Very good costumer service. Although it takes a bit to wait for my lolita dresses being tailored. It really worth of waiting. The dress fits me perfectly and the quality is very nice. Thanks Linda!

I ordered items from this shop 3 times( because I am stupid) and each time I was really disappointed. Long story short: their items never arrive on time, no matter what. But my last experience with them is by far the worst.
On 1st september I have purchased a coord, ( it was not cheap, a few hundred dolars). They took my money, everything was fine, let them know that my deadline is at the end of november.
1 month later, I contacted them to see where my package is. The response was: "Our website had a bug and we didn't see your order, so it is not tailored". So they accepted my money, but couldn't let me know that I will get no package!
After compaining, I agreed to let them send it with premium shipping, promising that it will arrive right on the deadline.
Surprise it never did. They shipped it 2 days before the deadline!
I asked for a refund since they had ruined my plans and everything.
They just ignored and offered me some "shop credits" if I am satisfyed with my purchase.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
If you need your items in a certain amount of time, just don't. If you are fine with recieving them in 8 months, go ahead. Just make sure to mail them everyday, just to know if they are still being shipped :)!

They won't send your stuff to you and they WILL take your money. It is unbelievable the level of unprofessional behavior I experienced.

The owner is a thief. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. There are no reviews less than 5 stars on the website because they do not get posted.
I ordered two lucky packs and they were 3 months late. I asked for the lucky packs to include gothic lolita, but I only got sweet lolita in a black colorway. In the $29.99 lucky pack, the dress I got was poor quality, had wonky measurements, and a broken and awkwardly-placed zipper. I couldn't even find a stock photo of the dress because it was a plain, generic taobao dress from 2016. It was most likely dug up from the owner's storage because the dress is not on the website and probably hasn't been for years. The $9.99 lucky pack is a scam. All photos of the $9.99 lucky pack show a skirt or a dress, but I got an ugly cape with clashing themes. The cape had bat wings yet buttons with anchors. All of the items I got looked like things that were unsellable because of the bad designs.
I also got none of the accessories that were supposed to be included in the lucky pack. I bought a $9.99 pack and a $29.99 pack. The $9.99 pack included an item and 1 accessory, and the $29.99 pack included a dress and 2 accessories. I got none of the accessories. I could not make a PayPal dispute because the owner went as far as to edit the lucky pack's descriptions on the website's page before I could screenshot it. She deleted and edited the descriptions of the included accessories. She refused to refund for the missing items.
Also, the owner made an announcement on the website promising that anyone that ordered a lucky pack would get a free gift to compensate the extremely late shipping. No surprise, I did not get any free gifts for my 3 month late orders. The owner's response was "Really sorry for the missing gift. Could I include that in next pack? Could you please email me to remind about it, when there's next order?". The owner was not even willing to ship out the missing accessories or the free gifts. I am not going to order another lucky pack. I am not ordering at this store again. It is a scam.

I ordered a dress in May 2016 with custom sizing. It didn't arrive until Thanksgiving long after I needed it for an event. I emailed them countless times with few responses and no real answers. It was always something along the lines of "custom sizing takes 35-65 days processing time and will be there soon" even after it passed the 4 month mark.
When the dress arrived I will say it was nice. Just about how it was pictured, but obviously a replica of another brand's dress. That's what this site is and was what I expected. Was it worth all the time and money though? No.
I love this website for the sole reason that they let you specify all of the measurements of your items, something I need since I'm a plus size Lolita. If I had another website option, trust me I'd be using it.

Quality is good but the lack of communication with this company is horrible and I've been waiting for a dress that was supposed to be finished in May...
And the worst part I could have gotten the same dress at a different company for less and for less time...

It's not worth it...

Pre-ordered item fail

Pre-ordered something, and then a month later got an email saying it was sold out. How is that possible? Also when asked for refund, she only sent the item refund, and didn't refund the shipping fee. > :( Still waiting on reply on the shipping.

While my initial experience with my-lolita-dress was quite poor, I was contacted saying that the email stating I would have to pay full price for the JSK was a mistake. They said that I would only have to pay the shipping if I were to exchange the OP for the JSK. Since they were willing to pay return shipping for the OP, I had the idea that I could pay the JSK price while they could pay shipping, then I could sell the OP online to make back the lost money. They agreed to my idea, so we ultimately came up with a solution to satisfy both of our needs. I can't still say that I would never buy from my-lolita-dress again, but I think I would try other sites first considering the wild ride it's been up to this point. The customer service tried to be helpful, but spending your money here is still a bit of a risk.

I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but my experience with my-lolita-dress has been the worst shopping experience I've had!
I ordered a replica of the AP British Bear OP in a size L. I'm very tall so I have no chances at fitting into the original, but when I saw the measurements on the size L replica I was so excited! It would fit me perfectly! I immediately bought the dress as it's one of my dream dresses, and I was very excited to receive it in the mail. I spent about $95 including shipping. (A lot of money for me, but I figured it was worth it for a dress that would fit my height)
A week after the order the status still read as "processing". I contacted Linda and asked why it hadn't been shipped out yet. She responded and told me that they only had the dress available in size M, but they would be happy to get me a size L to fit my order. I asked her to please get me size L, since size M would be too short on me.
She kindly obliged and sent me my tracking info another week later. However, when I received the dress, it was a size M! I emailed her about the mistake, to which she replied that they didn't have any more dresses in size L (although she had told me she would send me one?) and that I should just "try it on" to see if it fits. Of course I'd already tried it on, and it was MUCH too short. I responded on a Friday asking for a refund or for her to send me a JSK (which would fit) instead. She told me that she would get back to me on Monday, which was a bit lame, but I understand that most stores are closed on the weekends so I waited patiently. On Monday she replied saying that I should just "sell the dress" to which I told her that I would like at least a half-refund, to which she responded that she could only give me $10 back because "her profit is so low". Honestly, spending $95 on a dress and only being offered $10 back is pretty much robbery.
I asked about the JSK again, to which she said that she would pay return shipping on the OP but that I had to pay full price+shipping for the JSK. Um? If I have to pay full price for the JSK, why would I even send the OP back?
I'm very disappointed because I had heard good reviews and the website was so easy to navigate. I cannot recommend my-lolita-dress at all. They are not a trustworthy seller, especially considering how much money is involved with buying one of their products. Buying a used dress from lacemarket would only cost a little bit more, and is honestly a safer way to buy. I completely regret using my-lolita-dress and will never purchase from them again.
