The pants I got are at least 3 shades lighter than the color I was expecting and the quality is cheap. The shorts I ordered are a shiney material and I was expecting a cotton blend, Do not spend your money here. You will not get what you think.

Don't order from this company. Pants feel cheesy. Tummy control that's a joke butt lift, who the hell you kidding. I ordered 2 pairs got 1. My size even ordered up and still didn't fit. Expedited shipping, came usual time. It over 95.00 and no one will get back to me... I guess no one works. They suck. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THESE MORONS.

So I ordered two pairs of the bootleg yoga pants in 2X & 3X... but the actual sizes were tiny! I emailed them I wanted to return them, and they sent a long boiler-plate email that covered all the reasons why you'd want to return them: defective, wrong size, etc. They say you needed to send PHOTOS of the TAGS on the pants showing the sizes. One pair had the tag removed. I sent the pics abd never heard back from them. I paid using PayPal so I opened a dispute. I also sent more photos comparing my own 2x & 3x yoga pants with them, and it took PayPal THREE MONTHS to FINALLY DECIDE THE DISPUTE! Thankfully, they ruled in my favor and I got a full refund. I emailed My Comfy Pants saying if they want me to ship them back, to send a paid label or I'm donating them to Goodwill. Horrible company! I wish I'd known about this website before buying from them.
Wish I came here to read reviews before wasting money on these cheap pants. Saw a lot of Tik Tok reviews making these pants look fabulous but they ARE NOT. The material is rough and cheap. And they are TOO SHORT and bat around my ankles. The pleats are not nice either. And the worse part is that I have requested three times for return instructions and not one response. I paid $60 canadian for these pants and may as well thrown my money away.

The material was flimsy, thin and unflattering. The craftsmanship was as if they lacked attention to detail. It took a month to receive my pants. They did not fit at all. Will be returning for a full refund. Hopefully someone will get back to me with return instructions. Their website is not customer service focused whatsoever. So disappointed.
I waited for weeks for these pants to come in only to receive some cheap fabric that are too short and not comfortable. Contacted Customer Service and they of course will not pay for a return; offered 20% off another purchase. Gave me the run around with that. I was supposed to hear from a manager and I'm still waiting two weeks later. Cheap pants not sized well and service was inadequate at best. Will not spend another dime on them.

Placed and order in May and have not received my shorts. However they had no problem taking my money from my account. Tried to call no good. Sent several emails and never got a response back. Contacted PayPal they were no help. Any positive reviews were probably written by the company. Only thing good is the company got my money. I ordered pants from this company over a month ago and I still have not received them. When I ordered them it was not clear they were coming from China and I'm pretty sure if there was a delivery date listed, it was not 1+ month later. Their site currently says orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks but once you order you get an email saying "due to the popularity of this item, average shipping time is between 1-3 weeks" and then it actually takes longer. I can't even comment on quality because I haven't received my item (yet I paid, contacted them, still no answer). This is dishonest marketing and very bad service.
I placed an order on May 17 and it is now June 12. No package still. No one answered the phone or emails. Horrible customer service ever….

I've been trying to return a pair of pants that were nothing at all like what I thought I was buying for 8 weeks. Keeping track of my repeat requests begging to please respond regarding a refund. So far zero response except the canned auto reply that says 1-2 business days for a response. I send a request almost daily and have yet to ever receive a resolution. Horrible quality material and about 3x too big.

My order was too short in length. I attempted to contact for return and no answers. No answer to emails and phone number is disconnected. This fake company is stealing from people should be arrested and sent to jail. I want to give Zero stars but it won't allow me to do so. Don't buy anything from this company. It says east returns. I am appalled by this company. They say they accept returns. They have a phone number and an email. Weeks have passed. I have left at least 3 voice messages (because no one answers the phone). I have written 3 emails. No one has called me back or replied to my emails. One white pair of pants arrived with pink ink stains on the pocket. And the body suit doesn't fit at all. I am trying to make one return and one exchange, but looks like I will get neither. Customer service is non existent. Unbelievable.

I normally wear a 14 and I am 5'6.
I ordered the xl tall. I'm so glad I went with tall because anything less would have been too short. I have not tried to wash yet( hopefully they don't draw up any). The material does look cheap and something I haven't seen mentioned but the front pockets are sewn shut with two rows of stitching, I don't like not having use of my front pockets but it does keep all the bulging from gut flat in a extremely comfortable way but I can't tell that there is any butt lift but of course I don't have a lot back there to lift, lol.
The price point on these are definitely too high though. Shipping took about three weeks for me and I couldn't read the tracking info because it was in Chinese writing.

Ordered in January, now it is April. Tracking sat "Precessing" for 3 months then when investigated by Paypal, suddenly the item was delivered - to the USA! I live in Australia! Don't waste your time and money!

This is the worst customer service I've encountered. They billed (stole) my money and I have not received the order or any type of shipping/status confirmation. I have emailed and tried to contact them multiple times and I have not gotten a response. Thank God my order was just one pair of pants, I can't imagine having been billed over $40 in merchandise only to be "ghosted". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have not even received my product and I am already extremely disappointed. I made two orders, and immediately tried to contact customer service after my first to ask a question about the order. Although I received an email saying I would receive a response in 1-2 business days I am at almost 3 weeks and no response. I also tried calling a couple of times and it rings and goes to a voicemail that sounds just like a normal cell phone voicemail. No response on the voicemail message. I will looking into how to report them, especially since if I am dissatisfied with the product (if I ever receive it) I already know I will not be able to contact them for support.
With Mycomfypant.com you won't even get your order. They mark it as shipped with a shady tracking company. In "transit for" 2 months. They don't respond to your emails either. They are located in China and not in the US as they like you to believe.
I ordered a small. I was sent a clear bag with the pants inside. The clear bag had a S sticker on the outside.The pants however were a size medium? Did they run out of smalls?
I've emailed them and still have not received a response after two full business days.

After submitting the order, I received nothing form the company. The only trace is a charge in my PayPal. Two emails were unanswered. Phone number is out of service. Online contact form crashes. This is likely to be a scam website.

I ordered the original my comfy pants on April 9th and did not receive. No response either from customer service. No way to cancel order. Tracking not working. Don't order from them.

Waited for our delivery and failed to deliver and failed to respond to numerous emails. Finally I gave up and send a message through PayPal. They sent a message saying they delivered the package. Funny thing is they send it out several days after my complain and stated their web site clearly says 2-4 weeks. This is not true, the web site states fast delivery and no where does it say 2-4 weeks. In fact my original order said it would be delivered by the end of May. Terrible serves and cannot rate the product because I have not received it. Now I'm disputing a refund. I would not order from this company, not that they are late but the fact they wouldn't even respond to serval emails.
BEWARE...I received the wrong size and never got a reply to my emails. I recommend not buying from this company. I should have known bettter...
