I ordered a bobblehead for my husband for Father's Day. It took two months to receive the order. They advertise that customers can view the proof of the head prior to it being finished so that adjustments can be made. This is a lie. The proof was awful, looked nothing like my husband. I made suggestions for the adjustments needed but they did not make any changes. I now have a weird looking figurine that is totally useless to me. I can't give it to my husband, he'd wonder why I was giving him a bobblehead of a strange looking guy. What an absolute scam. Don't buy from them.

My poor children spent all of their hard earned money to get their father the best Father's Day gift they could. He loves fishing and they thought they could get him a bobble head fishing statue. It was the worst experience of my life! It did not arrive until one week after Father's Day even though we ordered it six weeks ahead of time! Plus the bobble head looks nothing like him even though we sent them a very clear close up picture. My husband is very dark skinned and they sent us a white statue! The details on the statue were horrible! Please please please don't waste your money! My five-year-old could do a better job!

The order took them 30+ days after spending more for the VIP delivery to expedite. They refused to communicate just sent 2 times a generic script signed by an AMY. No tracking provided until the last minute and that just showed me how they made a lable and didnt take it to the post office for an extra 2 weeks. Worst part its supposed to be a bobble head. Guess what its not the head doesnt move at all, the doll is cheaper then a barbie at the dollar store and the face looks nothing like my dad! They dont care either - they refuse to call or email you back. They dont refund or redo like they advertise. Horrible company - Horrible people. What a disgrace.

I bought 2 for my kids. I sent the pictures as instructed but when they sent the picture of bobbleheads it looked nothing like pictures. I asked for modifications and they kept sending the same picture back. I asked for money back on both and they just ignored it and sent it anyway. I paid the extra fee for 2 custom boobleheads. The dress on my daughter was green with flowers, the bobble head dress was black and red. My kids look totally different but the booblehead head were identical. This is another Chinese scam! Stay away. 300$ lost.

I provided this company two pictures in accordance with their instructions. They advertise how similar the bobblehead will look to the pictures, which is obviously what you expect. I received the order very late and when I opened it I literally thought they sent the wrong bobblehead. I emailed and they said it was correct. I explained nothing in the model was the same as the picture. NOTHING! Their answer was "it is up to the artists interpretation of the picture". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I made every attempt to have them remake the bobblehead or give me a refund. I received nothing! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
