After 6 months came to a phone that matches your desired specifications.
The package that I took at the post office was not damaged.
In the package is s trading box, not the manufacturer box.
In the box is a device that is damaged by long term usage, battered, scratched, dirty.
If I bought a second hand on eBay would get better.
For the price I paid, I got a device second hand in extremely poor condition, after 6 months of waiting.
Even such a new device is a fraud, Embedded software is below average, free software from net.

Conclusion:
The company lives on scams, people are acquiring of garbage, the owner uses PayPal for advertising, with the intention of cheating customers.

"This company tried to back out of sending me the items I purchased until after I opened a dispute with paypal, then proceeded to harass me about closing the dispute. I finally received the items, but out of 7 items, only 2 were right. I bought a iPad sticker skin, they sent a book of stickers. I ordered a clear iPad hard case, and got dark grey silicon case for a different tablet so it won't even fit. I bought a Beauty and the Beast iPhone case, I got Porkie Pig. I ordered a cow print case, I got paw print. I ordered a video game controller designed iPhone case, I got a poor replica that wasn't even close. When I complained, I was ignored until I escalated my paypal claim. The company tried to pacify me with coupons for future purchases, which I promptly told them to shove. This is an absolute SCAM! Don't waste your time or money. "

I placed my order on July 18th, 2011, and today is Oct 12,2011, I have not got my parcel till now.
Do they actually sell goods, I assume they are just a website to loot our hard earned money.
They don't even put some responsible person online so that I can talk to him and tell him how have I been put on hold without delivering my parcel for 3 months that too after I paid for "express delivery including insurance cover".

I had no idea by the term express delivery they meant it will take forever to reach the parcel. Kindly suggest me the solution as soon as possible.
Please tell me if they actually the parcel or their is a possibility of refunding the amount.

Kindly note I have been mailing them for more than 2 months. They don't even put some responsible person in charge of this case and ask him to go through the whole story and send the parcel or refund the amount within 2-3 days.

I have been waiting very patiently for the parcel but unfortunately I have got nothing and feel cheated.

Kindly suggest if their is a way out,

(Bonnie is the best person to talk with, so helpful!) I haven't bought from this website yet but I will within the next week or so (will update after order)

Forgot to change my review... I didn't buy from them, wouldn't buy from them... and I really DON'T suggest you buy from them. They were kind of helpful at first but it really is not worth it at all. Buy in the USA or wherever you actually live, it might be more expensive but at least your more likely to get what you want with the quality that you payed for...

I AGREE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased a phone from this crooked company. Within the warranty period it failed to charge. I paid $40 to rush return it to them for warranty repair. (Needed it for a trip within 40 days) Two months later I received a heavily used scratched up one in return for my like-new unit sent in. It even contained the private data and phone numbers from the previous owner. At first they told me I must have mixed up my phone, it could not be their mistake... They recheck everything and had definitly sent me back the same phone I sent to them. After I persisted and sent pictures of everything into them, they finally admitted it must be their mistake. But then they told me if I wanted a like-new phone in return I would just have to buy another new one from them. Or I could send the old phone back to them at my expense, and they will send me back another used phone? (With no guarentee of the phones condition) They refuse to accept responsibility for their own mistake. There is no customer service after your purchase. Stay away from these crooks, they have no intention of backing up their products or company as soon as they have your money!

They are selling knockoffs MYEFOX are a scam... I ordered a 10 in android tablet from them got it after waiting almost a month the box says superpal not superpad it was not sealed and it didn't even have the converter in the box when i contacted them {Bonnie) the woman i talked to with the live chat option on the site told me if i buy something else they would gladly send me the converter that was supposed to be in my box any ways! I managed to find a charger but the unit still didn't seem to be charging properly and it was flicking to a white screen no matter what i was doing on the tablet. I set it aside let it charge overnight the next morning i get on and it will only load to the android screen hasn't worked since now i am stuck with a hundred fifty dollar piece of junk and that's not including all of the accessories i bought to go with it, now they are not responding to emails I have contacted them through pay pal email and through their site, and don't bother calling the number is always busy i have contacted pay pal and my credit card company to get my money back next time i will go with US top seller instead of taking my chances, warning stay away from MYEFOX! Bad products and bad customer service!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I placed an order for a android tablet 2 weeks ago and paid upfront for it through moneybookers, They still have not shipped even though i paid for the special DHL postage, and i have sent loads of e-mails without a single reply from them, they also have an MSN contact which is useless as they are never online. I have asked moneybookers if it is possible to retrieve the ammount paid so am waiting on that.

Ordered a new Flytouch 3 Tablet PC X210 Android 2.2 10.2" Superpad 2 Jpad 4GB on May 7th 2011! Received the product May 16th - OK so far. Charged the tablet Monday night for at least 5 hours and the indicator showed full charge. Unplugged and tried to operate the unit... nothing! Plugged it in again it worked. Unplugged the unit - nothing at all! Dead... Have emailed Myefox customer service line everyday since then... NO RESPONSE BY MYEFOX! Tried to call the USA number... always busy? For anyone reading this please stay clear of Myefox for any purchases unless you want a product which may or may not work, customer service which sucks at BEST, and maybe never get satisfaction! Myefox is a joke!

I ordered a android phone iOrgane Raptor F22 at myefox.com with android 2.1 and higher
They send the wrong item. And get stuck with a miphone a3 android 1.5.
They say sorry our fault.

So i get coupoun 20 dollar.
I ordered same phone again.
And again i get the wrong phone or must i say the same phone.
But now i even have broken touchscreen.
I have now 2 phones that are useless for me.
Message after message.
And they will try too look for a solution too make me happy
But after a month they told me
It is the right phone it comes from the factory as f22 and they call it
Miphone a3.
But for the idea i can get coupoun for 20 dollar again.
But then i first must order for 200 dollars or more
So watch out for this website they are not good
