I will refer this company to anybody who has a dirty pc and needs it clean. Basically, what I look out for is scams and happy to say this is not one of those scam companies.

US Tech support are always there to help I am thankful they are only a phone call away. I like the fact that I can talk to a technitian straight away and I dont have to wait 6-8hrs for my PC to be fixed.

Excellent service with a reasonable price. They have always solved all of my problems quickly. They give you 24/7 service and are very easy to deal with.

The techs do an awesome job as my computer has had malware and other viruses and they cleaned it up perfectly. They are very thoughtful and dont make you feel stupid when you ask questions.

This company is superb, & has technicians who real want to do a service to a customer. They need to be proud of their staff, especially JON. H, who took care of my issue.

As usual they provided quick courteous service. Whether you need a tweak or a major overhaul, they are the folks to call. I have needed both and they are money.

Had a problem opening Calendar Creator. Tech, John Alexander, was able to fix the problem. He also fixed an Internet problem I was having. Very happy with the out come.

I am not sure if the problem was fixed. I just called the tech & told them to scan my computer---they could not have scanned my computer in 15 minutes.

Nothing less then a switch and bait promotion Installed this so called free trial program only to find out that its impossible to REMOVE.

After 6 E Mails three calls with some half assed direction almost 50% done now I am getting bombarded with POP UPS and adversiment NOW ABSOLUTELY FREE

My computer is slower then ever and pray GOD that once again I can get it back where it was before.

My homepage changed from English to Portugese for no apparent reason. The technician fixed the problem quickly and was very understanding... Good job!

I have used MyCleanPC in the past, and have it currently. I am always happy with the service I receive from My CleanID. They are very reliable and always happy to help solve my computer issues. I rest easy knowing I have great protection from My CleanPC.

Older computer need to be worked non had slowed down alot. Tech took the time and helped me get issues fixed. I am glad I found them and they cleaned my computer and have it runnign great again.

I was reminded that I had protection. It was not to hard to be refreshed by CC to resign me back in to the system.
