Very angry. I had multiple appointments within past two years. I must say I was satisfied with service and competency of the doctor. I had to have cataract surgery less than two years ago and purchased multiple pairs of glasses. I lost my sunglasses and need to replace. They refuse to give me a copy of my prescription! Claims after 1 year it is expired and I must schedule a new appointment to receive a copy of prescription! With such recent surgery, my eyes have not changed. What a rip-off not only to spend $100+ just to receive a copy, BUT I DON"T HAVE THE TIME! I need my sunglasses.
I was scheduled for an eye exam, verified via email and checked in, just to show up and find out they canceled my appointment and the people in front of me. The excuse was because I did not call them. However, I did call yesterday and also checked in with my email. I think they just wanted the day off. This is the second time they have done this! Worst place ever! Nothing but a bunch of lazy, snotty people there! Don't go, you will be disappointed at the least, or really be pissed off. Two years ago they did my glasses and I had to wait 8 weeks to get them because they forgot to send out the order, and when I got the glasses, they were poorly made and weak. I went to Eye Med and got better glasses. I should have gone back to Eye Med.
I was Thankful for the good customer service while ordering my glasses at the Randolph Rd busy office. The Manager was super and MD was thorough & kind! Special thanks to Brenden & manager Maggie! Thank you lots!
I went to myeyedr in cullman and they where all very friendly. And caring. And did a through job with my eye exams. Very satisfied and the prices are very very reasonable
This is for the Harrisonburg Virginia building. I made an appointment online, I get a call telling me there is a glitch in the computer so I need to call and speak with someone, I did. I made the appointment for 12:00, I even received a text message confirming it, I get there and they tell me my appointment was at 11:00, no, I showed proof. They refused to see me. I asked for a number to file a complaint she refused that also. I called their corporate and filed a complaint, I told them 3 times my appointment time, 12:00, she ask is that morning or night?
This does not deserve a rank!

Received a call to confirm appointment on day before Feb 9. Confirmed and was told We'll see you tomorrow at 2:20. Arrived at 2PM. Told receptionist I had a 2:20 appointment. She looked at me like i was crazy and said we have no Doctors here. I expressed again I had an appointment she Finally checked her computer and said Oh the Dr called and left you a voicemail canceling. I said the only call I got was from you yesterday confirming the appointment. She said I never talked to you. Guess she is unaware I have the whole message confirming my appointment recorded on my phone. Very rude and disrespectful and dismissive. I said fine I go somewhere else. Never once apologized or offered to reschedule. I understand things come up and miss communication happens but rude dismissive customer service is unacceptable. To think I would entrust my eye sight to this poorly ran establishment. Hard pass.
Been with them since they were Allegheny Optical in FSK Mall. They are not the same. I have not seen the same doctor twice in years! The office is over-staffed with a young inexperienced sales personnel who are geared towards commision sales.
The family friendly caring office has been replaced with a used car showroom type environment. If you think I am being to harsh, I challenge you to try to reach someone in a leadership position above a local office to lodge a complaint.
After 10 months of several eye exams & reissue of glasses I had to leave them behind on Saturday. This time (3x) the prescription was worse than the others. The other I could at least read with them but could not see far or on a computer. They credited me for the actual glasses for "numerous inconveniences" but would not refund the amount of my eye exam(s). They handed me the prescription so I could go elsewhere. I asked them "what good is this prescription anywhere else when I can't see out of the glasses"?
He said "I don't know".
I should be refunded for my eye exam as well since myeyedr.com was unable to get this right after 3x.
The eyeglass clinic, Mr. Eye doctor I am so discouraged, disappointed, and a waste of money. I bought coach frames and got Progresso scratch resistance, glasses. Oh my God, I am in devastation I wasted my money on something I thought was gonna be good for my eyes. These are not scratch resistors, they smudge and it is a hard time trying to wipe them even with the cleaning solution. It does not do any justice for it. Please don't waste your money or your time there. Sorry I just can't imagine spending so much money on glasses and I didn't get what I paid for. In cedar hill
This lab has consistently sent sub par lens. They cannot even get my frames correct. The CEO Sue Downes sends you an email but has the store manager contact you about the labs mistakes and then holds the store responsible, not the LAB. This is a poor quality Lab and nobody is correcting this. My wifi is on her 3rd try and me on my 2nd try to get some sense of working glasses. The regular store personnel were excellent and so was my Dr. all except for a temp employee that got everything wrong with our glasses. Will NOT return after we either get what we ordered or get a refund. Still waiting. So very sad!
Dr. Coccia is a good physician, he is personable, has a great chair side manner and very knowledgeable. He listens while making eye contact (unlike other physicians consistently dictating while your talking). Additionally, Lynn at front desk and Laura his tech are equally as professional and compliant the doctor's well. However, one of their newest staff Nicole was extremely rude unprofessional is an understatement. While explaining how my husbands appt was cancelled incorrectly she never allowed to explain how, yet cut me off twice only to offer the telephone number to their Relations Department. When I attempted to tell her …that she wasn't even listening to my explanation but rather was being rude she signed (with what sounded like frustration) and again stated "that's the policy, I can give u the number for relations dept. I then ask her to speak with ….(before I could ask for Lynn or the Mgr) she responded "have a good day" and call was disconnected.
Because I really really like the doctor Coccia. I put up with these NEW "business practices". As, I realize MyEyeDoc is attempting to run a money making business, and patient care is not their priority. Again, evident with their newest practice to re-confirm your appt times otherwise it will automatically cancel. Then there's the constant turnover with staff (from contact lens staff to mgmt), over lapping appts (again maximizing the doctors schedule) and last but not least limited selection of frames. Thou I've been a patient for many years I am currently questioning if I will return as I WILL NOT tolerate is disrespect ESP when I spend my money.
Call to order contacts, was told with my insurance it would be $51.00 had th order them and gave payment info. 1onth later received bill that I still owe them additional $30.00. Will be looking for new eye dr.
If you have insurance and get free eye exams then you don't wont to go to My Eye Dr cause they will still try to charge you. They called it Contact fitting since I wear contacts. I told them I only want my free exam and 800 Contacts will call to confirm my prescription. But they wanted to charge me 80.00 for fitting. The is so stupid and a way for them to make extra money. Contacts come in one size and I'v been wearing them for over 5 years. Will NEVER EVER go to this company again. Oh I walked out. Not paying for something I get free with my insurance Company.
I booked an appointment on short notice for an MVA form that i needed. Was booked for a Saturday. The visit went very smoothly at the Frederick, Md office on Worman's Mill. The Dr I was seen by, Dr. Ibrahim was great, made my visit very comfortable, went over everything that I needed to know. The Dr.'s magic tricks were an added bonus! Would highly recommend!
Went to the office on Mingo in Tulsa OK. Everyone was extremely nice. Ordered glasses. Been a month so I called find out the status. Was told the glasses had to be remade. I was never told they came in the first time. Was put on hold to talk to someone else. They never got on the phone so I just ended up hanging up. I would not recommend ordering your glasses from this place.
I made an appointment several weeks ago for a check-up and to purchase a new pair of glasses. I arrived exactly at my appointment time at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning since I don't have the ability to skip work on a weekday.
I was informed that they had cancelled my appointment without notifying me, and there was no option but to reschedule to sometime in December, over two weeks away.
I received no email to confirm an appointment, nor text message, nor phone call. Apparently they just cancel appointments for reasons unknown, after you've been a customer for many years.
Even better, someone else was already there to take my appointment, but they had no idea where their paperwork was, so the optometrist was just helping absolutely no one instead of keeping the appointment I booked.
I've been hearing good things about Warby Parker, time to check them out.
Been to Pikesville shop several times before for new prescriptions and always got the transitions lenses that my insurance pay for but this particular time I didn't get them even when I requested them during the ordering process. When I called to the store I was rudely told that not only didn't I order it but I was going to have to pay for it. After I asked the clerk to review the in store security camera did she tell me that I was going to get a call the next day. That call never came. So I called them 2 days later and was told that the order went through and I was going to get them on in 2 weeks. It is now nearly 3 weeks and I was told that they are in transit! Never will I ever step foot in my eye dr!
Great staff! Friendly, knowledgeable and great doctor on hand. Highly recommend to all who need help seeing clearly again

Answer: Very legit have been couple times this month. Never have to wait over 15 min at the most. They have several offices I believe and they are not and do not try an scam you very reliable I would recommend them to anyone without delay
