Purchased 2 pieces of jewellery for Christmas presents on the 7th December and its now 3rd of January and they still haven't arrived. I have tried dealing with their customer service people & have just been given the run around and told to wait a few more days for updated tracking information which I have done but nothing has changed. Luckily I paid with PayPal and am now escalating this in their resolution centre & hope to get a refund. I recommend not dealing with MyDeal as this has been a very poor shopping experience.
Ordered a Giants Chainsaw with the chain blade missing. Did not receive tracking details and I was unable to contact MyDeal without it. That setup is a scam and I will never buy from them again. I was trying to support an Australian business and how disappointed was I. If it wasn't for PAYPAL Consumer protection I would still have no Resolution.
Received 20% of the order.(2 seater couch) tracking shows "your order is delivered"! Try to contact my deal is just about impossible! What a headache! Ordering from my deal could become your deal, my bad deal!

An error resulted in an unwanted transaction which I requested to cancel for 3 days. With PayPal legal support I was refunded fully. The customer service then & now is beyond belief. The rubbish ordered was thrown into the doorstop & couldn't be refused & returned which they instructed me to do. Seriously avoid this company:
Worse product!
Paid $245 for a nasty chair totally different to the pictures shown
Worse ever service when tried to return within days of purchase due to poor quality
Erick ( whoever it is) not willing to accept the return good dropped into their ware house
Dodggy - Patchy - beyond Scam.
Next option complain ACCC
Further to the lack of response to the broken kitchen, the company did endeavour to resolve the issue with a couple of options. So in fairness, they did respond eventually, but it was not pleasant while they were doing so.

My Deal is not recommended. I ordered 2 lots of sheet sets (Q and KS) both with 2 sheets and received one sheet for each particular size. I do not believe it was my error as I kept correcting the order to ensure I was purchasing 2 sheets for each not one sheet for each size. This practice would dramatically increase My Deals profit and I will not use My Deal again. When I complained they said the order was for 1 sheet only for each size; the order I made was absolutely not for one sheet each. Would prefer zero stars.
Orders were wrong, sent late and low quality... also with one of the orders... I had been waiting over a month and a half and still nothing so I had to email and what do u know... my parcel "dissapeared" in the mail. Even though it was a big parcel jeeze too much hassle
Bought an iphone 6s order no. *******.
Item was advertised as refurbished, but received a phone with marks and scratches. Dust build up on buttons and around the edge of the display. A good used phone but not re-furbished.
Now chasing to get a refund.
Purchased an entertainment unit from them on the 5/10 and it was dispatched on the 6/10 and I still have not received it (it's coming from 45 mins away) every time I call I get a different b******t story about where it is. The latest is they have launched an investigation because apparently it's lost in transit (but the transport company have no record of ever picking it up)?

Have you noticed mydeal, unlike some other companies never publish critical reviews? My Vidaxl recliner chair and footstool was cheap, shoddy and more expensive than Ikea. The covers arrived with loose threads hanging off them and stitching already coming apart. It took 3 hours of hard labour to assemble. The instructions were very confusing. I only discovered it was going to go to completely the wrong suburb after 3 calls to the couriers. They didn't record my details properly. I don't know where they got that address. You can't ring them to complain. There is no phone number. They advertise furniture as solid wood, charge for that but if you check the specifications ( which aren't easy to find if they are thrre) it says veneer or mdf ( fibreboard)
Their marketing campaigns are slick for unworthy companies selling straight up CRAP from China! This site is worse than buying direct from Alibaba! They are nothing more than an affiliate aggregator that has the WORST customer service! The adjustable "sofa bed" won't even fit my 12 year old or one of Snkw Whites 7 dwarfs! Total rubbsih!
Purchased more than once from my deal! Latest "Bad Purchase" was a chicken coop! Over $300 and $100 plus for delivery! The seller is a shonk! Im stuck with a poor quality item that the seller previously didnt send till i cracked! Then there was the egg incubator? Noisy chinese junk that has a broken egg turner! It cant keep its temp and again stuck with it? Offerd a refund: Originally" Then nothing? Then they want a sound recording but the site wont except file! No phone support! My Deal obviously dont care who they get their stock via an once yr money is in their system? They dont care! I am shocked at how this company uses the covid excuse not to deal with disgruntled customers! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY the photos of the chicken coop cracked roof screws too small for the attached cage or flower pot! Powder paint its useless! Not anything as described!
Ordered an office chair -wanted white but must have inadvertantly ordered black even though photo displayed was white. Numerous attempts to contact them by email but never a response. Only phone number is a recorded message sayiong that due to Corona 18 they arent manning their phones. Still not sorted after 10 days
Bought a log splitter from them, it failed after 5 months, it was still under warranty. Customer service told me that the issue had been passed on to their technical department and someone would contact me, this happend 4 times, still noone contacted me. I finished up having it repaired at a local engineerig shop. Still no rerply from mydeal
Bought a bamboo set of sheets. They told me (after I paid) that the colour I ordered wasn't in stock. I then chose a different colour, which was okay, but not ideal. The sheets arrived today and the quality is terrible. The seams are not sewn together properly and the are a polyester and bamboo blend, not 100% bamboo as advertised. I was told that I could return the sheets for a full refund as long as they were in the original unopened packaging. The defects in the sheets were only detectable once I had opened the package, making a return by their standards impossible. I told them so and they've yet to respond (and probably won't). Stay away!
I have purchased NEW BLAST FX 3600 PSI high pressure washer advertised for $99 (do not pay $350). This product actually performs very poor and performs with only half of advertised PSI pressure which is almost the same as city water pressure. Comparing to $15 high pressure simple extension unit no difference. I would not recommend to buy any product from Mydeal if you expect a unit with professional characteristics matching its advertisement. After all, if you complain MyDeal has a long flow chart based process which will eventually lead you to give up on your complain even after sending and sharing with them series of movies and explanations etc. There is NO customer service in MyDeal company.
Very hapoy with my experience with mydeal. Ordered a fountain. Delivery about 2 weeks but that's ok with covid. Is exactly fountain for outdoor I wanted. Exactly as pictured. Very lightweight. Put together in about 2 mins... highly recommend
Ordered and paid for 1500TC QS bed cotton sheets received 55% cotton 45% polyester not happy. Also ordered a water pressure cleaner and had to chase up dispatch notice. Thought I'd give my deal a go. I have and it will be the LAST TIME
A bottle of 1 litre of hand sanitiser cost me $89 but looked so cheap! The bottle looked Cheap and didnt even have a label. Beware this company just after money! I would have probably paid $5 for this not $89!
Answer: I simply would never use them again. Catch of the Day or Kogan are great.
