I provided attached files which had instructions of how to complete the assignment, along with my previous marked assignment (that I didn't do well in), in order for the expert to follow. The expert did not read these attachments and created an assignment that was worst then my previous one, although they guarantee a higher grade.

I requested a refund and was declined because they claimed they submitted an assignment with quality. Mind you, there was spelling mistakes, grammar issues and insufficient logic overall. For instance, calling Canadian provinces countries. There was also plagiarism found in the assignment, which could get me expelled from my University.

Not only did they deny my refund, they requested me to pay additional money in order to have the assignment completed efficiently.

They will probably respond to this, making it seem like they're going to help. This is to manipulate other customers in thinking they provide great assistance, it's all a front. Almost a scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This expert was so bad that he gave me wrong answers during the exam. I even told him it looked wrong, and he said, "It's okay, just submit it.". When he substituted the value into the function, I remembered it was 4, but he put 2 into the function. I told him it was wrong, and he ignored it, and then the time was gone. I just received my grade today, and it's 62/100, which is C.
The "expert" did so many questions wrong, but there is a question 2 that I know how to do because I still reviewed and studied for the test. I told him that you are doing wrong and he just said "It's okay, just submit it. Now they refused to give me a refund because my score is greater than 50, which is considered a Passing Grade, wow! Also, they said the solution appears to have been tampered with (meaning I did a different question 2 compared to what the expert gave me) so they refused to reimburse me. What if I did the same solution that your expert gave out? It will be 44/100 (below 50).

Totally, a scammed company. Don't do it!

The so called expert handed in the solution past the deadline and it was completely wrong. Just because the solution was written, no refund was given. Complete scam.

This service is a robbery! I paid a "professional" over $200 to complete a paper for me, and not only did I receive a grade of 10 out of 100, they absolutely are refusing to refund me despite the fact I have submitted proof of the failing grade SEVERAL times, through several different ways (the corrected paper, professor grade and feedback, and a screenshot of my grade on my university's account). They are still refusing to refund, saying I need to give them my log-in credentials for my university's account in order to confirm the failing grade. YEA, RIGHT! I had a 78 in that course, now I have a 50 because of that ONE grade and my course is over. I was set to graduate and now I can't because that paper made me fail the course. AWFUL service!

I wrote them a day before, the service was fast to book it. I asked them many times if it would be ready on time and they said yes. I was not sure so they said I could pay half of the price and get a partial review of the assignment 3 hours later, which was the reason I accepted to book them. Three hours later there was nothing. They kept telling me the expert was working on it and after a long conversation, they admitted that nobody was working on my assignment yet. They said it would be ready in 5 more hours. 5 hours later I came back and still nothing. It was the same thing for the whole day. 1 hour before the limit, i write them and I receive a partial review, but not even what I was promised. They said they needed a little more time, so 2 hours after the due date. 2 hours after, nothing. My assignment was due one hour later and they said that the ''expert'' was impossible to get in touch with. I waited until 5 minutes before the time-limit of my assignment and still nothing.

If they would've tell me the truth since the beginning, I would've done my assignment by myself and would've avoided a 0% on my assignment, which means I failed the class. But not, they kept making false promises and kept lying about it being processed when in reality nobody was working on my assignment.

I would not recommend and they are not reliable. Once you book it, they don't care anymore.

I submitted my assignment to them a week before my deadline. I was careful to give them detailed instructions. The so-called expert that has a Ph. D. could not even follow the instructions. They write like middle school kids. I was given a paper that didn't make sense. The answers I gave were not even what the question was asking for. I got a huge 0 from my professor. KEEP YOUR MONEY. Hired them for help with work and gave them very strict and specific requirements. The expert starting working and completely ignored all the requirements i gave as well as all the corrections i was giving him whilst he was working on the piece. In the end he submitted a ******* word piece of work with less than 100 references, most of those being repetitions meaning there were less than 50 individual references. He completely ignored all of my input and corrections i gave and presented a piece of work that looks like it was copied from the internet with no analysis, even though i stressed this was important. I made it clear in initial discussions with the sales team that i needed a LOT of references with the nature of the paper and they are telling me after i have paid them £500 that they can only do a max of 140 references which include repeated references (aka ibid).

This company does not refund money if you are unhappy with work. They are shady scammers and i would not recommend thier services to my enemy.

Last week, I placed an order for one of my projects. They assigned a writer who supposed to fix my professor comments. I placed an order for 2 pages- 500 words. Out of 20 something comments, the writer fixed about 4 only. Which means less than even 150 words. When I asked for revision, the customer service agents promised that they will assign another" qualified" writer. They first told me after one day, I will receive the revision, but I did not get anything! Then another 8 hours, nothing as well. Then, 12 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours. And nothing, either! When I confronted the agents, they told me to be patient! I told them that I would fail, they said " please be patient, again". Eventually, they got sick of me and sent me the revised paper-HORRIBLE! The writer did not revise the paper. So I asked them about the revision, but they did not reply!

Please do not trust these people. They say they are 1st company since 2007 and they have the best writers, they are lying! They will fool you. If you are a student who can't your assignment, you can hire a tutor or write what you can then send it to an editor! Do not trust these companies.

My assignment has been, not done, when asking them about the delivery.
They don't even answer the question.
