Fist the took forever with your order, you can't get in contact with anyone even if you email them a million time they won't reply, when you're finally received your so call outfits it looks nothing like the picture the out looks like something you got from the garbage, do not buy from this company they're are trash.

Biggest scam, I took my chances and ordered a wedding dress from them for $350. I then saw all the bad reviews and decided to cancel after 2 weeks, which they never responded to and quickly shipped it once they saw my request to cancel. I then received a cheap dress that looked nothing like the photo. I contacted them again requesting a refund and they told me they have a "no return policy" only store credit which is useless after seeing the cheap material they use. DO NOT BUY. DONT TAKE YOUR CHANCES.

I ordered a caped jumpsuit and received a horrible knockoff of the picture advertised. They refused to respond to my messages until I disputed thee charges. Then they only offered store credit and no refund option. The clothes the sell cost way too much for the quality of the actual products received.

I ordered my dress a month in advance and still never got, they promised me it would be here on the given day and then on that given day texted me to let me know I wouldn't be here but they could send me stuff that was ready. Those dresses were 100 less than the one I purchased. Then after I picked a dress out they stopped responding to me and I never got my dress.

Thought I was buying replacement pieces for Willow Tree nativity set. Pictures online looked authentic, pieces that were delivered were 1/3 the size of original set. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare, Do not buy from this company

It's awful. Total scam. I am reporting them as a scam online marketplace. The dresses do not match up to the photographs. The quality is DREADFUL. Dresses looked nothing like pictures online and the quality was absolutely dreadful: bad fabric, bad stitching, etc.
Worst company I have ever dealt with - I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The company is fraudulent and makes it impossible to get your money back for exchanges. Horrible product. Do not purchase from this company.
They are the most dishonest company I ever had to deal with, they advertise false products, they avoid refunding, and quality of the products is absolutely disgusting!

These people are crooks and they sell pure Garbage. The customer service sucks, they can't be reached by phone, don't want to except returns. They try to tell you how expensive it is to return items to China. I returned mine to California but I'm still waiting for my money. I made the purchase in March, returned it in April, now it's June and I'm still fighting for my money. STAY AWAY FROM MYBESTHONEY, ININRUBY, GOGROOV, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY.

I ordered 3 dresses from their website as I saw the ad on Facebook. The pictures were beautiful so I decided to to ahead. Worst mistake I made. Paid through my credit card. The delivery took 3 months to arrive and when it did I got a shock. The finishing, material used, the sizing everything was just horrible horrible. I cant wear these clothes at home too. I was ripped off 93dollars for 3 pieces which was not even worth 20 dollars for 3.
Please never buy anything from this fake Chinese company.

I could go on forever about how bad this company is. I will however, remain as objective as possible to avoid sounding as a disgruntled customer.

I purchased my items on March 6,2019. The site was offering free 5 day shipping for those who would buy over $59. I went ahead and even exceeded their amount to get my free shipping. When it came to the time to pay, I declined the 3 day one that was offered for an extra charge, after all, what are 2 days extra of waiting, right? - Oh boy!

It all started with 2 weeks going by of checking my mail everyday. At some point, I contacted the company. Which by then, I realized they have no customer service number, and no instant chat either. You can simply email them through their site. I got an automated reply the next day saying my items were processing and I would get them in due time. I inquired about the 5 day promised shipping and I got the same automated reply. A few days later they sent tracking info, only for 2 of my 4 items.
I have received the leggings with zippers I bought, with one zipper already broken. The cami shirt that is so cheap that keeps sliding down from the side adjusters.

As for my other 2 items, one has been marked for 2 weeks as in processing but it has not shipped, and the other one, has not even been sent to the outsource company to be processed. It's now been almost a month since my purchase and have no date promised for shipping. After contacting the company a few other times and realizing that no matter what my question, offer or concern, I still get the same automated response from the site, I have quit. Just for the record, I even offered to pay the extra shipping so that I could get my items sooner, only to again, get the same reply.
Needless to say, I will not be buying from them again!

I ordered beginning of December 2018, received a part end December and the rest beginning January. The quality of the fabric is very poor, the seams are badly made, the models do not correspond to the photos. I asked to return the items, they tried to dissuade me by saying that the return costs are expensive (at my expense of course). I still managed to get the return address with several emails and sent the items back. They arrived on January 20th and I've been waiting for the refund all this time. I have already sent 6 emails to ask for my refund, each time I am told that it is in progress, since 2 months! Do not order on this site, they are crooks, they owe me more than 80$ for months and do not refund me.

The image of the dress on their website is beautiful. I ordered it and waited... It took months to arrive. When I opened the package, I was disappointed to find a poorly made, misshapen, disaster. I was scammed. I should have known better. It was too good to be true. Please learn from my mistake and do not order from this fraudulent company. Of course I asked for a refund... I won't see my hard earned money returned. I hope I can prevent at least one person from making the mistake I did.
