Received an email from company claiming I received my delivery although nothing in site. Emailed and at first given a bogus tracking number that USPS said did not exist. Then given a different tracking number and told I would need to get written tracking number from USPS to prove they delivered it incorrectly. USPS was nice enough to trace the tracking which was delivered to a different address in my city, but my name was not on the package and the GPS tracking coordinates matched the delivery address. I supplied this information to the seller... crickets. Not a word. Filing a dispute with credit care company

Beware! I ignored the reviews and ordered a pair of the pants. The quality was not great and they did not fit. The return process has been terrible. In trying to get the pants returned in the specified timeframe, i had to submit an email - which was not answered and had to be resubmitted...wasting time. When I did get a response, they actually required that I send a picture of the label indicating the size and then a picture of the pants next to something so they could determine the size. What a pain in the neck! They don't fit - enough said. I still don't know if I will be able to return given that the return window is shrinking.

When the product arrives, it will be completely different. You will want a refund because you now feel scammed. You try calling them and the phone number doesn't work. They only communicate via email on China time. Getting a refund is going to be like trying to do acrobatic acts at the circus.
Just don't buy from them. You've been warned. See photos- what is advertised versus what I received.
DO NOT BUY from this company. They are from China and put it back on you to cover shipping charges for any returns. Another option they give is to refund you just 15% of the price if you want to avoid shipping to China. What?! This is a scam and I hope they get shut down
I ordered a "large" womens pant size and they sent me a "small" man's pant size. Pants fit terribly. No explanation as to why they sent the man's small instead of what I ordered. Having problems returning... getting the run around.
So I ordered two pairs of the bootleg yoga pants in 2X & 3X... but the actual sizes were tiny! I emailed them I wanted to return them, and they sent a long boiler-plate email that covered all the reasons why you'd want to return them: defective, wrong size, etc. They say you needed to send PHOTOS of the TAGS on the pants showing the sizes. One pair had the tag removed. I sent the pics abd never heard back from them. I paid using PayPal so I opened a dispute. I also sent more photos comparing my own 2x & 3x yoga pants with them, and it took PayPal THREE MONTHS to FINALLY DECIDE THE DISPUTE! Thankfully, they ruled in my favor and I got a full refund. I emailed My Comfy Pants saying if they want me to ship them back, to send a paid label or I'm donating them to Goodwill. Horrible company! I wish I'd known about this website before buying from them.
Got jeans with an added $19.99 insurance charge I didn't approve. Jeans are BAD and email and phone number not working - no way to return.

I ordered the xl tall. I'm so glad I went with tall because anything less would have been too short. I have not tried to wash yet( hopefully they don't draw up any). The material does look cheap and something I haven't seen mentioned but the front pockets are sewn shut with two rows of stitching, I don't like not having use of my front pockets but it does keep all the bulging from gut flat in a extremely comfortable way but I can't tell that there is any butt lift but of course I don't have a lot back there to lift, lol.
The price point on these are definitely too high though. Shipping took about three weeks for me and I couldn't read the tracking info because it was in Chinese writing.
Don't order from this company. Pants feel cheesy. Tummy control that's a joke butt lift, who the hell you kidding. I ordered 2 pairs got 1. My size even ordered up and still didn't fit. With Mycomfypant.com you won't even get your order. They mark it as shipped with a shady tracking company. In "transit for" 2 months. They don't respond to your emails either. They are located in China and not in the US as they like you to believe.

I've been trying to return a pair of pants that were nothing at all like what I thought I was buying for 8 weeks. Keeping track of my repeat requests begging to please respond regarding a refund. So far zero response except the canned auto reply that says 1-2 business days for a response. I send a request almost daily and have yet to ever receive a resolution. Horrible quality material and about 3x too big.

When I found these pants I was really looking forward to having a pair of comfortable summer 'hang out' pants.
First off there was poor communication when I couldn't find the package that I'd been notified had been delivered. I eventually found it, but never heard back from the company.
I ordered my usual size, but I was very disappointed with the length. Even though it said it was my length, they were a bit short and then I let the hem out and added some Bias to lengthen them. That was fine but then after the first washing, in COLD water, and air dry, they shrunk by several inches...they fit a bit snugger but are still wearable, I just will have to make them into crop pants now!
There's a good potential here, but poor service and a bit cheap on the allowance for shrinkage makes this company miss the mark...won't be buy Comfy Pants again.

I am appalled by this company. They say they accept returns. They have a phone number and an email. Weeks have passed. I have left at least 3 voice messages (because no one answers the phone). I have written 3 emails. No one has called me back or replied to my emails. One white pair of pants arrived with pink ink stains on the pocket. And the body suit doesn't fit at all. I am trying to make one return and one exchange, but looks like I will get neither. Customer service is non existent. Unbelievable.
The material was flimsy, thin and unflattering. The craftsmanship was as if they lacked attention to detail. It took a month to receive my pants. They did not fit at all. Will be returning for a full refund. Hopefully someone will get back to me with return instructions. Their website is not customer service focused whatsoever. So disappointed.
