I ordered a cake from them to be delivered to my cousin for rakhi, obviously making a payment beforehand. They informed me that the cake would be delivered the next day. I kept waiting till 6pm and messaged them, they said it would be delivered by 9pm. That was the last response I got from them. It's been 3 days, they change the delivery date to the next day everyday. They don't have a contact number, they do not respond to their chats, they don't reply to emails or Facebook messages.

They have a page on Facebook where hundreds of people are posting frustrated comments every minute, they go and delete all negative comments every half an hour. I can't believe their nerve! Many people have complained to consumer forum, I'm doing it tomorrow. Don't order from them.

Kindly find the attachment. Look at what fake services you provide just taking lot of money and giving such fake services.

The cake you provided there was ants around the box. The taste was soo bad. God such a big disappointment.

Look at Bakwas bouquet you given $#*! i wish i should order it from local shop at least provide good quality with less money.

And on card seriously u people gave us printout with stappled on other paper $#*! such a big LOL it was.

For all this bul$#*! things you charged me Rs: 1545. 00 seriously.

I had placed order for snake plant on 14th feb, which never got delivered and there wasn't even a single call, msg or mail for the delay. After all the follow up I get my delivery on 20th feb with worst condition possible. Their customer care is so irresponsible, they don't words like sorry or apology I believe. This company is fraud and they fool customers. I always order from ferns n petals but this time I tried this $#*! and that's the worst decision ever. This company needs to be shut and sued. Please don't bother to order from this company. You ll waste your money and evening.

Got the beautiful roses that made my gf speechless… guys it really made us fall in love again. Scuch a cute bunch of roses with sweet message on card. There was also timely delivery of my gf's surpise by Myflowertree.

Its useless…I ordered bouquet of 150 roses and they delivered 109 roses…while complain they rudely said we are right…we sent 150 flowers. How can be such a big variation if it is home delivered by your people…. Its not a company…it looks like it is just giving a platform for smaller roadside seller to sell their product through an organaised platform…. Like OLA…MyFlowerTree is highly unprofessional…. Its far better to go and purchase stuff from roadside seller directly rather than going through MyFlowetTree

I have placed order to be delivered on 14th. This cake and gifts were for my fiancé and it was first time I had opportunity to send something to her. They have spoiled it totally. I am trying to chat and like 10 times your customer service only reply "Please allow me a moment to check this for you" and never come back. It's very unprofessional of them. They are even not replying to my mails and calls. Please can someone help me how to report a fraud against them.

Guys stay away from this we site. I ordered cake for my Mother for Mothers Day. Its been 4 days these idiots haven't even delivered the cake yet. On top of they couldn't even bother to inform us about cake not being delivered or being delayed. I live overseas and always order stuff from fern n petals I had to choose my flowertree this time because fern and petals won't deliver on the same day. Atleas they are genuine and don't promise something they can't deliver. On the other hand flowertree is just a website they will take your money and will just never deliver the product. So guys please save your money and stay away from them. I hope they stop running this stealing business soon.

So these people are cheaters and liars, why I say so, is because, I called these on there customer care number which is *******1000, to ask if they can deliver the order next day before 10.00 AM and their customer care executive asked me to make the payment and call back at the same number to share the order number and she will get the order delivered next day before 10.00 AM. I made the payment and called back their customer care number and after that no one answered the call. I called for almost 1 hour and made for about 30-40 times and no one answered. I tried to contact them over chat, and their chat support is the most disrespectful support ever. Should not buy anything from them. Don't spend your hard earned money on them, they are not worth it.

I ordered on 14 th February a flower bouquet to be delivered on the same date in a specific time slot. But no one delivered it and i got call on 15th for the same delivery. I ordered in express delivery and paid extra charges for it too. I need my refund since there was service failure.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I had ordered a very expensive cake which they did not deliver on the said time and date and they kept on lying till 11 in the night tht it will be delivered. And tht the product is out for delivery which was not reflected in the track order. These people lie and dont fufill their commitments. Extremely unprofessional

This company is a big fraudster. They show good products at standard market rates and then when you place an order they deliver a totally cheap product. I ordered flowera worth more than INR 3000 and what they delivered was not wort INR 500. You will just end up chasing customer team but they wont provide any solution and then will stop responding you as well. Be aware of this cheap and fraud company.
