Tell US Tech Support what you need for your computer, They will protect your ID.
And clean your PC, buy their program, I am new at it today, I am sure USTech will protect my computer for time I paid them for their services.
Try me again in 2 to 3 days. Can't evaluate it with out trrying it. ALSO I am trying to get you to fix a second computer that you can't seem to connect with!
I have never been so mad at any product or service in my life. I saw the ads on TV just like everyone else and did just what it said. I THOUGHT my computer was slow BEFORE I downloaded this program. It caused a blue screen. I paid for it, downloaded it, ran it and then restarted my laptop and then it went straight to the blue screen they CLAIM it can fix. I tried everything, I couldn't even get into safe mode, so I had to take it to a repair shopt get it fixed.
Luckily I found a company called Discount Computer Repair. They fixed it, made it twice as fast as it had been, and charged me a lot less than MyCleanPC did to mess it up. Don't use this product find a reputible repair company and don't get scammed.
Was never able to activate software after I paid.
Tech support agent Marvin Villarin refused my repeated refund request. NEVER USED THE SOFTWARE, BECAUSE I WASN'T ABLE TO ACTIVATE IT.
Decided to check out mycleanpc.com after viewing a TV ad. The site advertised the service at $49, so I decided to pass. As I was closing the window, the site offered me a special of $20, which I accepted. A software utility was downloaded to my PC and I received a message that I had to call an 800 number to have the software activated.
The 800 number turned out to be a "support technician" who remoted into my PC, ran a CyberDefencer scorecard program, then proceeded to tell me that my computer was in desperate need of cleaning and tuning up by a professional technician and assured me that the only reasonable course of action would be to purchase their $389.97/2 yr service contract for remote support.
I decided to pass, refused to activate their registry cleaner software, then spent the next hour on the phone trying to cancel my subscription. While cancelling, the customer service rep tried several times to refuse to cancel me, stating that it was "too soon" and imploring me to just try the software for another week.
Finally convincer her to cancel me and got a confirmation #... no clue if she actually did cancel my purchase.
Stay away from these guys.
My computer sound was muted. I couldn't get it to unmute. Called for help. You went beyond what I called about and check for viruses. Two were found and they were removed. Thanks for the great work.

Reported a message from Firefox about a critical error about an adware spyware virus and told to call a number to correct, but called US Tech Support instead, because of the trust I have in US Tech Support.
Think the scan was fine but am unsure that it solved one of the problems that it detected, I can only hope that I can understand what I need to do to complete the correction that needs to be done,
The computer had been invaded and spyware and malware had been placed on it. US Tech support cleaned and removed all of that. Now the computer should be safe to use again.
I used this service several years ago and then i decided to cancell it and I went with another service and was with them for a year and then I decided to go back to My Clean PC and USTECH SUPPORT as this is a much better service.
My computer would jump from one page to another on its oun. Tech found prob in that my touch screen was malfuncting. Since I do not use the feature I would never have gussed that was the issue.
Did virus and spyware check. Cleaned junk files. Cleaned junk files that were causing the computer to run slow. Cleaned viruses, malware and spyware that were causing computer problems.
I have had several things go wrong with my computer that if I had not had US Tech Support, I would have had to buy a new computer. Thanks so much US Tech Support. A great value and good friend.
