Reconsider your purchase. I bought a custom bobblehead and custom baseball hat, as a gift for my dad. The bobblehead looks nothing like him - not even as a caricature. None of my edits were incorporated and it was sent without approval. They "forgot" the custom baseball hat, even though I purchased it. They essentially refunded the shipping costs when I complained. No offer to fix/redo or return. Don't waste your money.

I kept feedbacking "NoNoNo, it does not look alike," then suddenly I received a shipping notification.

I ordered a bobblehead, paid extra $ for "expedited sculpting" (2 days) and express shipping (3 days). When the item hadn't arrived after almost 2 weeks, I contacted the company and was informed that "this is our busiest time of year." If that's the case, then don't charge me for expedited sculpting and express shipping when you can't deliver either. I have filed a Claim with PayPal, but still haven't received the item or an estimated shipping/delivery date. Everything about this company and its website is a LIE. Find another company that does the same thing; it can't be any worse than this one.

Do not order from this company! I wish I would have found these reviews before I purchased. I did receive the bobblehead (that doesn't bobble) in a timely manner although, it wasn't as ordered. The problem is the head does not bobble as ordered and paid extra for the bobble. Response from the company was the best we can do is 10% refund. So now I have a $90 bobblehead that doesn't bobble.

I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but I just couldn't let this one go. The customer service was rude and condescending. The product was disappointing. I was so excited for the bobble head to arrive and thought that I just bought the absolute perfect gift! Only until it arrived. It had zero resemblance to the photo sent in and parts of it looked sloppy. I went from total excitement to disappointment, realizing that not only was I out about $150, I had no gift to give. There was no way I would give that to someone.

I never write negative reviews online, sometimes chalking up to a business have a hiccup, and not wanting to harm a business. But after my experience with this company, I feel an obligation, as this company is essentially money grabbing with terrible customer service, policies, and most of all, their product is inferior.

When I ordered the gift for a friend, all the shipping was in line to be shipped in time. When I reached out to the them, they told me since it was custom it would take longer. I asked them why would you allow that to be said on the site if it was not accurate. I then made a request back to them to cancel the order since it was no longer accurate with what I was promised. From there, they delayed response to my email, and then they told me that since it was already in processing and it was a custom bobblehead that I would either have to pay a non refundable fee (%30 of what I paid on 130$) or I could just go through with it, and not receive it on time. I tried to advocate further to no avail and the same regurgitated response a couple times.

I figured I would get the bobblehead regardless, and just send to my friend after the occasion. Without sharing my friend's photo on the internet... This looks NOTHING like her. I sent in 3 photos of different angles, and her face shape, her eyes, and her complexion isn't even close. My friend is Asian. On top of that look at the photos, The knee area is chipped away and white, The teeth are chipped as well, there are smudges on the hairline and the ear is deformed. Her hair is also a different color.

Umer was the name of the "customer service" rep - who didn't attempt to be helpful throughout the process.

Please please please, save your money and your trouble, and find a more suitable place.

The quality and customer service of this company is terrible. The bubble head they send to me does not even remotely represent the pictures. They also did not send the preliminary picture of the product for review as they had promised. Very disappointing since this was meant as graduation gift for my son. Their customer service asserts that their product is the interpretation of the pictures by the artists! Don't waste your money!

The bobble head received looks nothing like the person I sent a photo of. I bought two, have only received one and there is no way I can give this to my boss, it looks like I took a generic bobble head and just wrote his name. I am mad at myself cause I am literally throwing this in the garbage.

This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. They falsely advertise they can deliver a product quickly if you pay a premium and then make excuses as to why they can't meet those expectations and refuse to refund the premium once they fail to meet their obligations. Customer service is horrible and unhelpful. There is literally not a chance I would ever purchase from them again for any circumstance on earth. As someone who has been responsible for e-commerce fulfillment on a 1K order per day basis, I can personally guarantee you this is not how you run an e-comm business and not how you treat the customers you took money from. Will be charging back the money on my card for this purchase.

I wished that I had read the reviews before doing business with this company. I ordered the nonbobblehead doll to resemble my fiance'. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for him. Sadly to say, after I paid for my order, I received an email from this company sending me a sample of what the doll would look like. Then they said that the doll would only look like a cartoon/caricature and would not look like the person in the photo. I had asked for a refund, but they would only refund me 30% of the order due to a restocking fee! So I went on ahead and ordered the doll. It took about a while to receive and now we have this doll that looks nothing like him!

The figure I received for has a head that does not bobble, which I specifically paid for, and proportionate head to body lacking the requisite comical proportions. Also I ordered a Star Trek body and got some undetailed generic uniform. After much discussion I got 30% refunded. PayPal was no help. Horrible product and worse customer support.

Do not buy from here they are a complete rip off they are very unprofessional individuals they are scammers

Many times told them likeness of pic wasn't accurate. They sent anyway weeks ago. And arrived ripped.? Asking for refundwish me luck.

I don't know what the finished product will look like and honestly I don't care anymore because my husband's birthday passed weeks ago... Their website boasts 3 days sculpting time so I figured I had plenty of time for the 7-10 Day shipping to still get this on time. Nope! It didn't even ship until 19 days later! And even though they claim it's shipped, 5 days later it's still under the status of "shipping label created" and hasn't moved according to USPS. Absolutely useless gift. Timing is everything guys!

I received a bobblehead that looked nothing like what was promised.The item arrived weeks late after unanswered emails. They never sent proofs as promised before making the figurine. They have deleted negative reviews from their social media to scam other people into buying their horrible products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER!

My sister is 17 years old and plays high school basketball. I sent them a clear professional photograph with detailed writing so nothing was misspelled or in question and I received a 45 year old woman with a fat face a witch nose playing for some basketball team that is comprised of made up nonEnglish words and the dolls shorts were broken. All 2 months after I ordered it

I placed an order and paid extra for the VIP (3 days in production) service. The order took at least a month. I ordered a two person bobble head and they did not use the hair color I selected on one of the bobbles and one of the heads barely moves... by the way you have to pay EXTRA for the heads to bobble on this bobble head website.
I sent them a photo and a video and they first told me to buy some acrylic paint and paint the hair color. Then they offered me a 10% discount, then a 15% discount, then a 20% discount. I keep asking them to fulfill the purchase contract, they keep sidestepping. The latest offer is to remake the figure, pay for the shipping and an additional 40% of the figurine cost. In my emails back and forth I have asked 5 times about the VIP service I purchased. They have not acknowledged or answered me at all about that. I have asked 3 times now to "elevate" my concerns to someone who can actually provide me with customer service... that is ignored.
I am now kicking myself not checking reviews of this company first. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

I paid $300 for a fully customized couple. I sent clear pictures (from a professional photoshoot) and gave description of eye color etc. The faces looked NOTHING like the people I wanted to gift these to. Furthermore, the painting was sloppy (hairline completely smudged) and the hands came broken. They will not give refund after back/forth of 10 emails. Only offering 20% refund for the broken hand... as if I could possibly give these as a gift with broken hands. Oh, and the eyes of one person are blue when the picture and my description selected Hazel. I'm so disappointed with the quality and even more disappointed with them refusing to issue a full refund. They should be embarrassed at the work they sent me.

This company provides a poor quality product in that they claim to make a real likeness of the person and then when it doesn't look like them at all their response was that it was a "cartoonization" of the photo! The doll had a hooked nose like a witch and the face was too wide. I had gone back and forth 3 times and sent an additional photo and this the best they can do. Spend a little more money and get what you are expecting.
