The new program is a joke. I swear by COKE products but won't be drinking them like I used to because of this new program. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyy would I waste my time drinking Coke to get codes when there's no rewards with this new program. They really screwed up with the change and whoever decided on the switch should be FIRED
The most pitiful "rewards" program I have ever encountered. I used the old program and *actually received* rewards! So disappointed that they changed the model, and the new program is rife with hoops to jump through in order to make your "chance to win" valid. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended), that I want to abandon the brand altogether. The rewards program shows just how LITTLE they think of their customers. You buy their product, you enter your codes, and THEY donate to a charity - and you can't even take a tax deduction for supporting the charity (but guess who does)? We are being used in a scheme to furnish Coke with even MORE profits. SHAME on Coke-a-Cola! They have found a way to REWARD THEMSELVES :(
This new evolution of the Coke "rewards" program is worthless. Sure, I can donate them to charity but I prefer to donate on MY terms. At least the old version of Rewards would allow you to get a small coupon towards buying more coke. Now you get NOTHING. Not technically a REWARD.
They took away the option I had of choosing from 100 or more items, and sweepstakes, and gave me the option of a few sweepstakes that suck(and not many either). LAME LAME. Now I have a bucket of codes to enter, but can only enter 1 at a time, and wait month for a new sweepstakes that I don't care about to enter more codes 1 at a time.
I received a $25 egift card for Dunkin Donuts for my entries on coke rewards. I added the card to my Dunkin account and transferred the money to my existing Dunkin card. It should the updated amount.
When I went to use it, the $25 was not on the card. OKay
I requested Rewards to send me a new card and got basically "NOT OUR ISSUE" as a response. Dunkin gave me the same response. Having been in IT for years reputable vendors log ALL transactions so it should be doable under those circumstances.
I'll make sure I keep egift cards longer from now on.
I decided to hold onto my caps/box flaps because I keep hearing the whispers that the new program is so bad and Pepsi Co has come out with several successful promotions since, that Coke may be thinking about going back to a program similar to the "old and better" reward program. Not going to use them on the new rewards program when there may be a chance to actually use them AND receive a reward, not just a dream.
I liked using my hard earned points for gift cards or real items. Now you are just throwing your points away to enter sweeps and such where the odds of winning are crap.
I used to save and enter the reward points but since there isn't anything worth entering them for that has all stopped. What a HUGE bummer. I need to stop drinking so many cokes anyway.
5 or 6 choices for nonsense rewards?! Sweepstakes for $5 walmart gift card and you never win?! So this new program treat all coca cola customers like dummies
People keep spending their money on Coke but there is a huge lack of rewards now. They get billions we get nothing! Pretty good deal for them.
Your site used to be fun. Why am I allowed only one coke t-shirt? My family and friends wore FREE ADVERTISEMENTS FOR COCA COLA. I see that Pepsi stock is more diverse.And Coca Cola Stock is going no where anymore. But pepsi is. When I sell Coca Cola stock to buy Pepsi Stock at a little lower price. I'll buy the "new" Diet Pepsi and just learned that they have a Rewards program. Let's see how "they" treat their clients! GOODBYE COKE. BTW-I do not collect rewards points from others. WE DRINK IT ALL. You offer a Keurig Coffee Pot for a few weeks? Your bought into Green Mountain Coffee and now they are getting beat up. Coke rewards are pathetic now. Are they even listening to these reviews? Havent heard anything positive only very disappointed customers. Someone really needs to pay attention, this is a joke!
Makes me want to switch to Pepsi products. I've been a loyal Coke customer for decades, and enjoyed the rewards program. Why did they even bother with this new program?
I thought I was doing something wrong when I couldn't find a catalog of prizes or when I couldn't figure out how to upload all of my coke points one after another. But reading the other reviews, I realize I wasn't misunderstanding how the new program works, it's just not nearly as great as the old program.
I would like to see the ability to upload points one after another, with a limit larger than the old limit of 75 per week. I'd also like to see a catalog of goodies like before. We love the gear and the other items to choose from.
Let's blast them on their beloved social media sites. The more anger the better. They WILL see things our way.

The new Coke rewards program IS GARBAGE!
The only DECENT reward was $5 Walmart gift card but even then, it take TWO codes(which is dumb) and either you win or lose in the spot, I entered tons and tons of caps all night and got nothing.
All the rewards are instant win garbage and take two codes.
The old program was great, I had NO IDEA it was ending until today June 1st 2017 because I went to enter codes and couldn't, they could've put it on the damn packages and bottles that the program was ending, I cashed out my old credits for $20 in Walmart gift cards from the old program because if I didn't spend my points, they were going to go to charity? How the hell do you donate points to a charity? They are digital points! Anyway then I jumped on this new crappy program and wasted all my remaining codes.
Get bent to the person at Coca-Cola that screwed this up.
I'm done.
New program no good thanks for going from good to bad. I might still drink. A few cokes but not like before. Contest promotion new sucks. Good bye coke. Your losing customers by the thousands.
