I had ordered a plant covered with a jute bag with maa written on it. The order arrived very very late with no jute bag... just with a slip written 'man's ans the plant which was in a very very pathetic position. The flowers and plants are ordered to make someone feel special... it was really really upsetting. I would request not to order from this website
I believe that your chocolate cake is the best one out there. I have tried made site but nobody match the taste of your chocolate cake. It was too good and melting in my mouth. I really really liked it.
Yeah, I was a bit skeptical at first about ordering the cake from here, especially when it come to ordering the cake for my papa's birthday. The cake was delivered within the requested cake, the taste was also really good. It took me a while to place this review here, but I am truly happy.
My order for today was scheduled between 15-21 IST which is still not delivered. Order status on tracking page shows Out for delivery from 4PM IST but the order has not been delivered yet. Also customer service is very poor as no response for the callback requested. While the order was paused without completing the payment, even at 10PM IST we received a callback asking if there is any discrepancy faced in placing the order but post which there's no response. Looks very suspicious. Please check and order. Very bad experience and totally disappointed. Order NO *******
I order for rs2100 n they didn't deliver the order also n no refund n no respond nothing. Today everything was slop show. They should ban this type of website Becoz ppl r getting fraud like this n wasting money.

Worst experience. Displayed fancy products and charged five times the rate of product delivered... Don't have words to express my level of furiousness, more than money it is an example of playing with people's sentiments and handling the transaction with no business sense. Don't have words just pathetic, pathetic and pathetic. Picture attached of the product shown on website and the picture of actual delivery of Rakhi in a highly unprofessional manner. Big embarassment to us and big SHAME to the myflowertree.
I ordered for gerberas, my wife's favorite and they gave carnations which my wife hates. Also, the elegant pink teddy ordered came as ugly dark pink teddy which is normally sold on streets. They ruined my valentine's day and surprise and emotions.
From my experience - Please don't order from them, they will make excuses that they couldn't deliver your order because they couldn't reach you and then never refund you your money.
They even don't have basic empathy to accept their mistake or apologize.
It's completely a fraud one. Never never opt this app and face the worst disappointment like me. They don't deliver our products atall and if atall they deliver... Its just filled with $#*! in that product! Really the worst ever app I've experienced with!

I ended up paying 1300 INR for something which was never delivered to me coz the staff wont listen to me. They even told me to go and complain about them to consumer court. They dont care.
My order placed on 25th July was expected to be delivered on 28th. Today is 6th august. Till today, its not delivered. Showing same status as shipped for the past one week. They dont call back even on request. They dont respond to our calls. Really disgusting website. Never order in this.

Dint get deliver with any message on top of the cake.
Enquired with the team and they blamed me that i did not write any message.
Order tracking under my order page is not smart enough to save all specifications we did on the cake.

I ordered flowers on this website, which was supposed to deliver on the same day afternoon 1. But i didnt received it not only before 1 but the whole day and they dropped me a mail around 8 pm saying the order was rescheduled. And they dont have customer care number which is working and also they dont call back. I strongly suggest people to not to order from here
They informed us about the particular delivery time and the order was delivered even before that so that was something special. The quality of product was superb and remarkable, Thank you and I would love to be order with you guys.
They dont publish negative reviews on their site.
They give you $#*!ty and totally different cake and charge you thrice the price.
They close the request without your knowledge and never let you create new complaint.
I ordered flowers bouque on "14th Feb" (same day delivery) for Valentine's day surprise but they delivered on "19 Feb". Also there service is not good. And they are not informed to me that it is not delivered on time. Bad experience... Don't buy anything from this site...
Guys i really like your products and delivery. Every time i order something from your site it get delivered before the delivery date. Also, your cakes and flowers are very fresh. I feel very happy when my family and friends like my gifts.
They will show you that your order will be delivered in 3 hours but once you place the order it will get delay and delay. Customer service is terrible, you will keep texting they wont reply. Number is also not in service. Total waste... Pathetic...
I placed a same day delivery order for cake and flowers for 12 - 3 PM slot. The Order was not just delivered. Also the status was incorrectly updated at 11:30 PM that the order was delivered.

Had a very bad experience with MFT. They have no control on the products delivered by their vendors. Had ordered cake / flowers for my wife's Birthday - and selected time slot. The products got delivered 3 hours delayed, the cake and flowers were not what i ordered. Rasmalai cake description says real rasmalai - but there was nothing except a dry sponge cake with butter cream in yellow. The flowers were wrong and wilted.
Any day better to go with the know brands like F&P.
They never responded to my mail. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
