrong commitment to consumer court.

If you're thinking about ordering think twice before choosing"My Flower Tree". I ordered for her wherein flower tree decided to deliver it in a color of their choice with a border on sideway like bihari engagement cake & the cake which was supposed to be delivered with a card, they thought of printing the Message on A4 paper with I guess Font size 23 and the embarrassment which I had to face was an entirely different story altogether. Calling their helpline or raising it on chat will not help at all. No idea about the taste as she literally threw it out bcz a cheaper black forest was looking better in front of the garbage they delivered.

I had recently ordered flowers on 14th Feb 2020 to deliver to my wife. These guys took valentines surplus charges and delivered flowers and melted chocolates on 18th Feb 2020. When you try to chat with helpdesk about your order you won't get replies even for 2-3 days.
These guys are really a scammers, beware, dont place any order with them as I am 100% sure they will screw it up. You will miss special occasion to make your loved one feel special. I made a mistake, I should have done a bit of review search before ordering. DO AVOID MyflowerTree. These people are big liers.

Myflowertree customers service are truly very caring the people are just soo sweet, management or organization is briallienat. I just got my time resolution on tim e only bcz of them I am writing this reveiew..

I order cake, card and printed cushion for my husband on my anniversary. They did not deliver the cushion. This happend with me twice wherein they did not delivered the printed mug on Valentines day either. I dont think they have capacity to deliver the printed items on the same day, hence beware before you end up spoiling important days and moments with your loved ones. Avoid. Avoud. Avoid myflowertree. Very poor service. My order ******* was for delivery by 9am but was delivered at 6pm. Despite my follow-ups for whole day no one was giving any justification for the delay. They are also not refunding the extra charges of Rs 195 taken by them for morning delivery. They have added it to my wallet for future orders but not agreeing to refund.

The birthday cake which was supposed to come latest by 12 came at 8:45 pm in the night when the party was over and guests were gone. Someone else's gift card got delivered to me. Cake was too too sweet when I had asked for sugarfree one. Extreme inefficiency and poor service. Hated my first experience with them. Should have stuck to much better brands like Theobroma or Chocolaty. Chocolaty experience was really good...people should try them.
